We are looking for an organised and practical IT Governance Officer to help strengthen IT governance and service management across Open Doors International.

Working across our international IT environment, you will coordinate key governance processes and ensure that information relating to services, projects, risks, suppliers, contracts and compliance is accurate, accessible and useful. You will support reporting to IT leadership, follow up actions and risks, and help colleagues maintain clear and consistent documentation.

This is a varied coordination role requiring you to work across different teams, priorities and cultures. You will help us improve the way we manage information and processes, identifying opportunities to simplify, standardise and automate where appropriate.

You do not need to be a deeply technical IT specialist. We are looking for someone who is highly organised, comfortable working with data and information, confident following things through, and able to bring clarity and structure to a busy international environment.

As Open Doors International is a Christian ministry, this role is also suited to someone who shares our Christian faith and has a heart for serving the persecuted Church.
