A fantastic opportunity for an experienced facilitator ready to take on a leadership role. As a Lead Programme Coordinator, you will combine frontline delivery with team leadership and quality assurance, supporting a cluster of schools and a small team of PCs to deliver outstanding outcomes for young people. 

As a Lead Programme Coordinator (LPC), you will be at the frontline of our work-facilitating weekly sessions with young people, managing school and business relationships, and ensuring high-quality programme delivery across your cluster. Alongside this, you will line manage 2–3 Programme Coordinators, act as deputy to your Delivery Manager, and play a key role in driving quality and consistency across your regional team.

Essential Experience, Knowledge and Competencies:  

• Experience of facilitating activities with young people – including preparing engaging sessions in advance by utilising resources available to them  

• Experience of project management – highly organised, with the ability to manage your own time to meet deadlines  

• Experience of working on projects which have multiple stakeholders – communicating effectively through written and verbal communication  

• Experience of line managing or supervising others – including setting clear targets, conducting 1:1s and supporting professional development

• Experience of quality assurance – reviewing data, identifying risk and taking action to improve delivery outcomes across a team

The fundamentals of this role

Manage guardians

• Ensure guardians meet our criteria and ready for life as a guardian.
• Manage the guardian sign-up and move-in process.
• Be the main point of contact for guardians.
• Liaise with guardians to resolve any issues or concerns, e.g. poor conduct, licence breaches or vulnerability concerns.
• Work closely with guardians when they need to move on from Dot Dot Dot properties.
• Draw on data to gain insight into guardians and to guide support or interventions as required.
• Coordinate or assist with events, partnerships and other activities to promote volunteering and/or community engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure repairs are properly reported and dealt with.
• Collaborate with colleagues to fill voids quickly with suitable guardians.

Manage properties

• Collaborate with colleagues ensure that properties are monitored, set up and managed in line with internal standards, client requirements and any relevant licensing or regulatory standards.
• Organise, monitor and manage the handback of properties to clients, ensuring guardian and client relationships are managed professionally and  effectively.
• Monitor budgets and spending on property issues, to make good choices about spending and to inform budget planning and risk management.
• Collaborate with clients on property repairs, major works or other issues.
• Provide clients with reports and information about their property as required.

Provide excellent client service

• Liaise closely with clients (building owners) to understand their needs and to keep them updated and informed about our work.
• Build strong day-to-day relationships with client contacts, working in a collaborative and service- focused way.
• Understand our client agreements and ensure that our service delivery meets the unique requirements of each contract.
• Identify opportunities to add value for our clients, encouraging the best social and financial value for all parties.

About the role 
We are recruiting a Van Peer Coordinator to support our Hepatitis C peer project in the Oxford & Thames Valley area. This role involves driving a van across the region and working with people affected by substance use and hepatitis C. 

Peers use their lived experience to raise awareness of hepatitis C, reduce stigma, and help people access testing and treatment. 

About you 
You will: 

• Be confident driving a van and travelling long distances 

• Have experience working with people affected by substance misuse 

• Have lived experience of hepatitis C, or experience supporting someone who has 

• Be reliable, compassionate, and well organised 

• Have good communication skills 

• Hold a clean driving licence (essential) 

What you’ll do 

• Recruit and support volunteer peers 

• Work with NHS hepatitis C teams, drug and alcohol services, and homelessness services 

• Coordinate education sessions and community-based hepatitis C testing

Membership Co-ordinator

We are looking for a new Membership Co-ordinator to join the team to coordinate our engagement scheme ‘Barnwood Circle’.  Barnwood Circle is a network of disabled people, people with mental health conditions, and carers, who inform and shape our work by sharing experiences and expertise.

Our Membership Co-ordinator is a key contact for members. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent administration and coordination of Circle meetups and projects. The Membership Co-ordinator helps us make our communication accessible and relevant to members, and enables members to participate by ensuring access requirements are met.

Specialist experience relevant to disability and mental health challenges, including safeguarding, specialist communications or cultural awareness is welcomed for this role.

We want to diversify our team to better reflect the work and communities we support– this means we would particularly welcome applications from people who:

Summary of Key Duties:

Coordination of engagement scheme

1. Develop and maintain a project-based overview of Barnwood Circle activity.

3. Manage registration of new members and Barnwood’s database.

4. Provide administration of Barnwood Circle member agreements, payments and expenses claims for taking part in projects with the Barnwood team.

5. Collate feedback and support evaluation of Barnwood Circle activity.

Communications and Events

· Collaborate with marketing and communications colleagues to ensure that communications and channels used to engage disabled people and people with mental health conditions are effective, accessible, and relevant.

· Coordinate the creation of communications products which engage a wide range of disabled people and people with mental health conditions, commissioning specialist resources where necessary. 

· Support teams across the Trust to engage meaningfully with Barnwood Circle members and create communications to resource this.

Role Overview:

This is a new role. The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the HR function, ensuring efficient management of HR systems, accurate record-keeping, and smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for staff and volunteers. This role also provides recruitment support, manages pre-employment checks, and assists with general HR administration.

Reporting to: People & Culture Manager

Hours of work: 15 hours per week. Open to candidates who can work 15 hours across three days.
