Salary: £22,500 - £29,500 per year, pro-rata. DOE.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Development Officer to join our team covering Manchester. Your role will require you to travel to locations such as hospitals and care homes across the area to meet with clients and professionals and be home based for administration; therefore, a suitable home internet connection is essential.

About you
Desirably you will have some experience of working with vulnerable people, providing welfare, supporting, or caring for adults or young people who have support needs.
Additionally you may have experience of representing an organisation in the community.
You should have creative approach to problem-solving and finding solutions to issues that arise. It is essential you can build strong relationships and work effectively with a broad range of people.

Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) are a national Christian charity working in partnership with local churches to give struggling children a hope and a future. We are looking for a well-organised, relational leader who is passionate about the way TLG enables local churches across the UK to get alongside struggling families in their communities. The Church Relationships Lead will work as part of the national Volunteer Programmes (VP) Team, reporting to the Early Intervention Network Support Manager and collaborating with staff responsible for programme training and development.
This is an exciting time to join our growing VP team to support an increasing number of churches who have chosen to partner with TLG through running the Early Intervention (EI) programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting EI Coordinators to effectively run their centres, as well as training new EI coach teams.
TLG is a Christian charity and, as a team, we want to bring our faith to the work we do; as such, we are recruiting an individual with a strong and vibrant Christian faith. TLG is also committed to safeguarding children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share in this commitment. The successful applicant will be required to undertake an enhanced disclosure via the DBS. We would welcome applications from candidates from diverse backgrounds, to enable us to better reflect the needs of the communities we serve.
The role is home based with quick and easy access to Wales and the Midlands due to travel requirements. You will also be expected to attend events and meetings during the year as required, along with visits to the National Support Centre in West Yorkshire.

We Are Survivors are looking for an individual, who has the passion, motivation, and keen eye for detail to come and join its ever-growing (and utterly amazing) Central Operations Directorate, as our new Admin Co-Ordinator.
For the past 15 years, We Are Survivors has provided survivor-focused therapeutic and advocacy support to male victims/survivors of sexual abuse, rape, and sexual exploitation. More recently, we have been commissioned by NHS England to provide trauma-informed support within each North West prison establishment.
Each of the incredible survivors and individuals that walks through our doors or requests our support, begins their journey by completing a referral, you will help support the processing of these – from referral opening to closure. As well as supporting the Operations Team in the maintenance of high-quality client data and providing other general administrative functions that helps the running of our support services.
In return for your time, experience, and commitment to the organisation, you will receive an annual salary of £24,150; 25 days annual leave (increasing annually by 1 day to max of 30 days) plus bank holidays; birthday leave; company sick pay; monthly supervision; pension contribution; and a range of benefits and training opportunities.
