About the Department/Role
The Racial Justice Unit reflects the Church's renewed commitment to justice as part of the wider theological imperatives to see Christ in the other, to be united in Him and to love our neighbours. The primary role of the RJU is to lead on the coordination of racial justice initiatives which involves the implementation of(FLTA), supporting key stakeholders including the senior leadership, dioceses, NCIs, TEIs, and other related institutions, coordinating and supporting the governance mechanisms, and managing the related Triennium Fund.
This is a six-month interim role to provide operational leadership to support the delivery of the Unit's priorities which could be a suitable secondment opportunity.
What you'll be doing
The Racial Justice Unit is seeking a skilled Grants Manager, to lead the delivery of its funding programme. This role is central to managing grant operations, assessing applications, supporting grantees, and evaluating impact.

As Senior Grants Executive, you’ll play a vital role in the post-award administration of our grants programme, ensuring that funding is effectively managed and impactful. 1) Membership and Engagement

Support the implementation of a membership engagement plan to help increase retention and highlight member value.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a diligent and data-minded Grants Assistant to join our small and dynamic team. This new role will support the WFN grants team in monitoring and evaluating active grants, analysing and assessing the charity’s impact, and in the smooth running of our grants programmes. This is an entry level role, ideal for a candidate looking to put their conservation expertise into practice, and to support impactful grassroots conservation work around the world.

About The East End Community Foundation (EECF)
EECF supports communities through our charitable activities of grants and programmes. In 2024/25 these totalled over £1.6m and we intend to increase our grant making year on year to provide greater and longer-term support so we can continue to make a difference to the lives of local people by supporting vital community-based projects with grant funding. We are looking for a committed individual with knowledge of the local area to join the Grants and Programmes Team. About the Role
Grant-making is central to GiveOut’s mission of growing giving to support LGBTQI human rights activism globally. As Senior Grant-Making Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our grant-making programme, ensuring we effectively channel resources to LGBTQI activist organisations worldwide.

Richmond AID have 3 main advice teams: Information Navigation, Benefits Advice and Money Advice. The Opportunity
This role at WFN provides an exciting opportunity to lead on the development of our growing Winner Network Development (WND) programme, identified as one of the charity’s key areas for strategic growth and maximised impact over the coming years. We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing communicator who is passionate about conservation and can drive forward and create connections between our global network of over 220 conservationists, fostering knowledge exchange, capacity development and collaboration. The 39th WAGGGS World Conference is a four-day event that will take place in Cambodia in June 2026 in partnership with the host organisation, the Girl Guides Association of Cambodia. This is the main platform for decision-makers in our 153 Member Organisations to gather for networking, learning and consultation on the direction of the Movement. A pre-event for youth attendees under the age of 30 will take place before the conference.
About the Role:
This role operates within a volunteer-led global charitable organisation with 153 Member Organisations. It provides the inspiration, knowledge and direction to continually protect and enhance WAGGGS’ rich legacy and expand its collective reach and impact. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with staff, volunteers, and attendees from across our Movement - each bringing their own unique perspectives and experiences.

Our partner seeks a driven and astute grants finance officer to support in the financial management and monitoring of projects being implemented in Asia, Africa and Latin America. This is a newly created position, and will suit someone who is meticulous, has strong attention to detail and able to manage relationships with a number of global stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the financial transactions and entries, prepare and process income receipts and maintain accurate digital records and ensure proper filing of all financial documentation on internal systems.
- Review, verify, and process payments to suppliers and sub-grantees, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and compliant with internal controls.
- Create and close financial grants for codes; monitor and update internal trackers for grant management; track and report balances across active grants and funding streams; and complete grant reconciliations.
- Support in the preparation of donor reports, in the implementation of donor compliance controls, and in the preparation for any donor audits.
- Lead in preparing sub-grantee agreements, and processing of cash requests.
- Support organisational and sub-grantee understanding of and adherence to polices, procedures and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- PQ accountant with experience of working in an international organisation working across multiple countries. Strong experience of accounts processing, financial accounting and reporting, and of supporting budgeting and financial management.
- Experience and understanding of the compliance and administrative of a complex grants portfolio, including grants from institutions donors.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work with colleagues working globally.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral, and a strong command of the English language.
- Able to prioritise effectively, manage a varied workload and meeting deadlines.
This is a permanent role; the candidate will need to have the right to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship. The organisation offers hybrid working with the candidate expected to be in the London office at least 2 days/week
