Job description

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the effective delivery of our assessment, onboarding, grants administration and event activities. This role is central to ensuring a positive experience for applicants and participants throughout their journey, providing excellent customer service, coordinating key processes, and maintaining accurate records across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will be confident managing competing priorities, have exceptional attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

The role involves coordinating assessment and recruitment activities from initial enquiries through to final decisions, ensuring applicants receive a professional and positive experience throughout the process. Responsibilities include managing applications, coordinating interviews and selection panels, preparing panel documentation, communicating outcomes, and supporting assessment activities. Working closely with programme and grants colleagues, you will ensure processes run smoothly, deadlines are met, and accurate records are maintained.

In addition, you will support participant onboarding, grants administration, and event delivery. This includes maintaining participant records across multiple systems, carrying out verification checks, processing grant payments, and supporting the logistics of in-person events.

We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The successful candidate will also contribute to improving team processes and developing specialist knowledge in key areas of programme delivery, helping to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our programmes.
