About the role
We’re looking for someone who can help Likewise understand, evidence and communicate the difference our work makes — for people, for our community, and for the wider system we’re part of.
The Data, Impact and Evaluation Officer will hold and develop our monitoring and evaluation functions, ensuring they reflect the relational nature of our work. Understanding our data, demonstrating our impact, and telling our story in a compelling way are central to our organisation’s strategy going forward. Whether that’s about generating the income to do our work, making sure more people can access our services, or reporting to funders on the social impact of their investment, this role plays a vital part in ensuring our story is well evidenced, well told and widely understood.
This role combines technical ability in data, reporting and evaluation with relational and strategic strengths in collaboration and influence. You’ll work closely with Service Leads, our Fundraising Manager, Wellbeing Support Workers and Volunteers to ensure that data is rigorously collected, recorded, analysed and interrogated. Where you spot gaps in our systems and processes, you’ll lead on designing and implementing solutions.

Key responsibilities
1. Data and systems

Review Likewise’s current data systems and processes and build an understanding of our current strengths, challenges and opportunities for improvement.

Establish and manage user-friendly, intuitive data collection processes that reflect the realities of our frontline work.

Ensure the quality, consistency and completeness of data across services, supporting accurate reporting and insight.

Maintain and develop Likewise’s monitoring and evaluation framework, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and funder requirements.

Lead on the improvement of digital systems (e.g. CRM, data dashboards) to make data easier to use and learn from.

Lead on GDPR and data protection, including overseeing data management and storage practices, coordinating team training and acting as first point of contact for any data protection
2. Analysis and reporting (supporting fundraising and contracts)

Work with the Fundraising and Communications Manager to generate robust evidence and stories for funding bids and reports.

Provide accurate, insightful data to demonstrate need, reach and outcomes for current and prospective funders.

Contribute to reporting cycles and project monitoring for grants and commissioned work.

About the role
Reporting in to the Financial Planning & Analysis Lead, the Senior Finance Business Partner (Income) will champion strategic financial insight and support within the Income and Public Engagement Department, driving accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting for income streams, working closely with fundraising and institutional teams, including the development of funding bids.

The successful candidate will be responsible for running these sessions weekly, managing session staff, delivering engaging activities, attending occasional day trips, as well as responding to and reporting any safeguarding concerns.
Key responsibilities will include:
- To lead the delivery of youth sessions at Knights Youth Centre (KYC) and facilitate youth provision in line with the ethos, values and vision of Oasis.
- To work and engage with young people (aged 14-18), by delivering planned sessions, activities and occasional trips.
- Deliver informal education opportunities and small group mentoring within the identified sessions and the wider community.
- To manage and coordinate KYC staff members whilst leading sessions.
- Record all activity on our data management system.

The successful post holder must have:

This work has grown over the last few years and we are now looking for an experienced and innovative advice worker, to provide debt advice within the service.

The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Fundraising Specialist to help us grow and diversify our income streams. You’ll play a key role in securing sustainable funding to support our life-changing services, working closely with the Charity Director, Board of Trustees, and wider team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement fundraising strategies and campaigns.

Build relationships with donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.

Plan and deliver fundraising events and community engagement activities.

Support marketing and communications to amplify fundraising efforts.

Contribute to financial planning, reporting, and compliance.

Recruit and support volunteers for income generation activities.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:

Has lived or professional experience of LGBTQ+ identities and intersectionality.

Brings 5+ years’ experience in fundraising or equivalent transferable skills.

Has a proven track record of successful campaigns and donor engagement.

Is confident managing multiple income streams and stakeholder relationships.

Sessional Farm Education Assistant
Based at Oasis Southampton City Farm, Green Lane, Southampton SO16 9FQ

Oasis Southampton City Farm is a community focused registered charity working in Southampton. We provide a range of supportive, wellbeing boosting, and nature-based activities for our communities, which include young people and adult learners with disabilities.
We are looking for sessional farm assistants who will support the Farm Lead in delivering the vision for the farm by supporting the delivery of the farm’s variety of activities, including:
· To deliver youth activities on the farm, supporting young people to help care for the animals
· To deliver birthday parties on weekends to groups of up to 30,
· To deliver animal experiences, giving families the opportunity to meet and greet our rescued and rehomed animals
· To support our adult day service with caring for our animals
· To support with the animal cleaning and feeding rota, alongside groups or individuals.
· To support with the running of our café, which runs on the weekends. Working alongside our youth volunteers to serve refreshments and food.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
· Relevant qualifications and experience in animal management/public sector
· Relevant qualifications and experience in youth work, teaching, or community based projects
· The flexibility to work across the week, including some weekends.
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Proven ability to work alongside others in projects that work with the public.
