About the role
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and energetic supervisor or team leader to take up a full-time role within our organisation as a Project Supervisor to be part of our small and dedicated team. The role will be based in Southwark as well as potential for wider London working as you will be part several innovative housing projects in London supporting vulnerable households to sustain their tenancies. The Senior Partnerships Manager (SPM) is responsible for overseeing the grant management of assigned grants, primarily a large grant from the Asian Development Bank (ADB), as well as contributing to proposal development, representing AKF(UK) at various events and meetings of technical groups, and supporting AKF(UK)’s partnerships with ADB and others. The SPM will also support AKF’s global partnerships function.
Grants Management
• Provide overall guidance, oversight, compliance and quality control and coordination for all components of the assigned grant portfolio (at the start, this will include one large ADB grant). The SPM will work closely with the in-country project management unit (PMU) to ensure the project(s) are delivered on-time and on-budget and proactively support the resolution of challenges as they arise.
• Support the preparation, review and feedback process on donor reports to ensure reports comply with donor requirements and are produced on time and to a high standard.
• Be an interface with the donor and communicate on a regular basis about implementation to maintain a solid relationship and to address queries or challenges effectively.
• Support the PMU in the contracting, management and oversight of consortium partners, and external service providers e.g., in monitoring, evaluation and audit.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding progress, risks and mitigation measures.
• Provide training and guidance to the PMU and implementing partners on ADB compliance and ensure all donor requirements are complied with, including procurement, environmental and social safeguarding.

• Develop new funding partnerships and opportunities with ADB and other partners as relevant by leading concept/proposal design and development in coordination with country units.
Networking and building public awareness
• Establish collegial, mutually beneficial relationships and share knowledge and expertise within the AKF and AKDN as appropriate.
• Participate as a member of and provide support to the UK and Global Partnerships teams, including managing and contributing to processes related to resource mobilisation and grant management and mentoring partnerships staff.
• Collaborate with communications teams to develop stories, briefs, and other materials related to the grant portfolio.
• Develop positive working relationships with external stakeholders, particularly donor representatives and other NGOs.
Leadership and People Management
• Provide guidance and horizontal management to the PMU.
• Set the example of consistently high standards across the unit

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in a relevant field highly preferable
Experience
• Minimum 6 years of professional experience with a minimum 4 years in a programme management role (preferably in NGOs). Field-level implementation or management experience is highly preferred.
• Proven grant management experience of complex projects, including a strong understanding and experience with meeting donor criteria in project design, reporting and monitoring/evaluation, environmental and social safeguarding, and other compliance matters.
• Experience with development bank funded programming, including with the Asian Development Bank, is highly desirable.
• Proven experience of managing multi-stakeholder partnerships, complex relationships and consortia projects.
• Experience in resource mobilisation, developing relationships with multilateral donors and developing and writing complex proposals is desirable.
• Experience of working within federated organisational structures and within matrix-style team structures.
Knowledge
• Knowledge of development bank operations, priorities, systems and processes highly desired.
• Knowledge and experience of gender sensitive results-based management and evaluation with particular attention to assessing gender equality results.

About the role
We are seeking a Grants Systems and Business Analyst to join our Foundation, providing subject-area expertise to our grantmaking and wider teams. This exciting role leads on our grants system and processes and ensures we are working in the best way to support our grant-making (approx. £35m of grant spend per year).
You will lead on maintaining, designing and developing grant making systems and processes and their relationship to other parts of the organisation. You will work with colleagues to identify where we could improve our use of existing digital systems or introduce new systems and oversee the introduction of new systems as agreed including the development of a new grant management system. A key element of this role is to help others work in the most efficient and effective way.
In addition, the role leads on introducing, developing and overseeing the operation of digital systems to support the operation of PHF’s wider business. The post holder will bring a mix of technical and people skills to lead on continuous improvement, ensuring our systems and workflows fit the needs of the organisation and those we work with, and colleagues are skilled-up to work effectively. This may involve working on the introduction of new software as required and will include working with our IT support company, software suppliers and colleagues who have specific oversight of some systems.

About The Role
As a Grants and Learning Officer, you’ll be helping us to deliver our ambitious, nationwide grants programme. We currently support over 500 grassroots organisations and 18-30 year old creatives, and have a busy grants cycle to manage, alongside ever-increasing numbers of applications.
This year, we’re building and migrating to a new grants database and you’ll play an integral role on the project team. The Operations Coordinator is one of four core staff team members at Zero Carbon Guildford (ZCG), and leads on facilities and event management, organisational processes, and reporting. In the event of a premises move, they will also lead the charity through the physical move. This is a critical role to the smooth running of the charity, helping create and communicate systems that staff and volunteers use to deliver our objectives more efficiently and effectively.

Building and facilities management:

The role
As Head of Operations, you will lead all operational functions of Foxglove. You will ensure that our finance, HR, legal compliance, fundraising, systems and internal processes enable the organisation to carry out its mission effectively. - Scrutinise monthly financial data and produce financial reports for the CEO and trustees, including quarterly cashflows
- Prepare ATLEU’s annual operating budgets and financial reports for funders and oversee project budgets.

- The Head of Operations plays a pivotal role in mentoring and supporting the People and Inclusion Manager across all HR-related matters, including staff wellbeing and EDI activities.
- In the absence of the People & Inclusion Manager or when facing conflicting deadlines, the Head of Operations is expected to actively participate in all HR tasks.

The Role
We're seeking an experienced, highly organised professional to take on a pivotal role leading the coordination and delivery of two of Julie’s Bicycle's flagship international training programmes: ITER and Creative Climate Changemakers (CCC) (formerly Creative Climate Leadership - CCL).This blended role is critical for ensuring the smooth operation and high-quality delivery of both programmes. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from strategic co-design of the ITER curriculum as well as facilitating the ITER training. Programme overviews
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering two of our core training programmes:

Creative Climate Changemakers (CCC) (formerly Creative Climate Leadership) has been running in different formats since 2017. CCC is an international training, support and transformation programme which empowers artists, artivists and cultural change-makers to take action on the climate and ecological crisis with impact, creativity, and resilience.
CCC strengthens the extraordinary climate leadership already energising the creative and cultural ecosystem everywhere. Through deep immersion in the themes, creativity as a practice and the community as a whole, CCC champions a systems approach orientated towards justice and inclusion. Creative Climate Change-makers represent an exceptional international cohort; many projects, companies and careers are flourishing as a result of the programme, with national cultural policies responding to this new field of practice led by over 200 CCL alumni from all five continents. -
International Touring and Environmental Responsibility (ITER) Programme: Now entering into its fifth year the ITER programme is a partnership between Arts Council England, Arts and Culture Norway and the Danish Arts Foundation, and aims to foster new international collaborations and connections between the participating countries. ITER consists of two training programmes running in parallel; a course for beginners and a course for Changemakers, followed by an opportunity for participants to collaborate and apply for project funding. The programme is directed at touring professionals in the creative sector, focusing on sustainability. To date, 137 organisations and individual artists have taken part in the programme. Many are now leading the way by re-imagining conventional models of touring, putting environmental and social sustainability at the heart of what they do, and bringing important new learning to the sector.
Key Responsibilities
Project management and administration
-
Manage the day-to-day project management and administration for both the CCC and ITER programmes.

Ensure smooth coordination and clear partnership roles (R&Rs) are maintained with key partners for each programme, including Ver Le Futur (Switzerland) for CCC and In futurum for ITER, along with other partners and funders.

Coordinate, manage, and contribute to internal JB meetings for both programmes, including coordinating internal programmatic development/awayday sessions.

Manage the budget for ITER and ensure timely payments to partners and guest speakers. Take an overview of the delivery of the Pro Helvetia Grant for CCC.

Ensure all documentation, including evaluation, impact and funder reports, and statistics, are complete and distributed for CCC, and manage the evaluation for ITER.

Coordinate logistics for both programmes: scheduling meetings, task management, folder management, and ensuring information flows between the team and stakeholders.
Programme delivery & design

CCC residential planning: Manage JB responsibilities for planning, project management, and logistics for one full residential CCC programme in Switzerland in March 2026.

ITER and CCC Programme delivery: Lead the day-to-day delivery of the ITER and CCC programmes across both beginner and advanced levels, ensuring connectivity across sessions, networking, and live events.

Co-design and co-deliver the ITER seminar sessions curriculum with the Head of Programmes, associate facilitators, JB programme leads, and in futurum.

Take responsibility for the strategic overview of the ITER curriculum, learning objectives, and proactively respond to the needs/interests of the cohorts.

Manage all aspects of the online sessions for ITER, with support from the digital team.

Organise and brief guest speakers for ITER.

Co-ordinate JB experts and/or deliver mentoring to winning ITER and CCC projects to support successful delivery of participant's project concepts.

Manage communications with ITER participants and CCC alumni network on occasions.

Co-design and manage the ITER/CCC networks.

Take part in the participant and project selection process for ITER/CCC.
Communications, Strategy & Development
-
Liaise with the Comms and Marketing teams for JB, Ver le Futur, and other CCC partners.

Manage the Communications Campaign for ITER in partnership alongside with the JB marcomms team, including promoting the programme, capturing insights, case studies, and assets.

Support the JB team on developing the brand, strategy, partnership model, and resourcing for ITER/CCC going forward.

Manage enquiries for and scope new CCCs, as time permits.

Represent JB across the ITER/CCC programmes alongside the Head of Programmes.
Person Specification

Outstanding project management and delivery skills and experience, including planning and delivering in-person events, projects, or similar courses.

Excellent training facilitation skills both for online and in-person training styles.

Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and the ability to connect with multiple stakeholders and funders.

Excellent organisational skills: budget management, scheduling, and timekeeping.

Ability to work with a wider programming group to support curation.

Digital skills across a number of online platforms, including Google Drive (Docs, Sheets), Zoom Pro, and Miro/Mural.

Ability to prioritise tasks and keep the project and team on track to meet multiple deadlines.

Sector & Thematic Experience

A commitment to transformative change, inclusion, and justice, and an appreciation of culture as a driver for systems-change.

Intermediate to advanced environmental knowledge

Experience working in arts and culture, on climate justice, or on similar training, education, or transformation programmes in other sectors/communities is valued.

General knowledge of sustainability across the cultural sector is strongly desirable, particularly expertise on sustainable touring.

A keen interest in international and transnational collaboration.
