Migrants Organise is seeking an experienced and values-driven Co-Director to join our leadership team and work closely with our CEO and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to strengthen Migrants Organise’s organisational infrastructure, support growth and sustainability.

This is a pivotal leadership role that combines strategic vision, grassroots solidarity movement building with hands-on management. The Co-Director will contribute to key aspects of organisational development, including strategic leadership, fundraising and financial management, staff management and development, governance, and capacity building of our grassroots membership to ensure that our mission and movement values are reflected in our internal systems, culture and external impact.

Job Purpose:

• To coordinate the development and delivery of Fundraising Challenges Events, nationally and internationally, with the objective of engaging the community on a grass-roots level in line with the IRUK fundraising strategy
• To work closely with the Community Fundraising team to promote the mass participation of events that will lead to participation and fundraising
• To deliver stewardship journeys for participants and supporters
• To successfully project manage multiple national fundraising initiatives.

The successful candidate must have:

• Proven experience in challenges coordination and/or management
• Significant experience of fundraising through organising and delivering challenges, and/or mass participation activities
• Experience of the development, delivery, monitoring and evaluation of plans and budgets
• Experience of delivering exceptional donor/customer care
• Experience in supporter stewardship
• Experience of using a range of effective communication channels to promote fundraising activities
• Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with vendors and suppliers
• Experience of managing own workload effectively, planning and organising work to meet deadlines
• Experience of working effectively without close supervision dealing with problems as they arise

About the Programme

The Foundation has been awarded a £2.1m grant by the National Lottery Community Fund (NLCF) to deliver a pilot as part of it's Grant Holder Support programme. This pilot, Investing in the Power of Civil Society (IIPCS), will support up to 640 charities across the Northwest, Southwest of England and Yorkshire and Humber . 

Delivered in partnership with eight organisations — IVAR, Groundwork UK and local trusts, CAST, The School for Social Entrepreneurs, NCVO, Voice4Change England, the AVOCADO Foundation and Access (advisory) — the pilot will offer diagnostic-led, tailored and relational support to help organisations strengthen their work.

Support will focus on resilience, environmental impact, readiness for AI and digital technology, enabling participating charities to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing world. With a strong emphasis on equity and access, the pilot is designed to ensure organisations of all sizes and backgrounds can benefit.

We will be using a test-and-learn approach — trying out new ways of supporting charities, learning from what works and what doesn’t, and using those insights to improve future programmes. This approach will help shape NLCF’s future support for both grant holders and grant seekers, strengthen the Foundation and partners’ own development practice, and contribute to wider learning across the sector.

About the Role

As Relationship Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering this new, collaborative pilot programme. You’ll be the key point of contact for grant holders referred into the programme, guiding them through a diagnostic process, co-creating tailored development plans, and connecting them with the right support.

You’ll also work closely with National Lottery Community Fund Funding Officers, helping them make confident and effective referrals. Your work will ensure that learning from these relationships directly informs the future design of the programme and how the UK’s largest non-statutory community funder supports small charities.

This is a highly relational role that requires empathy, curiosity, and a deep understanding of the voluntary sector.

Responsibilities include:

• Strategic Direction: Lead PBI UK, representing it to external stakeholders, including funders, policymakers, collaborators and the legal community. Oversee day-to-day operations to align with the strategic and operational evolution of the broader PBI. In collaboration with staff and the Board, ensure PBI’s sustainable development and maintain effective internal policies and practices.
• Fundraising and Communications: Collaborate with PBI UK staff to create an annual fundraising plan and oversee its implementation, covering both private (individuals, major donors, legacies, corporates, community) and public (trusts, foundations, some institutional) streams. • Liaison with Broader PBI: Lead liaison with PBI’s International Office and other global bodies, ensuring that PBI UK evolves in a way which contributes to PBI’s global evolution, and maintaining good relationships with other PBI teams.
• Liaison with PBI’s Boards and Ambassadors: Work closely with the Finance Manager and PBI UK staff in the production of PBI UK’s annual budget and plan, using PBI UK’s resources effectively and efficiently. Develop relevant policies for Board approval and ensure compliance, and keep the Chair informed of all important matters. The Head of Operations holds responsibility for our day-to-day delivery, strategic development of our services, and operational team leadership. As our new Head of Operations you will:

• sit on the PiP Senior Management Team and lead our team of circa twenty delivery staff. 
• ensure continuous operational improvement, working with SMT to develop our service and systems, through new projects or ways of working, and champion a learner-led approach to everything we do.

REDRESS is looking to appoint a Survivor Participation Officer to support our work designing, delivering, co-ordinating, and co-producing our policy advocacy with survivors of torture based in the UK and internationally. We are seeking applications from candidates with experience of working with survivors, grassroots organising, or policy advocacy.

Who we are

REDRESS is an international human rights organisation based in London and The Hague that pursues legal claims on behalf of survivors of torture in the UK and around the world to obtain justice and reparation for violations against their human rights. Our approach to legal claims is strategic, so that as well as representing an individual we target the policy reasons that enabled the torture to take place, by building campaigns that uses advocacy, survivor participation, and communications to influence change.

At REDRESS, we utilise a survivor-centred approach, and we undertake a range of legal, policy, advocacy  and communications initiatives (both in the UK and internationally) that we seek to co-produce with survivors on accountability and reparations for torture. This includes working with different groups of survivors to co-design and co-develop initiatives which reflect their priorities.

We are strengthening our processes to further enhance our diversity, build our survivor-centred approach, and ensure people with lived experience are part of REDRESS. 

The Team

The Survivor Participation Officer will work with individual survivors and survivor networks to facilitate co-designed advocacy campaigns aimed at the UK government and international stakeholders on key issues, deepen relationships with key stakeholders within the anti-torture movement, develop referral pathways for survivors and make referrals as necessary.

Position Profile

The main responsibilities of the role are:

Survivor Participation. Develop and implement co-production initiatives with survivors of torture, including by providing the secretariat for the Survivor Advisory Group (SAG). Manage and build strong working relationships with new and existing SAG members, as well as survivor networks in the UK and internationally. Advise and support colleagues across REDRESS on embedding co-production in their work.

Survivor-Centred Approach. Develop, implement and manage internal policies and practice on survivor participation as needs arise. Enhance institutional thinking on survivor participation.

Advocacy. Work alongside the Advocacy Officer to co-develop advocacy strategies and campaigns with survivors based on their priorities. Facilitate meetings between survivors and parliamentarians. Support survivors with the development of key messages.

Project Management. Ensure delivery of project and related activities. Manage the budget. Contribute to the drafting of funding proposals, financial reports, and donor reports.

Support guides. Update the REDRESS Guide to Justice, Accountability and Reparations (and the relevant sections of our website) periodically to ensure these remain accurate and up to date resources for survivors and practitioners.

Deliver training. Develop and deliver capacity strengthening workshops to survivor groups, diaspora communities and NGO practitioners, to increase access to information on justice and reparations.

Referrals. Support REDRESS clients where necessary, including by signposting and making referrals to support providers.

Partnerships. Foster relations with existing and potential partners and counterparts on litigation, policy advocacy, and training.

Teamwork/Collaboration. Work collaboratively with REDRESS team members and external stakeholders always exercising professional integrity.

Representing REDRESS. Contribute to the wider needs of the organisation, including communicating REDRESS’ work to a wide array of audiences.

The position is also expected to carry out such further duties as may reasonably be required from time to time by REDRESS.  

Person Specification

We are seeking applications from intermediate professionals with some previous experience in either co-production, grassroots organising, or policy advocacy to contribute to this work.

Essential Competencies

The successful candidate will need to have the following essential competencies:

· Experience working with survivors and/or survivor groups. At least three years relevant experience.

· An understanding of human rights.

· Demonstrated proficiency in writing and editing for a public audience.

· Experience in delivering projects.

· Experience working with NGOs and other stakeholders.

· Experience in public speaking to a variety of audiences.

· Experience managing volunteers.

· Good standard of written and oral English.

· Willingness to undertake travel within the United Kingdom.

· Literacy in social media in a professional environment (primarily Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook).

We may consider candidates who are at the early stages of their career and do not meet all the essential criteria. As a minimum at junior level, candidates would benefit from experience of working with survivors, and demonstrable experience in delivering projects.

Desirable Competencies

A strong candidate will also have other desirable competencies:

·  A relevant degree in an area such as human rights or international relations, or equivalent experience in the field of human rights.

· Fluency in a language other than English.

· Experience managing projects and project budgets.

· Experience in UK parliamentary advocacy.

Terms

Reporting. The position will report to a Senior Legal Advisor.

Hours. This is a full-time position at 35 hours a week, however part-time hours will be considered. Evening and weekend work may be required from time to time.

Location. The position is based at the REDRESS office in London.

Flexible Working. REDRESS is an “in-person” organisation and we value teamwork, but we have a flexible working policy which allows for working from home. This role is currently required to be in the office at least two days a week.

Duration. The contract is for a fixed term of 12 months (maternity cover).

Start date. The position would start in January 2026.

Probation. There is a six-month probationary period. 

Pension. REDRESS offers a pension contribution of 10% of salary.

Holiday.  There are 25 days of holiday per year, in addition to UK public holidays. The office is also closed between Christmas and New Year.

Status. The candidate must have the right to live and work in the UK. Unfortunately, we cannot sponsor a UK immigration process for this role.

Interview process. We expect to do two rounds of interviews. We may ask candidates to complete a brief written test as part of the process but will provide information on that nearer the time.

· First round Interviews will take place on a rolling basis and will be on-line.

· Final round interview will take place on 17 December 2025 and will be in-person at our office in London.

Corporate Partnerships Executive

Reporting to: Corporate Partnerships Manager

Location of work: London-based with at least three days per week required at Deutsche Bank’s London Office. Beyond partner requirements, Magic Breakfast has a hybrid approach including working from home and occasional meetings at the charity’s London office. The role may also involve some occasional travel throughout England and Scotland including to Deutsche Bank’s Birmingham office. 

Contract type: Ideally full-time, 35 hours per week, although part time / flexible hours may be considered. The role may require occasional evening and weekend work

Contract Length: This is a fixed term contract starting ASAP until 31st January 2028.

Magic Breakfast’s mission is to end child morning hunger in the UK now and for good. The latest research suggests that 2.7 million children are at risk of hunger, meaning one in five children don’t have enough to eat. When a child is too hungry to learn, they struggle to concentrate, absorb information, and manage their emotions, causing them to fall behind in their studies.

Magic Breakfast provides a nutritious breakfast to over 300,000 children and young people every school day. We work with schools in areas of high disadvantage, helping staff target children most in need without barrier or stigma.

JOB PURPOSE

Magic Breakfast has a motivated and high performing Corporate Partnerships team which was recently successful in securing a transformational partnership with Deutsche Bank, beginning in January 2026. We are now seeking a Corporate Partnerships Executive to support the Corporate Partnerships Manager who will together be dedicated to supporting that partnership over the next two years.

Background on the partnership:

Deutsche Bank’s UK Charity of the Year programme is a two-year partnership with Magic Breakfast beginning January 2026 with an ambition of raising £2m over that time. The partnership will be significant for the charity. Going beyond fundraising, the company aims to unlock further value by helping to build the charity’s capacity and provide access to in-house resources and expertise. Through their partnership with Magic Breakfast, Deutsche Bank is committed to enabling young people to develop life skills and emotional resilience whilst promoting social and economic equality for young people. The partnership also has the potential ensure a legacy beyond the 24-month partnership.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Corporate Partnerships Executive, you will work with a Corporate Partnerships Manager to deliver one of the charity’s largest, most high-profile and multi-faceted partnerships to date. Together you will work closely with colleagues in the Corporate Partnerships Team and across the organisation, to maximise potential of this transformational partnership.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with the CSR Team at Deutsche Bank and their wider employee network.

In addition, you will be expected to support other corporate partnerships and collaborate with the wider fundraising team to deliver projects and implement processes that support Magic Breakfast’s Fundraising & Development team in achieving its income targets and wider success.

Partnership management:

• Work with the Partnerships Manager to produce compelling and timely reports for the funder.
• Work with the Partnerships Manager and Volunteering Executive to develop and coordinate a volunteering programme for Deutsche Bank’s workforce.
• Engage Deutsche Bank’s workforce through webinars, school visits and employee fundraising activity and campaigns, helping to build recognition of Magic Breakfast.
• Represent Magic Breakfast at events hosted by Deutsche Bank and brief other Magic Breakfast representatives when required.

Internal working:

•  Work with the Partnerships Manager to create a partnership development plan to maximise the potential of Deutsche Bank.
• Work collaboratively with the Corporate Partnerships Team and Fundraising & Development Team to support broader departmental and organisational goals.
• Support growth by proactively identifying introductions to new prospects, whether corporate contacts or philanthropists.
• Work closely with all departments where relevant across Magic Breakfast to maximise the potential of the partnership in delivering the charity’s 2025-2028 Business Plan.
• Engage with Service Delivery team to enable school visits and volunteering opportunities to engage Deutsche Bank employees.
• Engage with the Brand and Marketing team to ensure that partnership comms and PR opportunities are optimised.
• Take part in organisation-wide working groups and projects to support the charity’s strategic goals and initiatives.

Planning, reporting and due diligence:

• Maintain accurate financial forecasting including updating monthly records.
• Ensure that Deutsche Bank and any third parties that work with Magic Breakfast  as a result of the partnership adhere to our ethical fundraising policy, and flag any risks upwards for resolution if necessary.
• Ensure all partnership activity is carried out in line with the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Practice, and that key documents such as partner contracts are saved on Salesforce.
• Taking an active role in delivering and evaluating progress against the charity’s three year business plan, Fundraising strategy and as well as Corporate Partnerships team objectives and KPIs.
• Inform and support the development of the Fundraising and Development Team budget with understanding and oversight of the charity’s overall budget and accounts.
• Effectively support the day-to-day financial management of the team.
• Take responsibility for the operationalisation of Magic Breakfast’s policies and practice in relation to safeguarding, risk management, and GDPR across the team.

General:

• Contribute to team meetings, sharing ideas, best practice and supporting team members where necessary.
• Help to maintain a positive working environment, keeping the vision of Magic Breakfast and our values at the heart of everything we do.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Knowledge and Experience

• Up to date with corporate fundraising landscape, particularly the financial services sector.
• Some experience of delivering corporate/charity partnerships within the charity or corporate sector. (desirable)
• Understanding of the importance of due diligence in the charity sector to ensure that all partners meet our ethical fundraising criteria.
• Experience in planning and delivering events for external stakeholders.
• Experience of income forecasting and reporting.

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills.
• Proven success of good stakeholder relationship-building and management (both internally and externally), with the ability collaborate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
• Outstanding time management and organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple tasks simultaneously managing a varied workload and work under pressure to deadlines.
•  A collaborative team player with the confidence to effectively contribute remotely across teams and departments and inspire others.
• High level of competency in the use of Microsoft Office packages and experience of using a fundraising database Salesforce or similar CRM for relationship management and income forecasting purposes.
• Experience of using Asana (desirable).

1. To lead the development and delivery of WIP’s housing programme in South London and Manchester, ensuring high quality, trauma responsive services.
2. Develop effective pathways with local housing teams and providers, including through co-design with women with lived experience, developing training and resources to improve the knowledge and understanding on women impacted by the CJS. 
3. Provide effective leadership to direct reports, fostering a positive, supportive and collaborative team culture.
4. Work collaboratively with the external affairs team to provide programme insights to influence policy and systems change to prevent criminalisation of women due to homelessness and housing insecurity.

Job Purpose:  

To support the delivery of WIPs housing programme for unsentenced women, providing trauma-informed specialist support to women in HMP Bronzefield, and going through court processes, with a focus on improving housing outcomes for women affected by the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibility Areas

1. To deliver an effective housing intervention for women impacted by the criminal justice system.
2. To develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, such as housing departments, court-based and prison teams, to ensure a collaborative approach to women’s accommodation needs.
3. To provide expert advice and support to colleagues, including upskilling through information and training sessions, and supporting system change activities.
