Role Summary    

The Graphic Designer plays a key role in shaping and maintaining Alcohol Change UK’s visual identity. This role is responsible for producing engaging visual content across multiple digital and print channels to inform, engage, and inspire our audiences, and across our flagship campaigns including the Dry January® challenge. Sitting within our Marketing and Communications department, the postholder will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all creative outputs align with our brand identity and communication goals. As we continue on our ambitious five year strategy, growing our ambition across campaigns and fundraising activities, the Graphic Designer will play a key role in strengthening the visual presence of Alcohol Change UK and driving greater brand awareness.

About Support and Connect 
The Support and Connect service is delivered in partnership with MIND in Camden, within the NHS Core Team. We provide members of our local community with short-term, holistic and person-centred support, which is meaningful and steered by them. We aim to work flexibly with, and alongside clients in the service to support their needs and wellbeing. 
Support and Connect is a short-term service, offering up to 10-12 sessions of emotional, social and/or practical support. You would be expected to meet with clients either at Likewise, in one of our partner offices across Camden or within the community spaces across the borough.

The families services is delivered mainly online with flexibility required for occasional evening / weekend working to meet the needs of the families we support.

Regular travel will be required to attend events and visit partners to spread the word about the service and build referral pathways nationwide.  There will be occasional travel required for national team meetings in Richmond. These currently take place 3 times a year and require an overnight stay. There will also be periodic in-person meetings with colleagues which can take place at a convenient location locally.

This is a permanent role with responsibility for supporting women and girls who are survivors of sexual violence, to navigate the criminal justice system. As an Multiple Disadvantage ISVA you will have a good understanding of what constitutes multiple disadvantages, disempowerment, or discrimination, and how they intersect with experiences of sexual violence. You should have experience of providing support to women with multiple complex needs, ideally within the Criminal Justice System. In addition to having excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills you should also be able to develop key relationships with external agencies. You should have demonstrable experience of working with survivors of sexual violence and of working in a trauma-informed way. We will provide clinical supervision, full training and line management, and the opportunity to develop your skillsets. About Alexandra Rose Charity 

Founded by Queen Alexandra in 1912, Alexandra Rose Charity (ARC) has a long history of supporting people experiencing poverty in the UK. Our vision is for everyone to have access to healthy and affordable food, and our mission is to give families on low incomes access to fresh fruit and vegetables in their local communities whilst advocating for systemic change to address food insecurity and health inequalities.
Since 2014, ARC has pioneered the use of financial incentives to improve access to healthy food and combat food insecurity through our Rose Vouchers for Fruit & Veg projects. To date, we have supported over 11,000 families, including over 20,000 children, to access £3.5 million of fresh fruit and vegetables in their local communities.
To deliver this scale, we work with 73 children and family centres and community organisations, 69 market traders and independent retailers, two fruit and vegetable vans and one fruit and vegetable delivery box scheme. We estimate that our projects have generated a total economic value added of almost £9 million for the local economies of the eight locations where we work: five London Boroughs, Barnsley, Liverpool and Glasgow.

ARC is a data-rich organisation, having made significant progress in our data analytics activities in recent years. What You Will Be Doing

• Supporting clients in event planning, including site visits, service bookings, invoicing, and gathering necessary documents and licenses.
• Ensuring alcohol license requirements are met and communicate final event details to clients.
• Maintaining detailed planning records and manage logistics, including booking staff and coordinating with internal teams.
• Writing and share event briefs, process staff invoices, and liaise with key departments such as kitchen, facilities, and church groups.
• Providing event-day support by working with Duty Managers, acting as emergency contact on a rota, and occasionally attending events to build client relationships.
• Completing post-event tasks, such as reporting issues and following up with clients.
• Covering for the Head of Venue and Events during absences and ensure compliance with venue regulations.
• Essential skills include strong customer service, communication, organisation, attention to detail, and confidence using Google Suite.
• Desirable skills include experience in events or hospitality, CRM familiarity, and understanding of sound, lighting, and visual requirements.

Well-established and mission-driven charity that works to improve outcomes for children are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to support the continued growth and financial sustainability of the group.

This senior finance role is central to the organisation's success, providing leadership on statutory accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation. The role also includes supervising a small team within the finance function and supporting operational teams with accurate and timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with performance analysis
• Ensure income is accurately recorded and reconciled, including with fundraising systems
• Manage bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, and investment reconciliations
• Oversee sales and purchase ledger activities
• Lead cash flow forecasting and monitoring

Abandon Normal Devices are seeking an experienced finance professional or small accountancy provider to manage our core finance functions on a freelance/contract basis. This is an ongoing, part-time contract supporting the financial operations of a small, ambitious arts organisation working at the intersection of art, technology and digital culture.

We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of charity finance, skilled in Xero, bookkeeping, payroll, reporting, audit preparation, HMRC filings and support with funding reports. You may be an individual already set up for freelance work, or a firm used to providing finance support to charities or arts organisations. You’ll work closely with the Chief Executive and liaise with trustees and external auditors as needed.

JOB PURPOSE

Based within the global Fundraising team, the Programme Fundraising Manager will generate sustainable income and play a pivotal role in delivering fundraising strategies to support the mission and objectives of Lumos, including the 10-year ambition to be launched in November 2025.

Working with country programmes in Colombia, Kenya, Moldova and Ukraine, as well as the global system change programme, the postholder will manage a portfolio of donors and prospective donors, positioning Lumos to secure new and repeat funding from charitable trusts, foundations and institutions. The role will also provide advice and support to the wider Fundraising team, building team capacity and writing compelling proposals to engage High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and other funders in Lumos programmes.

We are looking for a skilled relationship-builder and strategic thinker who has strong writing skills and experience working with donors. The postholder will work closely with colleagues across Programmes, Communications, Operations, and Finance, and act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive fundraiser to make a tangible impact on children’s lives globally.

KEY OBJECTIVES

Prospecting & Engagement

• Develop and manage a pipeline of short, medium and longer-term prospects for each programme area under the 10-year ambition through research, strategic positioning and targeted outreach
• Identify new funding opportunities and support programme teams to align donor interests with Lumos’ work, collaborating with colleagues to develop tailored approaches
• Project manage programme fundraising appeals (e.g. targeted Trust mailings) in coordination with the Programmes and Communications teams
• Stay informed of philanthropic trends and share donor insights across teams
• Represent Lumos in relevant networks and platforms to raise our profile and pursue funding opportunities.

Proposal Development

• Lead the development of high-quality, high-value proposals to secure new and repeat awards from charitable trusts, foundations, and institutional donors
• Work closely with Programme teams to shape and package funding propositions
• Draft compelling funding proposals and marketing materials as needed, including for HNWI
• Ensure proposals meet donor and internal requirements, in compliance with quality assurance, risk management, and sign-off processes
• Support the development of collaborative, efficient proposal development systems.

Awards Management

• Support senior leaders in managing key donor relationships through tactical advice, briefings, and pitch preparation
• Build and steward a portfolio of current and prospective donors, ensuring a high-quality engagement experience
• Work with internal teams to stay informed about funding gaps and strategic priorities
• Develop tools and guidance to support programme delivery teams in meeting donor requirements during implementation
• Contribute to organisation-wide funding management best practices and systems.

Reporting

· Coordinate timely, accurate and engaging donor reports that programme achievements and challenges in a strategic way, ensuring full compliance with donor rules and expectations

• Maintain up-to-date donor information, activity logs and opportunities in Salesforce
• Provide colleagues with donor insights to support planning, collaboration and engagement
• As required, produce internal reports on fundraising against income targets.

Other

• Build strong working relationships across all teams and levels of the organisation
• Actively contribute to team meetings, planning sessions and cross-team initiatives
• Stay informed about developments in child rights, child protection and care reform

Occasional international travel may be required (1-2 trips per year) depending on programme priorities and donor needs.

The Programme Fundraising Manager currently has no line management responsibility; however, the team is expected to grow in the coming years and the role may expand to manage and build the capacity of 1-2 fundraisers.

Elders Voice, a charity supporting older people, are excited to be joining a consortium of organisations, that will work together on making Brent an age friendly borough. Led by the Brent Pensioner’s Forum, the consortium’s aim is to make Brent a place where people can live healthy and active later lives; a place where the environment, activities and services enable older people to enjoy life, participate in society and be valued for their contribution.

We are looking for a coordinator to develop and implement a borough-wide action plan, that addresses the eight barriers to the wellbeing and participation of older people, as identified by the World Health Organisation (WHO) under their Age Friendly Cities Framework. This action plan will help Brent fulfil its vision of becoming an age friendly borough. The post is funded by a grant from Brent Council and will report into the CEO of Elders Voice.
