I have a brilliant opportunity to join Chapter One, as their Digital Communications Officer, working for Chapter One, remotely in the UK. In this role you lead the development and delivery of the charity’s digital communications, ensuring their messages and campaigns are clear, engaging, and accessible across all platforms. The charity is a national gambling harm prevention organisation, which provides, training, education, advice, and resources. They are looking for a passionate individual with an interest in addiction, mental health, public health, healthcare, commercial determinants or suicide prevention.
As Digital Communications Officer you will shape how the charity presents itself to the public, stakeholders, and partners – amplifying voice and enhancing the reach and impact of their work. You’ll work closely with the small team, to understand needs and come up with creative content and messages.
Chapter One has been created by a more established charity, so whilst it’s in its infancy, the charity is derived from knowledge and experience. The charity will be growing, and therefore, this role will grow and develop too.
Your experience:
- One of their key audience’s is young people, and those at risk of experience gambling harm, so they would love to find someone with knowledge of how to get their attention, and knowledge of emerging digital trends (TikTok, SnapChat).
- Experience managing social media accounts and creating engaging content across platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, SnapChat)
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to tailor messages for different audiences and platforms
- Experience of website hosting/management
- Experience planning and managing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (e.g., Meta, Google Ads)
- Ability to analyse and optimise campaign performance to improve reach and engagement
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) and confident in creating visual content
- Experience using email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor)

Personal Assistant - Immediate Start
Central London, hybrid (4 days in office)
£16.48–£19.23 per hour + holiday pay

I’m currently working with a leading organisation in the creative sector who are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a busy and varied role where you’ll provide high-level support to the Chief Executive and other senior directors, with responsibilities including:
Proactive diary and inbox management
Coordinating Board and Committee meetings, including taking accurate minutes
Preparing agendas, papers, and high-quality documents
Organising travel, expenses, and logistics for senior leaders
Supporting governance processes and company secretariat duties
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
This would suit someone with proven PA/EA experience at executive level, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with discretion and attention to detail. Strong MS Office and digital skills (including Zoom/Teams) are essential, and experience taking board-level minutes will be highly valued.

Temporary Data Administrator (School Setting)
Start date: ASAP
Contract: Until December 2025
Hours: 25 per week, ideally 9:00am – 2:00pm (with flexibility available)
Location: Kingston-upon-Thames
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Data Administrator to join a busy school environment on a temporary basis. This role will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our school systems and supporting staff, parents, and students with data and MIS-related queries.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting school systems and managing data entry/migration
Monitoring the Data/MIS inbox and responding to queries
Acting as the first point of contact for parents and staff for MIS/iSAMS support
Updating parental contact details and inputting report data
Creating report templates and providing exam support via MIS/iSAMS
Supporting registration processes on the system
Managing parent queries for Satchel One and overseeing My School Portal
Learning iSAMS quickly and attending any necessary training
About You
A highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail
Confident IT user (Outlook and Excel essential)
Quick to pick up new systems, proactive, and accurate under pressure
Previous experience with iSAMS would be an advantage, but not essential
Must have (or be very close to obtaining) Enhanced DBS clearance and references to enable a prompt start
