Job description

35 hours per week | Fixed term, initially for 12 months

Based in Stratford, East London

We’re Mind, the leading mental health charity. Right now, more people than ever are talking about mental health and we have a unique opportunity to maximise our reach and help more people get support and respect.

If you are passionate about brand and the impact it can have on helping a large national charity deliver its strategic objectives, we want to hear from you.

The communications and marketing team’s purpose is to lift Mind’s brand; to tell our story in a planned and audience-driven way and deliver strategic, life-changing communications.

As the Senior Brand Network Officer, you will work across Mind and our network of local Minds to ensure our mission, vision and brand values run through everything we do.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering a brand development programme which will take our brand profile to new heights.

You’ll work with research and creative agencies and work collaboratively with colleagues across Mind, Mind Cymru, our retail shops and our federated network of local Minds to develop and roll out refreshed brand proposition, messages and assets, and implement the brand and communications strategy.

This role is based in London and will engage with staff in Stratford and Cardiff, and also work closely with our network of shops and local Minds.
