What you’ll do:

• Reconcile fortnightly travel invoices and monthly credit card statements obtaining approvals and uploading to the accounts system.
• Raise all sales invoices across all group companies.

• Provide cover for the other assistant accountant, namely in relation to purchase ledger processing and payments runs and bank transaction postings.
• Ad hoc analysis and support for month and year end activities.

What you’ll need:

• Experience of using a finance system preferably Sage 200, payment system and Microsoft applications, including experience of working in nominal, sales and purchase ledgers and cashbook.
• An ability to multi task and work to tight deadlines.
• Experience of working in a finance team in a similar role
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• A consistent and effective team player who can multi task and prioritise
• Effective oral and written communication skills

Primary location of role

Role Overview and Main Responsibilities

One of the main areas of this role is to improve the Digital Marketing systems of the college. This involves managing multiple projects and supervising other team members within their roles. • Email marketing across stakeholder groups to support recruitment and engagement for the college. This includes the management of Mailchimp and ensuring Donorfy data is up to date.
• Direct marketing to students and partners for college courses, training options, collaborative design, delivery and lifelong learning. This may include digital marketing via website, social media, email, content marketing, print marketing and campaigns.
• Developing a digital marketing campaigns calendar and system for use within the team including the implementation of campaign briefs and tracking of campaigns across ANCC products
• Play an active role within the team to help at promotional events, including national exhibitions and conferences, at the college and elsewhere
• Assist the team with organising college open days and other promotional events (graduations, multicultural evenings, carols at Easneye etc).
• Work creatively with the team to continue to develop strong relationships with ANCC alumni through digital communications, and maximising opportunities for engagement

Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Fundraising Manager to grow our income
streams and deepen impact. You will play a central role in developing and delivering
our fundraising strategy, cultivating key relationships, and securing vital funds to
power our mission.

Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Income Generation
● Support the development and delivery of the Foundation’s fundraising
strategy.

● Build, manage, and maintain a high-quality fundraising pipeline and annual
work plan.

● Research, develop, and submit compelling funding applications to trusts,
foundations, and statutory bodies.

● Contribute to the planning and execution of our annual fundraising events and
community initiatives.

Relationship Management
● Cultivate and sustain meaningful relationships with funders, donors, and
partners.

● Provide tailored impact reports and consistent communication to supporters.

Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance
● Track and report against fundraising targets, including monthly donors and
income streams.

● Maintain accurate records, pipeline data, and activity logs.

● Produce clear, timely reports for senior leadership and trustees.

● Ensure all fundraising activity complies with regulation, best practice, and
GDPR.

Collaboration & Communications
● Work closely with the Head of Social Media and Community to align messaging
and impact storytelling.

● Support Foundation Ambassadors with campaigns and fundraising activities.

fundraising communication.

Role Overview

The Donor Relations Officer will be responsible for crafting compelling, donor-centred communications that strengthen long-term relationships with partners and supporters, deepen engagement and inspire giving. One of the main areas of responsibility will be to produce proposals and reports for stakeholders, especially strategic partners and donors. The postholder will work closely with the other members of the Marketing and Communications team, as well as collaborating with other departments within the college.  The ideal candidate will have proven experience of producing copy for fundraising and donor relations purposes, and will be a skilled storyteller who can translate the strategic objectives of the college into resonant narratives, understands donor motivations, and writes with clarity, empathy, and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Stewardship Writing

• Develop persuasive and high-quality copy for multi-channel fundraising campaigns (direct mail, email, website, social media etc.)
• Write impact reports and stewardship letters that convey gratitude and demonstrate impact.
• Create case statements, proposals, and presentations for major donor and foundation audiences.
• Oversee the ongoing use of Donorfy CRM to ensure it functions in a way that optimises ANCC's efficiency and makes full use of its functionality; carry out system integrations as needed.

Storytelling & Content Development

• Interview students, alumni, partners, staff and donors to develop authentic, mission-driven stories.
• Adapt organizational content for various donor segments, ensuring a consistent voice and message.
• Collaborate within the Marketing & Communications team to pair copy with strong visuals, and input to other priority projects as required.

Editing & Quality Control

• Proofread and edit donor communications to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with the college ethos and brand guidelines.
• Maintain a consistent, donor-focused tone across all written materials.

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work closely with the members of the Marketing & Communications team to align donor messaging with campaign goals.
• Collaborate with other teams across the college including the Academic, Training and Finance Teams.
• Contribute to the development of content calendars and communication strategies.
• Track and analyse response rates and engagement to inform future copy.

· Fully participate in All Nations community activities when possible.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years’ professional writing experience, preferably in donor relations and fundraising communications.
• Proven ability to write clear, compelling, and engaging copy and marketing materials for diverse audiences.
• Strong interviewing, research, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent editing and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with donor stewardship best practices and fundraising language.
• Experience of producing and tracking fundraising campaigns, tracking impact, reporting and lesson learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and engage cross-culturally.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team and wider organisational departments.
• Experience with CRM or donor database systems.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of direct response fundraising principles.
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content best practices, and awareness of upcoming trends and changes in the sector, including best use of AI.
• Experience of working with Canva and other document editing software which pair visuals with text.
• A heart for Christian cross-cultural mission and commitment to the goals and ethos of All Nations Christian College.

Reporting to Co-Heads of Casework

Hours - 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

We have two roles available - one is permanent and the other is a three year contract.

The post holder would be responsible for:

* Providing specialist advice and advocacy service to the homeless guests of our services, which include Partner Day Centres and Night Shelters throughout the winter season.

* Employing creative thinking and practices to ensure that guests are supported and motivated to achieve their goals.

* Attending appointments with guest occassionally when needed

* Referring and signposting guests to accommodation providers, health service and other relevant internal and external support services, as necessary.

* Maintaining good communication with the Managers of our partnered Drop In Centres, Glass Door colleagues and local statutory and non-statutory services.

* Attending meetings with the Casework team, external service providers and partner organisations when required.

* Collating statistics and outcome measurements of the casework servicce for both internal and external use.

* Maintaining a well organised and easily accessible administration system for the casework programme in line with relevant legislation (eg GDPR)

* Managing a small casework budget

* Undertaking any other duties as required by the charity.

Person Specification

Essential:

* At least one years experience of working one-on-one and assessing the needs of homeless people or similar disadvantaged client groups

* Empathic attitude to homeless and vulnerably housed people

* Up to date knowledge of the welfare issues and legislation affecting homeless people

* Knowledge of relevant support services available to homeless people, particularly in West London

* Confident approach to and experience of, dealing with challenging behaviour

* Ability to maintain good relationships with colleagues and external service providers

* Highly organised with strong time management skills

* Ability to keep clear and up to date case records

* Experienced and competent in MS Office packages

* Ability to work independently and take the initiative to make important decisions.

* Flexible and supportive team member with excellent communication skills

* Ability to adhere to and implement Health & Safety, HR and operational policies
