About Alexandra Rose Charity
Founded by Queen Alexandra in 1912, Alexandra Rose Charity (ARC) has a long history of supporting people experiencing poverty in the UK. Our vision is for everyone to have access to healthy and affordable food, and our mission is to give families on low incomes access to fresh fruit and vegetables in their local communities whilst advocating for systemic change to address food insecurity and health inequalities.
Since 2014, ARC has pioneered the use of financial incentives to improve access to healthy food and combat food insecurity through our Rose Vouchers for Fruit & Veg projects. To date, we have supported over 11,000 families, including over 20,000 children, to access £3.5 million of fresh fruit and vegetables in their local communities.
To deliver this scale, we work with 73 children and family centres and community organisations, 69 market traders and independent retailers, two fruit and vegetable vans and one fruit and vegetable delivery box scheme. We estimate that our projects have generated a total economic value added of almost £9 million for the local economies of the eight locations where we work: five London Boroughs, Barnsley, Liverpool and Glasgow.
As part of our new five-year strategy, we want to grow our reach and impact as part of a national movement where Rose Vouchers for Fruit & Veg projects are embedded in local and national policies and seen as a key intervention for transforming the diets of communities across the UK.
About the role
As we launch our new 5 year strategy we are looking for an experienced Head of Finance & Business Services to help deliver our mission and support the growth and consolidation of the charity. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will play a key role in implementing our new strategy as well as managing risk.
You will take overall responsibility for the organisation’s financial management, working closely with the Chief Executive and the Treasurer.
You will provide effective finance business partner support to other functions within the charity to support its fundraising, operations and development.
You will also be responsible for the line management of the Finance & Business Administrator, working with the Chief Executive to both oversee and support the business services function of the charity.

The Business Engagement team leads the RSPB’s work with the private sector and plays a central role in the charity’s strategy, working with businesses as agents of change. As Head of Partnership Delivery, you will:
- Lead RSPB’s most strategic corporate partnerships, overseeing a portfolio that includes Tesco, Co-op, Cemex and Ella’s Kitchen. These relationships are already delivering conservation impact and income, but there is more potential to unlock.
- Manage and mentor a skilled team of four, with a collaborative, empowering leadership style and people-first approach
- Drive income growth and unlock new value from existing partners – including funding for restoration, nature projects, biodiversity in supply chains, engaging with business customers and employees’ and behaviour change initiatives
- Work across internal teams – including Global Conservation, Country teams, Fair to Nature, Policy & Advocacy, Finance and Communications – to integrate technical expertise and policy influence into our partnerships
- Play an active leadership role across the Business Engagement team and wider RSPB, helping evolve their approach to corporate engagement and championing the role of business in nature recovery
Ideal skills and experience:
- A track record of leading and growing high-value, strategic partnerships – ideally at a multi-million-pound scale

- A collaborative, empowering leadership style with a people-first approach (team leadership experience is essential)

AMOSSHE The Student Services Organisation is looking for a new Head of Engagement and Operations. In this role you’ll support our Executive Director in leading AMOSSHE as a senior leader. You’ll be responsible for handling operational management, which includes acting as the Deputy Director for the organisation. You’ll oversee strategic areas involving member engagement, ensuring the effective delivery of our membership services, and driving strategic initiatives. 1. Lead and manage the service delivery team

Build and nurture relationships (and formal and informal partnerships) across the Criminal Justice System (CJS) to promote the work of the Hardman Trust, expand our reach and enhance service delivery.

Our Head of Data and Business Intelligence is responsible for:
- Provide strategic leadership and implement initiatives to improve data maturity and the overall data and insights culture across the organisation
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and organisational-wide data management and BI framework(s) aligned with the MS Society’s mission and organisational strategy
- Act as MS Society’s Data Protection Officer, overseeing compliance with data protection laws and regulations, and acting as the key point of contact for regulatory bodies and data subjects
- Drive adoption and effective use of data management and BI reporting and analysis tools across the organisation
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify key data, insights, and reporting needs
