The Employment Advisor (Community) South West and South Wales will support the following individuals in sourcing employment, training, vocational and/or educational opportunities:
- Early Service Leavers (ESLs) registered on CTP FHP
- Med Discharge requiring additional employment support.
- “At Risk”2 Employment Support Programme (ESP) Service Leavers (SLs).
- “At Risk” Core Resettlement Programme (CRP) Service Leavers (SLs).
The Employment Advisor (Community) South West and South Wales will do this by providing employment & job finding support, access to wider support agencies and, when required, individual needs assessments.

Our Nest Project brings advice and improved awareness and knowledge to migrant families with young children, through community settings in Lambeth and Southwark. The Nest Project Coordinator will lead on developing partnerships with and providing training to staff and volunteers in community settings as well as providing immigration advice and casework.

I am urgently seeking an experienced Interim Reward and Employee Relations Manager on a 12-month fixed term salaried contract for my renowned client in the civil service / culture sector, based in London 2 days per week with 3 days remote. The role will pay a salary of £42,179 to £48,000 per year depending upon experience and you will be required to work on Mondays and Fridays to provide cover for other staff in the team.

- Have experience of writing and updating policy
- Have experience of working in a heavily unionised environment and negotiating / consulting with Trade Unions on the above

About this exciting opportunity
Working as an integral part of the ED Navigator team, our successful candidate will identify and assess young victims of violence and provide a comprehensive and holistic assessment, advice, referral and support service, exploring innovative and effective ways of supporting them which will reduce their risk of re-victimisation.
You will produce support and risk management plans based on assessments, promoting inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process, and deliver a holistic support service, working solo or with colleagues as the situation dictates, which will include providing practical help such as social and housing support, accompanying to appointments, ETE options and appearing in court. We will also count on you to develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies and to close cases efficiently and positively, identifying a referral route for the client that will identify agencies that can be used for ongoing support.
What we are looking for
• Personal experience of the criminal justice system, lived experience of the issues facing this client group and/or experience of working with ‘high risk’, vulnerable children, young people and/or families
• Experience in working as part of a multi-agency team
• Experience of using support plans, to enable people to successfully access support services
• Substantial experience of engaging successfully with ‘challenging’ young people
• To have a relevant qualification to a good standard or be working towards one
• A knowledge of relevant services for young people and their families in the service provision area
• First-class interpersonal, relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Citizens Advice Enfield is a busy service helping around 6,000 clients a year to solve around 25,000 problems. We are open 5 days a week and currently operate a telephone adviceline triage service from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
Our priority commissioned areas are Benefits, Debt and Housing and we have a small team of caseworkers for each. Appointments are booked through a combination of self-referral via the adviceline and referrals from funded partners.
Role Description
The purpose of the role is to work with the Head of Service and Quality, Project Manager and the Trainer to ensure smooth running of the day-to-day service and to mentor and support paid advice staff and volunteers to maintain national Citizens Advice standards.
This will involve:
- Supervising advice and gateway/triage sessions and caseworkers
- Supporting the delivery of the training and development plan along with the rest of the team
- Providing mentoring and support to caseworkers, advisers and adviceline Team members (gateway/triage volunteers) as required by the Service and Quality Manager and in line with the needs of the overall service
