About the role
The Corporate Partnerships Manager role is responsible for delivery across the breadth of the partnerships pipeline.  An estimated 50% of the role will be devoted to new business development, including prospect identification, and shaping and delivering pitches and proposals to corporates and their foundations to meet fundraising targets.  The remaining 50% of partnership work will be dedicated to delivering an excellent standard of partnership management to several longstanding existing supporters, working creatively to identify and develop opportunities to maximise their impact.

As our corporate supporters can be powerful partners in the delivery of our advocacy and communications goals you will be confident working with colleagues internally to translate campaign plans into engagement opportunities for private sector partners. You will also be able to co-ordinate colleagues to meet new business deadlines and to ensure agreed partnership deliverables are achieved.

This role sits within our Philanthropy and Partnerships team of five, who focus on income generation through grants, philanthropy, corporate partnerships and individual giving and fundraising.  The post holder will work particularly closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships, as well as equipping Directors and our CEO to engage corporate partners and prospects where appropriate.  As a member of a comparatively small, highly ambitious team, there may, with time, be opportunities for the post holder to extend their experience beyond corporate partnerships, into other fundraising areas, should your skill set meet an identified need.

You may be an established corporate fundraiser seeking a role where you can take on greater responsibility for managing your own pipeline of prospects and key partnerships.  Equally you may come from outside the sector and be able to offer clearly transferable experience of securing and developing partnerships (especially those with a “purpose” focus).

You will work closely with the Head of Philanthropy, Senior Philanthropy Manager and the wider team to support the cultivation and stewardship of individual donors who fund a variety of activity at Serpentine – from exhibitions and our summer Pavilion programme, to live events and our Ecologies, Arts Technologies and Civic Engagement projects. You will identify and research potential major donors, developing a strong fundraising pipeline that will ensure the Philanthropy team can reach their annual targets.

You will provide full administrative support to the Head of Philanthropy and Senior Philanthropy Manager to maximise the Serpentine’s income from our international group of major donors, ensuring processes are followed correctly and all administration is efficient, accurate and delivered to deadline.

Using your strong prospect research, analytic and communication skills, you will thrive on your ability to deepen and widen our donor base through identifying new potential supporters, as well as mapping donor networks and creatively assessing opportunities for closer engagement with existing donors. Fundraising Development Manager

The Bike Project (TBP) is looking for a Fundraising Development Manager. This role will focus on gaining support from both corporate partners and major donors alongside line managing the Fundraising Executive. 

This is a key growth area for TBP, the post holder will have the opportunity to make the role their own leading their own income stream whilst being supported by the Head of Fundraising and CEO. The Bike Project has an entrepreneurial culture born out of our online and physical bike shop which raises considerable income on an annual basis. We are now keen to grow our trading further through developing a new bike servicing model. This role will lead the development and roll out of this service alongside developing traditional corporate partnerships and relationships with major donors.

Being a small charity, we work in an agile manner which allows for creative ideas to flourish and new ideas to be implemented quickly. We hold donation sessions weekly out of our London and Birmingham workshops, so there is opportunity to see the impact of your work first hand.

Job Title:  Finance Manager

Oversight of accounting and cash management

Most of the detailed work in this section is undertaken by the direct reports with the oversight and management being provided by this Finance Manager role

· Appropriate recording, processing, coding, posting of all financial transactions – including but not limited to bank receipts and payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, conference fee income, invoicing, journal entries.

· Regular timely bank reconciliations.

 Role Particulars - 

Working Pattern: Full time working hours, including weekly in-person team meetings in London: monthly all-staff meetings on Tuesdays twice a month, and weekly on Tuesdays twice a month.  The nature of this role means that some travel and working away from home will be required, as agreed in advance.  Specifically, the Finance Manager must be available for the annual leadership conference and some or all of the New Wine annual summer festival (on-site or remote support).

• Competent user of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and experience of CRM systems and project management tools

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time, permanent Multimedia Content Producer to join the Marketing Communications team at SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity. This role will support the Senior Creative Lead & Design Manager and Head of Marketing & Brand to create, commission and produce a wide variety of creative marketing materials, focusing on photography and video assets. 

You will work across all areas of SSAFA, so your creative talents will help raise awareness of crucial services, recruit volunteers, support fundraising initiatives and promote understanding of SSAFA’s work, this will allow you the ability to flex your content production skills to different audience types and a wide range of outputs. You will work from creative concept to asset completion and be able to lead on the development of our video strategy and planning. This is a new role within the organisation so you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the future direction of multimedia content, in particular focusing on video content strategy. 

You will have access to the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software, and actively encouraged to develop your skills and proficiency in areas you may not have experienced, some skill in using other Adobe products such as InDesign is desirable, but not essential. 

We are looking for someone with an exceptional eye for detail, bags of initiative, creativity and innovation. This role will offer plenty of variety - no two days will be the same - but you will need to juggle different creative projects, be able to prioritise, communicate effectively and work collaboratively. 

About the team 

You will be joining a well-established team of marcomms professionals, ranging from Designers to Case Study Managers. You will have plenty of opportunity to interact with photo/video freelancers as well as other internal departments, such as Fundraising or members of the volunteer network. 

About you 

To hit the ground running and carry out this role successfully you will have:

• A portfolio of video or photographic projects demonstrating; creative concept development, collaboration others/colleagues to produce creative assets. 
• Demonstratable experience of planning and managing a pipeline of photo, video or audio assets, and working collaboratively and effectively to achieve engaging content that supports SSAFA achieving its KPIs.
• Demonstrable experience of organising a photo/video shoot, including briefing photographers, videographers or others. 
• Demonstrable experience of creating compelling multimedia content that drives an emotional connection with the audience. You may have undertaken parts of this process such as crafting a storyboard and briefing the delivery, or you may have taken video footage to edit varying assets. 
• Experience working with a marketing or communications team to support the creation and delivery of digital assets for active TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter social media accounts, including knowledge of different digital and social media advertising format would be advantageous. 
• Excellent skills in Premiere Pro (or similar) 
• Some skill in other creative tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. would be advantageous.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines as needed. 
• Experience of working in a commercial, public or not-for-profit organisation would be beneficial.

Situated in the Programmes, Policy & Impact Directorate, and reporting into the Head of UK Programmes, the Programme Lead, Carer Poverty Alleviation is a new role linked to the development of a new major programme operating in England, Scotland, and Wales. The Carer Poverty Alleviation Programme is a new Carers Trust programme under our strategic goal that no carer is pushed into poverty or is financially disadvantaged by their caring role.

About the role

Medact’s Movement Organiser will work alongside our Campaign Leads and Head of Movement Building to grow our movement, developing groups of healthcare workers into confident campaigners who can make a visible difference in the struggle for health justice and peace. The successful candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time with one of our campaigners, and 20% participating in cross-organisational work. The ideal candidate will have an interest in, or experience of organising or campaigning around, issues related to economic justice or the climate crisis. 

About you

This is a skilled role, but you don’t need to have worked for an NGO or be a professional organiser to be right for it. You might have organised in your workplace or local community to take action on issues that you care about. Or, you might be a health worker who has seen the impact of injustices such as a poor environment, immigration or counter-terror policies,  low income or precarious housing on your patients, and wants to challenge decision-makers and hold them to account. 

You’ll have a strong understanding of power and how to work with others to create pressure for change. You need to be a great communicator, able to build trusting relationships with Medact members, partner organisations and community groups. You’ll have an understanding of how digital communications compliment organising and campaigning. Upskilling and empowering our movement is a fundamental part of this role, so you’ll need the ability to deliver training and workshops through an anti-oppressive lens.

This Senior Practice Consultant position will work with our existing Senior Practice Consultant and Practice Operations Manager to steer, guide, and integrate and develop our work to transform the multiagency response to domestic abuse and how children, adults and families are safeguarded focused on the Echo Project development and delivery.

In addition, the role will be supporting the Head and team to establish a framework for disseminating best practice, embedding quality, and learning internally and externally. Enabling statutory and voluntary sectors to work better together to improve the experience and outcomes for children, adults, and families.
