This is an exciting and pivotal leadership role at the heart of Kinship’s digital transformation. You’ll lead a talented and ambitious team to deliver and develop live digital services, accessible content and user-centred products that kinship carers rely on to access support.
This role does not own all services delivered through digital channels. It owns selected shared digital products while also enabling teams across Kinship to deliver their work effectively through digital platforms, content and journeys, while teams retain ownership of their services and outcomes. You’ll provide leadership on standards, user experience, accessibility and innovation.
Context:
Kinship is expanding its reach and digital capabilities, and our digital platforms are central to how we deliver services at scale. In 2024, we launched a new website bringing together all content and services under one home, and introduced Kinship Compass, a postcode search tool that helps kinship carers find relevant local and national support.
Alongside this, we have been developing a new AI-powered tool to help kinship carers access trusted information quickly and accurately, 24/7. You will lead the evolution of these digital services ensuring they are safe, ethical, resilient and data-informed, and that innovation is always grounded in reliability, safeguarding and user trust.
You’ll play a key role in the Department for Education funded national Training and Support Service, ensuring kinship carers can easily access and book high-quality training through our digital platforms.
You’ll oversee content design in collaboration with internal and external subject experts and kinship carers themselves and lead the digital and content streams for Kinship Minds, including the development and delivery of our e-learning platform and curriculum.
This role sits at the intersection of digital service delivery, product development and content design. At Kinship, content design is distinct from communications or marketing. It focuses on designing clear, accessible and trauma-informed information, learning content and user journeys that enable kinship carers to understand their options, make decisions and access support. Content is treated as part of the service itself and is central to the quality, safety and effectiveness of our digital platforms.
This is a role for a digital leader who is both strategic and operationally grounded. You’ll balance innovation with delivery, experimentation with governance, and ambition with accountability. You’ll champion inclusive, accessible and co-produced design, ensuring digital products support real-world service delivery and improve outcomes for kinship families.
You will work closely with colleagues in the Communications and Policy team (who sit in a separate department and lead external communications, campaigns and social media) and who own the external communications strategy. You will ensure clear alignment while retaining a distinct focus on digital service innovation, product development and content design.
What you'll be doing:
Digital leadership and strategy
- Lead the Digital and Content Design team, setting clear priorities and building a culture of high performance, accountability and continuous improvement.

Website, content and digital product development
- Lead the ongoing development and innovation of Kinship’s digital platforms to ensure they are user-centred, accessible and continuously improved.

- Work with internal colleagues to improve our workshop booking system.
- Ensure a consistent content design approach across all digital platforms, grounded in user need, plain English, trauma-informed practice and continuous testing and improvement.

About CoppaFeel!
CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.
We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

The Role
CoppaFeel! is looking for a Head of Partnerships to deliver our Partnerships Team strategy for the duration of a maternity cover at CoppaFeel!. This role is crucial to fundraising at CoppaFeel! due to managing our largest partner, Asda, to an incredibly high level, as well as strategising and supporting the team to deliver all our other partnerships.
The Head of Partnerships will sit within the CoppaFeel! Fundraising Team and will work closely with the Director of Fundraising, other Heads of Departments and Partnerships Team. They will lead this team with their new business and account management.
Partnerships at CoppaFeel! are responsible for more than 50% of the income. Asda is our most valuable partner and requires a high level of attention and professional account management. There is a Partnerships Manager solely dedicated to Asda. There are a large number of other varying types and sizes of partnerships that also need to be overseen and opportunities within them maximised.
We also have an ambition to diversify our fundraising income and seeking new partners through our new business workstream is a priority for the team. Wherever possible, we strive to make our partnerships support our organisational mission of reaching young people with our life-saving message as well as ensuring they are able to raise funds for our work. The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for overseeing the new business efforts, and offering support and direction to the team. .
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

The Head of Development and Communications plays a pivotal role in driving In2scienceUK’s mission to change lives by opening doors to STEM degrees and careers for young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
As a senior leader, you will shape and deliver a bold, integrated development and communications strategy that brings our mission to life, tells powerful stories of change, and inspires confidence and commitment from donors, partners, and key stakeholders that unlocks new opportunities for innovation and expansion.
In this role, you will manage a small, high-performing team and oversee the creation of compelling narratives and effective engagement strategies that inspire donors, partners, alumni, and key stakeholders, supporting a resilient and diversified income portfolio.
Working closely with programme teams, you will ensure that development and communications activity amplifies the impact of existing programmes, while identifying and developing new opportunities that deliver meaningful outcomes for young people across the UK.

Job Purpose
Sister System is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Programmes to lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of our mentoring, learning, and development programmes for care-affected girls and young women aged 13–24. The postholder will oversee the full programme cycle — from referral and assessment through to delivery, evaluation, and progression — ensuring all work is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and aligned with Sister System’s mission and OCN accreditation standards. Acting as the central link between the leadership team and delivery staff, the Head of Programmes will manage and develop a high-performing team, maintain quality assurance across all programme stages, and foster strong partnerships with schools, local authorities, and community organisations to drive measurable impact and long-term systemic change.

Purpose of the Role
Lead the charity’s fundraising and communications strategy to grow sustainable income, build strong relationships, and raise the organisation’s profile. This role will drive innovation, strengthen donor engagement, and ensure our story connects with supporters and funders.
Key Responsibilities
Fundraising Strategy & Innovation
Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet and exceed income targets.
Identify, research, and cultivate relationships with prospective donors, trusts, foundations, and corporate partners.
Lead on preparing and submitting compelling funding applications and proposals.
Stay up to date with fundraising trends, legislation, and best practice, ensuring all activities are compliant and ethical.
Relationship Management
Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors, ensuring excellent stewardship and donor retention.
Build strong networks and partnerships across sectors to support organisational growth.
Campaigns & Events
Plan and deliver successful fundraising events and campaigns that engage supporters and attract new audiences.

Monitoring & Reporting

Person Specification

A nationally recognised membership-based charity is seeking a Head of Data to establish strong data foundations and lead the organisation through the next phase of its data maturity journey. This role sits just below the executive level and is critical to enabling better decision-making, insight, and transformation across the organisation.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end data lifecycle, with a particular focus on data management, governance, quality, and architecture. This is not a pure analytics role, instead, it requires someone who understands data models, data governance frameworks, and modern data architectures, and can ensure the organisation’s data is reliable, accessible, and fit for purpose.
