The Therapeutic Service Co-ordinator & Clinician is a vital member of the DreamArts Core Team. This role combines project co-ordination with direct therapeutic support through our EXPRESS PLUS service and our work with young carers.
EXPRESS PLUS is a free therapy service based in Westminster offering weekly one-to-one or parent-child creative therapeutic support to young people aged 7–18 (or up to 25 with additional needs). It is the only service of its kind in the borough and we provide a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore issues such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, and suicidal ideation.
Sessions take place at three community venues and are delivered by qualified or qualifying therapists using a wide range of creative tools—arts and crafts, sand play, puppets, games—to help young people express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. With an 80% retention rate after three sessions and two-thirds of clients from global majority backgrounds, the service has a demonstrable impact.
EXPRESS PLUS is proudly user-led. Young people are at the heart of every decision, and the service adapts to meet their needs—typically offering up to 18 weekly sessions, with flexibility depending on circumstances. We accept self-referrals from young people aged 14+, parents/carers, and statutory and voluntary services.
As part of this role, you will also deliver direct therapeutic support to young people with caring responsibilities. This includes offering weekly 1:1 sessions for three young carers and being part of a team facilitating monthly group therapy spaces.
We are looking for a team member who is passionate about the power of creative therapy to support young people. It also offers opportunities to case-manage three-to-four therapists and bring a therapeutic lens across all aspects of DreamArts’ work. We provide appropriate levels of clinical supervision plus a quarterly reflection space to support your professional development.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Your responsibilities will include
- Project management of the priority, delivery, and budgets of the School Condition Allocation (SCA) projects from inception to end of defects.
- Project management and supporting the management of the condition and maintenance of the school estate, including the asset management processes
- Project management of the capital elements of academy conversion projects
- Planning, implementation, procurement, and delivery of a high-quality service in relation to all estate and projects work
- Managing and monitoring external technical advisors, and third party suppliers and consultants employed directly by Harris Federation
- Managing H&health and safety through the lifecycle of all projects
- Managing the consultations, admissions, branding, marketing, FF&E and uniform of all new schools
- Providing professional services to the individual schools and ensuring the Federation complies with relevant property legislation, regulations and guidance
- Assisting with the development of policies and procedures concerning the Harris Federation estate
- Assisting with the framework for all estates related statutory elements, including oversight of the implementation and reporting of audits

Today, one person every two minutes is diagnosed with leprosy. It’s a disease of poverty, striking the most vulnerable. Left untreated, it causes permanent disability. Stigma means that people affected by this disease are often rejected by those closest to them and excluded from basic services.
Within our dynamic programmes team, you’ll be working alongside supportive colleagues who are passionate about ending leprosy and transforming lives. We have a culture of learning and growing together and will provide training in best practice, ensuring excellence in all we do. You will have at least three years’ work experience in an international development programming role or similar setting (ideally in the global South), with a degree in a relevant discipline. You will have monitoring, evaluation and research skills, with the capacity to work on your own initiative and will be an excellent cross-cultural communicator. We are particularly interested to hear from people with expertise in disability services, public health, research, quality assurance, or social enterprise development. However, those with experience in community development and working in fragile states would also be most welcome to apply.
You will be responsible for the development of UK-funded programmes, supporting the capacity development of overseas partners and managing income streams from large donors. The Role

As a Senior Data Insights Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing data analysis strategies in collaboration with our Income, Innovation and Engagement directorate and supporting the delivery of operational data reporting, providing analysis and insight to inform strategic decision-making.
You will be responsible for:
- Driving decision making through insights on several strategic projects.
- Developing an insight led decision making culture and structure.
- Leading the development of best practices techniques for data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requests and translating them into analytical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance data capabilities within the business.
- Line managing and leading a team of 2 data analysts
Key Criteria:
- Established experience in a senior/lead analyst role with a solid track record of understanding of the production and role of data analysis in a business environment.
- Significant and demonstrable experience of implementing best practice analytics techniques and leading initiatives to enhance datasets, thereby improving insight capabilities.
- Experience of using insights to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Significant and demonstrable experience of model building.
- Strong communication and storytelling kills, with the communicate across a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent SQL, Power BI skills and understanding of requirements of compliance in a regulated environment.
