We are looking for a Therapeutic Wellbeing Service Manager (North Services) and a Therapeutic Wellbeing Service Manager (South Services) to support the growth and delivery of our counselling and wellbeing programmes.  

Our services are a hybrid of online and in person delivery and therefore the North role will include travelling to locations within Manchester, Bradford, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire areas, including travelling to TLC wider meetings in Manchester.

The South role will include travelling to locations within London and the Severn & Wye areas, including travelling to TLC wider meetings in Manchester.

The Roles

The successful candidates will support the Senior Therapeutic Wellbeing Manager and hold specific identified managerial responsibilities within the services delivered by TLC’s Therapeutic Wellbeing department. 

You will work closely with the Senior Therapeutic Wellbeing Manager and Management Team  to co-ordinate the delivery, monitoring and staff support and leadership across the organisation.

The successful candidates will have operational responsibility for the Counselling and Wellbeing services within their geographical areas and have  specific managerial responsibilities within the wider range of services delivered by TLC.

You will support the Head of Therapeutic Wellbeing to design and deliver against the department’s strategic objectives. 

You will work closely with the Management Team and Clinical Supervisors to ensure services are delivered to a high standard in line with TLC’s values and the BACP Ethical Framework.

About you

We are looking for people who have the expertise to lead our team of mental health professionals. 

You will be a skilled, knowledgeable and experienced leader with a proven track record in managing mental health teams. 

You will be experienced in managing commissioned services requiring high quality contract management, reporting back to commissioners/funders. 

You will have extensive knowledge of risk assessing , safeguarding legislation and local guidance and practice.

Working closely with the rest of the Events & Fundraising team, you’ll help deliver and grow LLST’s fundraising events across London and the South East, including the London Legal Walk, Regional Legal Walks, Great Legal Bake, and Great Legal Quiz, as well as manage our third party challenge events. You will help to engage our supporters and large database in the legal community to generate fundraising.

You will play a vital role in the planning and organising of LLST’s flagship London Legal Walk, bringing together over 19,000 members of the legal community to walk 10km through central London and raise vital funds for over 100 free legal advice charities.

The role involves coordinating event logistics, managing supporter journeys and communications, maintaining our online presence, spreading the word about the importance of the work we do, and helping to develop our fundraising strategy. You’ll also line manage the Events & Fundraising Assistant and play a key role in maintaining LLST’s excellent reputation.

Prospectus is excited to be partnering with our client in the search for a new Grants Officer to join their collaborative team.

The organisation is an independent charitable foundation that aims to build partnerships and invest in communities to make lasting change so local residents can access the wealth of opportunities that surround them. For 35 years they have been supporting communities and local charities in the East End of London.

This Grants Officer role is available on a permanent contract and full-time basis (35 hours a week). This is a hybrid role, where the foundation would like the postholder to attend the Isle of Dogs office two days a week in East London, with Wednesday being a core office day. The salary banding for this role is £28,000-£32,000 (dependent on level of experience).

In this role, you will report to the Head of Grants and Programmes and support the development, management, and promotion of the foundation's grants programmes. You will manage a portfolio of grants, provide guidance to applicants and grantees, assess grant applications, and conduct due diligence to inform funding recommendations.

You will monitor funded projects, ensure timely reporting and validate project delivery. You will maintain accurate records on Salesforce. You will support donor engagement, ensure reporting aligns with CSR goals, review end-of-grant reports, and contribute to annual programme reporting. You will help deliver funding workshops and community events. You will assist with developing systems, policies, and communication tools for grant making. You will stay up to date on best practices in grant making and contribute to continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience of the grant making process. You could be a trust and foundations fundraiser wanting to make the transition to grants officer, or a grants administrator or officer seeking to progress further in your career. While training and support will be provided you must understand what makes a good funding application, and an ability to critically review proposals, in order to make appropriate recommendations.   
 
You will have experience or understanding of working within the voluntary sector and needs of communities in the East-End of London. You will have a strong eye for detail and experience gathering, recording information, and presenting to audiences. 

You will be a strong communicator, who can develop relationships with people from different backgrounds and lived experiences. You will be able to work on your own initiative and within a small team. You will have excellent IT literacy and administrative skills.
 
Desirably, you will have experience using Salesforce CRM, managing budgets, knowledge of participatory grant making, and public speaking.

Role Overview and Main Responsibilities

• Enhancing the digital systems of the college for the purposes of marketing
• Work collaboratively with the CEO and Marketing & Communications team to ensure new marketing assets are designed and produced for optimal results

· Generating leads for new applicants, students, partners and donations to the college, optimising our efficiency, and maximising opportunities for engagement.

• Manage the website development project which includes the improvement of the college website for marketing purposes, and improving the User Experience (UXP) ensuring that it is optimised for search engines
• Manage team members for the maintenance and development of the college’s website, SEO, user journey experience, and website assets
• Support and collaborate with the Social Media officer to ensure digital marketing across our platforms, including LinkedIn for digital community engagement.
• Monitor and review performance of digital marketing channels for analytical reporting and making recommendations for improvement.
• Email marketing across stakeholder groups to support recruitment and engagement for the college. This includes the management of Mailchimp and ensuring Donorfy data is up to date.
• Direct marketing to students and partners for college courses, training options, collaborative design, delivery and lifelong learning. This may include digital marketing via website, social media, email, content marketing, print marketing and campaigns.
• Developing a digital marketing campaigns calendar and system for use within the team including the implementation of campaign briefs and tracking of campaigns across ANCC products
• Play an active role within the team to help at promotional events, including national exhibitions and conferences, at the college and elsewhere
• Assist the team with organising college open days and other promotional events (graduations, multicultural evenings, carols at Easneye etc).
• Work creatively with the team to continue to develop strong relationships with ANCC alumni through digital communications, and maximising opportunities for engagement
• Fully participate in All Nations community activities when possible

· There is a genuine requirement for this role to be filled by a committed Christian who is passionate about cross cultural mission and fully able to articulate the overall purpose as well as the detail of the College’s mission, from a personal faith basis.

· Working hours at college are 8.40am - 5.10pm. Occasional weekends and evenings will be required in this role eg for events

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual who is keen to develop their HR career in the charity sector to join our HR Team. You will play a vital role in supporting the close-knit HR function by carrying out a range of generalist HR administrative duties, keeping our HR systems and records up to date, assisting with the day-to-day support throughout the employee life cycle and providing trusted HR support to staff and managers.

You may have some experience of HR administration (perhaps as part of a wider administrative role) and feel ready to move into a role with more responsibility. This is not essential – we are looking for skills, aptitude and potential. You will be provided with a thorough in-house training programme, and we’ll also provide you with support to complete the CIPD Level 3 qualification upon successful completion of your probationary period.

Eligibility for the role

In order to be eligible for the role, applicants must be able to demonstrate throughout their application that they have:

• The qualities shown on the previous ‘Who are we looking for’ slide (please see attached job description)
• Previous administrative experience, not necessarily in a HR role
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Successful experience of engaging with a range of stakeholders (whether in a paid or voluntary capacity) including building rapport quickly and resolving complex issues effectively and efficiently

Applicants must also:

• Have completed an undergraduate degree to a 2.2 or higher.
• Have achieved a grade C / grade 4 or higher in GCSE Maths and English/ achieved National 5s or Standard Grade at Credit level (grades 1-2) in Maths and English (or equivalent).

What the job involves

Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a programme of owned products, activities and events, in addition to third-party challenges. Alongside our two owned events, March for Men and the Grand Depart Classic, we also recruit teams in events such as the TCS London Marathon, Great North Run and the London Landmarks Half Marathon.

In this role, you’ll project manage a number of third-party events which take place across the UK, including our teams at the London Landmarks Half Marathon and the Royal Parks Half Marathon. You’ll also be tasked with identifying new opportunities across the UK in the charity events market.

Your responsibilities will span the full event cycle; from setting budgets and developing marketing plans, to building supporter communications, managing event logistics, providing on-the-day support, and overseeing remittance and thanking — ensuring we maximise income and deliver exceptional supporter experiences.

Alongside this, you’ll work with other teams within Prostate Cancer UK to support the full calendar of events and take the lead with supporting our volunteers at our events. Working with our Communications teams, you’ll ensure that we make the most of every opportunity, from promoting the events to warm and new audiences, identifying and building relationships with the strongest case studies, to ensuring a high proportion of event participants continue to support us long after they cross the finish line.

We’re looking for a dedicated person to join our established, experienced and high-performing Events and Community Fundraising team, that has ambitious plans to grow income to £16M+ by 2030. As a team, we work hard to combine our strengths and motivate each other and share a passion for success. You’ll be joining an experienced and supportive team that will help you grow your strengths and support your development.

You’ll have experience working in a sporting events team with a background of assisting or leading with the delivery of large-scale events, covering aspects such as marketing, communications and event delivery. Ideally with a fundraising background to enable you to hit the ground running. You’ll also have excellent communication skills and can motivate and inspire for our cause. Strong organisational skills will be combined with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to tight deadlines.

You’ll have the energy and passion to provide crucial input to this sector-leading team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to grow, develop and gain valuable skills and experience in a fundraising role within a progressive and innovative organisation. You’ll be part of a passionate team to stop men dying from prostate cancer.
