Come and join our Corporate Partnerships team! I have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser within our Income Generation team. This role will see you working with a variety of businesses, large and small, local, national and event multinational companies across our catchment area.  You will be helping companies to understand the impact of their support, using stories to engage with contacts at all levels and helping to support them with events, challenges, sponsorship and volunteering. You will also have the opportunity to come up with new ideas to engage and build the support of our corporate partners. It’s a fun and varied role and no two weeks are the same, so you’ll need to bring lots of energy to the position!

We are looking for an Interim Supporter Engagement Officer on a 12 month fixed term contract, who will be the first point of call for supporters across four areas of our fundraising programme: in-memory giving, individual giving (cash & regular gifts), community & events fundraising and social challenges/virtual fundraising.

 Our Public Fundraising Team works closely together to steward our supporters, you would be responding to incoming queries, delivering established stewardship journeys and helping to shape the development of new ways of communicating with our supporters.

As a Store Manager you will manage the day to day running of our Newark Store, leading a team of colleagues to maximise store sales and profits. • Ensuring stock is generated over the door by members of the public and donors sign up to the Gift Aid scheme.
• Ensure that the high standard of service to customers that is expected by Barnardo's is maintained at all times.

• Maintain a high standard of presentation, both in the windows and the interior of the Store.
• Ensure there is adequate stock available on the shop floor, at all times, on all key lines

• Create an organised and pleasant working environment for staff and volunteers.
• Actively recruit the correct/specified number volunteers to deliver the stores objectives and KPI's.
• Ensure all financial, cash handling and security procedures are adhered to as per the Barnardo's Manager's Manual and the relevant Retail procedures.
• Hold the shop keys, ensuring that the shop is secure whenever it is left unattended.

USPG is looking for someone with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to join our small but growing fundraising team.  The post holder will be the first port of call for all incoming communications and will work closely with the Individual Giving Manager to ensure that our supporters feel valued. The role is also responsible for maintaining the data and developing supporter care processes.

Birmingham Friends of the Earth (BFoE) is a non-profit organisation campaigning to create a more sustainable and fairer Birmingham. We empower others to take action, we hold decision-makers to account on climate change, waste, nature and clean air, and we make sure environmental justice is at the heart of everything we do, campaigning intersectionally and inclusively. As well as having an active volunteer-led campaigns group, we run The Warehouse, our lively environmental community centre in Digbeth and a key centre for the city’s activism. BFoE is linked to Friends of the Earth, the national organisation, but independent and able to campaign on issues that matter to us, in ways that resonate with us.

The purpose of the role, part of our small staff team of 5, is to lead our campaigns activity, working with and supporting our campaigns group.

Purpose
This vital Data Officer role will support the Data Team in maintaining and developing the supporter relationship database (Salesforce NPSP), providing high quality support to CBM UK staff. You will be part of a dynamic & highly skilled Fundraising and Communications team, dedicated to inspiring people in the UK to help transform lives in some of the world’s poorest places.
Key Responsibilities
The Data Officer supports the Data Team to effectively use and maintain the fundraising database across the organisation to increase fundraising, communications and engagement potential.
1.Salesforce Maintenance and Support
a)Support with maintenance and administration of the supporter relationship database(Salesforce NPSP) and suite of Salesforce apps.
b)Provide first line support to members of staff responding to queries and issues.Escalate more complex issues to Senior Data and Insight Officer and Data and InsightManager as appropriate.
c)Import data and income into Salesforce from external data sources
d)Support Fundraising & Communications team in producing data for direct marketingappeals and carry out data checks to ensure data accuracy.
e)Perform data de-duplication and cleansing to ensure the accuracy and integrity of thedatabase, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and regulations

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Moving and Handling advisor, with an interest in working with older people, to join our established and well-regarded in-house Therapy team at Nightingale Hammerson. We’re a diverse, friendly team who are passionate about delivering exceptional services for our Jewish Residents across a full spectrum of needs through a relationship-centred care framework and within a palliative care model.

Your role will be split between delivering moving and handling training to our care teams, supporting teams on the households with moving and handling activities, carrying out complex moving and handling assessments, working as part of a multidisciplinary team and introducing service development initiatives and innovation. You’ll work holistically with a keen interest in our equipment and establish effective relationships with our external stakeholders.

You’ll have time to get to know and work collaboratively with our Residents implementing rehabilitation programmes and optimising functional ability to improve quality of life. Put simply, you will make a difference.

Our ideal candidate will be skilled in facilitating learning, supporting residents with complex needs using a range of skills and techniques, using advanced communication skills and strategies to support engagement and being confident with supporting Residents who may be frail and living with a range of medical conditions until the end of their lives. We particularly also welcome candidates with an interest in 24 hour postural support and MDT working around seating and positioning.  This role offers a mix of leadership opportunities including delivering training as well as hands on face-to-face time
