Job purpose:
- Be a catalyst for change, driving robust data-driven, audience-led and integrated approaches to marketing decisions and plans.

The Resident Engagement Manager will be the organisational lead in a new and exciting lottery funded project leading a small team and overseeing the design and delivery of the LEAP service at Homeless Oxfordshire and with wider partners.

LEAP is built on the foundation of strong, supportive relationships that empower residents to move towards stable, independent living. Through one-to-one key worker support, trauma-informed care, and community engagement, residents rebuild trust, form friendships, and gain confidence. Through a wide range of engaging and meaningful activities, residents will experience positive outcomes such as increased confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of inclusion. They will build supportive networks, learn key life skills and access training, volunteering, and employment opportunities. Many will gain qualifications and secure long-term accommodation. The project strengthens peer support and enables residents to shape services through formalised Residents’ Forums, ensuring their voices influence senior decision-making. For Homeless Oxfordshire, LEAP enhances our capacity to deliver peer-led support, builds staff knowledge, and informs service improvement. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Lead to manage and collaborate with an external development/implementation partner and coordinate the smooth adoption of Salesforce within the Charity. This critical role will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to execution, testing, training, and post-implementation support. You will be the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project.
Main Responsibilities
- Work with the Director or Finance & Operations (DFO) to invite tenders for and engage a development / implementation partner to support the adoption of this phase of Salesforce implementation
- Work with the development/implementation partner to develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Manage the execution of these plans, tracking progress, and ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Coordinate with the implementation partner to gather and document business requirements from relevant team members to translate these into technical specifications.
- Lead and motivate key stakeholders including the implementation partner and end-users. Foster a collaborative environment and ensure effective communication between team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their buy-in throughout the project.

Person specification
- Proven experience (three years minimum) of leading digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations and customisations and a strong record of success.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills, including budget and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage, coordinate and get buy-in from technically inexperienced team members.

Terms & Conditions

The role
The post holder will involve being responsible for providing timely and relevant administrative support to Scope’s retail teams (Shops, eCommerce and Commercial teams). Duties are to be carried out to a high standard and to timelines that support the demands of the retail team.

In this role:

About the role
This is a hands-on, people-focused role at the heart of our programme delivery. As Programme Manager, you’ll work closely with communities, colleagues, volunteers, and partners to co-create and deliver meaningful programmes that centre on women’s voices and lived experience.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of projects — from design and facilitation through to coordination, evaluation, and reporting. The role involves a high level of collaboration across departments and with external partners, as well as ongoing work with participants and volunteers to ensure our programmes are inclusive, responsive, and impactful.
You’ll be at the forefront of delivery: holding safe, welcoming spaces; supporting others to take on facilitation roles; and helping build confidence and leadership among women involved in our work. Key responsibilities
Programme & Project leadership
· Support & lead on the design, development and delivery of new and existing programmes and events aligned with the charity’s strategic objectives
· Work closely with Head of Programmes and other departments to translate strategy into bold, creative actions that centre women's voices and lived experience
· Work closely with Head of Programmes and other departments to embed co-production principles across all programme initiatives/ co-produce initiatives with participants and stakeholders, ensuring relevance and impact.

Funding & Finance

Policy, Safeguarding & Organisational Development
- Be an active contributor to the charity’s safeguarding team, playing a role in creating safe, inclusive spaces for all participants and staff.
- Support the implementation of all organisational policies — not only by adhering to them but by actively identifying areas for improvement, sharing feedback, and contributing to policy development.
- Stay up to date with best practice in safeguarding, boundaries, mental health support, and inclusive, trauma-informed practice, and help ensure these are embedded in programme delivery and team culture.
Data Protection, administration and programme coordination
- Oversee the secure collection and storage of data, ensuring full compliance with GDPR.
- Implement and manage CRM systems relevant to programme delivery.
- Ensure the smooth, effective and compliant delivery of all programmes, activities, and events, with a strong focus on quality, coordination, and attention to detail.
- Act as a key contact for programme/project enquiries and coordinate logistics such as booking facilitators, venues, equipment, and refreshments.
- Liaise with participants, facilitators, and volunteers before, during and after programme delivery to ensure a seamless and supportive experience.
- Ensure all relevant paperwork and digital documentation — including EDI monitoring forms, feedback, and volunteer information — is completed, stored securely, and remains compliant with GDPR and organisational standards.
- Manage relationships with external facilitators, including onboarding, contracts, payment processing, and quality assurance.
- Coordinate across departments (e.g. marketing, community engagement, operations) to ensure strong internal communication and the effective promotion and delivery of all programmes.
- Maintain accurate programme records, track progress against plans, and ensure that systems are in place for smooth programme operations.

About the role

About the role
We have a new and exciting opportunity to join the Network Development team in the South of England, to support the team in managing a range of projects that will fix and grow the National Cycle Network in the delivery of our Paths for Everyone strategy.

About the Role
Responsibilities of the role comprise:
Campaign planning
- Lead the delivery of an ambitious and creative media and campaign strategy to bring about an improved recognition of the value and impact of youth work.
- Lead on other campaign strategy and planning, utilising a range of campaign tactics integrating media, digital media and other campaign tactics, working closely with other members of the Comms team and across Directorates.
- Oversee campaign activity for the annual Youth Work Week, to ensure the campaign engages key opinion formers and provides an opportunity for those within the sector to celebrate the impactful work they do.
- Analyse campaign effectiveness, including setting and tracking metrics across digital and traditional media.
- Ensure campaign plans are fully scoped and uploaded to the online project management system.
- Leading on strategic approaches to celebrity supporters / ambassadors and ongoing relationship management.
Press Office function
- Lead proactive media monitoring, enabling timely responses to significant developments and tracking positions on issues relating to NYA’s work.
- Develop key messages and positioning statements on issues in the youth sector and NYA’s activities, role and stance and promote consistency of messaging across NYA’s channels.
- Managing and responding to reactive media enquiries, providing statement and reactive ‘lines to take’, with the support of the Head of Communications
- Producing engaging content for various channels and audiences including press releases, blogs, opinion pieces and media briefings to elevate NYA’s profile and demonstrate our expertise and thought leadership.
- Managing the media monitoring and media database, nurturing relationships with target journalists, as well as online news outlets and thought leaders on key strategic issues.
- Confidently working with charity and corporate partners to maximise opportunities to demonstrate the impact of their support.
- Provide line management and development support to two Communication Officers.
About You
Essential competencies of the Campaigns and Media Manager:
- A self-starter brimming with creative ideas and proven experience of designing and executing high-impact campaigns that bring about a measurable change in knowledge, behaviour and / or policy.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders, including political audiences, and confident in growing new relationships and leading meetings.
- An ability to grasp complex information and distil key messages for different audiences and crucially, which tactics and channels to use to engage them
- Have proven experience and a strong understanding of the UK media landscape, with demonstrable experience of having nurtured relationships with national and sector journalists to garner high-quality coverage.
- An understanding of how to use research and intelligence gained from listening exercises and other stakeholder insights to inform campaign messaging and metrics.
- Be skilled in developing media strategics and developing case studies and using data to create compelling new hooks
- Be proficient in evaluating campaigns and media outputs, with the ability to derive insights that inform future strategies.
- Be proficient in drafting statements and media responses at speed and in line with key messages.
- Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce and edit content to a journalistic standard across diverse audiences and channels.
- Have an understanding of how to use social media platforms to engage audiences effectively, understanding their role in broader campaign strategies.
- Be experienced in line management and fostering the NYA culture of personal growth
- Excellent project management skills - able to keep track of all the moving parts to keep tasks on track and mitigate risks. Experience of using project management platform (or similar) would be an advantage.
- An understanding of data protection and safeguarding young people.
- A passion for using effective communications to promote youth work and celebrate the achievements of young people and youth workers.
- Highly competent in all Microsoft suite and ideally have experience of Google Drive and Sharepoint.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People – Case for Support & Impact Manager
Location: Options for role to be site-based (Buckinghamshire or East Yorkshire), hybrid or home-based contract with regular UK travel for meetings and pitches.
Salary: £50,000 per annum.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to see a time when no deaf person feels alone, is seeking a Case for Support & Impact Manager to develop completing, donor-centric materials that articular the impact, urgency and strategic importance of the charity’s work.
Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support.
Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now looking to build a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to diversify income, expand their philanthropy programme and increase engagement and impact.
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, this role will be responsible for translating complex programmes and ambitions into clear, inspiring and emotionally resonant content for high-value supporters including major donors, trusts, foundations and corporate partners. The post-holder will also collaborate across different organisational departments to ensure that the charity’s vision, impact and funding needs are effectively communicated and tailored for different audiences to help secure transformational income.
Essential experience for this role includes a proven track record in developing high-quality fundraising cases for support, proposals or donor communications in a charity or social impact setting. You will have outstanding writing and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt engaging and persuasive content as required. As well as excellent project management and organisational skills, you will have a strong understanding of high-value fundraising, particularly philanthropy and trusts and foundations funding.
