You are all the things a good FD should be, with extensive experience of working at a senior level in the charity sector which has taught you how to support colleagues at all levels. You have a good head for governance, are naturally patient and systematic and want a board-level role that allows you to make a genuine impact on people’s lives.
As Director of Finance and Governance you will also be our Company Secretary and DPO, supporting the CEO and Board of Trustees to ensure that Vista is fully compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Vista is going through a period of change and service development so we are looking for someone who is willing to embrace this and has the requisite imagination and foresight to thrive in this environment.

The diagnosis of a complex need in childhood can affect people from all walks of life, can impact all aspects of their lives, and brings with it a lifetime rollercoaster of events and emotions. To fulfil our five-year strategic development plan, we are seeking key skills in our new CEO which will be increasing our ability to reach out to as many people in need of The Maypole Project expertise in psychological and social support by creating new partnerships, new support networks and reaching into new geographical areas,
Reporting directly to the Chair of the Board of Trustees and with the support of Head of Developments, the CEO will lead the management of the organisation, drive its strategic development and, together with the Board, secure the future success of the organisation.

Possability People is a pan-impairment disability charity based in Brighton. We work with people with a number of health conditions, including mental health, as well as older people.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic senior manager to act as Chief Officer to lead our disability charity’s growth and development. The Chief Officer will provide strategic guidance and oversight, ensure operational efficiency and sustainability, and maintain the organisation's commitment to serving disabled people in our community.
Salary: £50K+ negotiable for exceptional candidates
(flexible hours arrangements if appropriate)
Reports to: Chair of Trustees
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, full time
Holidays: 28 days plus Bank Holidays
