Leading a small team of coaches, you will have a responsibility for development of in-class training skills and behaviour knowledge, as well as undertaking all performance management activities. With experience of delivering dog training Classes you will have excellent communication and organisational skills. Passionate about helping dog owners better understand their pets you will have a good knowledge of the scientific principles underlying the development of behaviour in dogs.
An experience of managing a small team would be an advantage. However, we are keen to hear from talented trainers who are looking to develop their management skills. We also have plenty of other development opportunities; all Dog School team members are developed towards their APDT (Association of Pet Dog Trainers) assessment and ongoing membership is paid for. We also offer comprehensive training packages focusing on Dog Training, Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Key Management Skills and Media training to help you make a difference.
