The Development Events Manager’s role is to organise a portfolio of events and support of larger annual fundraising events. They are searching for a Development Manager (Individual Giving) to join their team.As Development Manager (Individual Giving) the post holder will manage the strategic development of Individual Giving, identifying opportunities to drive growth in this area. The post-holder will oversee the delivery of the organisation's Regular Giving programmes and will also manage relationships with high-level donors to identify and securing major gifts.
Responsibilities in the role:
- Drive acquisition, retention and growth of Individual Giving at all levels with a particular view to growing unrestricted income from this stream.
- Develop and deliver inspiring Regular Giving appeals, understanding the key motivations of our supporters and in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
- Lead on the delivery of all aspects of the Patron programme, in particular stewardship of Patrons and supporting the Head of Development in a strategic review of the programme.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Significant experience in Individual Giving fundraising.
- Track record of success working with regular giving and Patrons (mid-level giving) programmes
- Experience of proactively managing a portfolio of prospects and donors through moves management.
- High level of proficiency working with standard business software including MS Office packages, and good experience of using CRMs in a fundraising context.

The UK Legal team works to ensure that safe routes exist for all people seeking asylum. The team specialises in providing free legal advice and representation to unaccompanied children and families seeking asylum in the UK.
The Head of UK Legal Team will be a UK-based qualified solicitor or barrister or OISC Level 3 accredited caseworker or IAAS Supervising Senior caseworker with experience of working within the UK in a legal capacity, specifically in the area of asylum, immigration and refugee family reunion.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a high performing team of immigration lawyers, casework supervisors, and caseworkers. You will drive the development and delivery of our legal strategy in the UK; supervise all UK legal casework; lead our litigation strategy; develop good practices of line management and regulatory compliance within the team; and lead legal policy work by collaborating closely with colleagues within the UK, France and Greece to create a cohesive, powerful, cross-border legal response and framework.

Your new role
The Deputy Head of FP&A has a key role to play in developing the Financial Planning and Analysis function, particularly in the direct line management of the Management Accounting and Analysis team to deliver core management accounting and reporting services, helping to support the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis to further embed Finance Business Partnering across the organisation and to bring a greater level of consistency, efficiency and quality to financial reporting and planning processes.
You will specifically act to support and oversee the work of the Management Accounting and Analysis team, including developing the capabilities of three newly created Finance Analyst posts through their work on financial analysis and monitoring of grant programmes and wider projects, understanding the business and providing meaningful financial insight and advice to support the delivery of strategic and operational objectives.
