You’ll also champion inclusive practices across the organisation and help embed equity into everything we do.

Expected travel for this role is: Approximately 2/3 days per month either in the office or at relevant community outreach events across the UK

Overview of the role

As the organisation’s Head of Fundraising and Marketing, you will be an experienced, ambitious, enthusiastic, and dynamic professional, who is passionate about fundraising and maximising income generation.

Working closely with our new CEO and committed trustees and staff, you will develop and implement fundraising and marketing strategies that align to our vision and drive the expansion of our crucial support to young people in Suffolk.

You will have a thorough understanding of planning, organising, and delivering successful fundraising campaigns, initiatives, and events with a strong attention-to-detail. Main Responsibilities

1. Strategic leadership

· Develop and lead the multi-channel fundraising and marketing strategy to meet agreed income targets and support 

         long-term sustainability for both The Mix and 127 Trading Ltd.

· Work closely with the CEO and Trustees, to align fundraising efforts with the strategic goals of the charity and bring               insight into income generation and stakeholder engagement.

· Actively contribute to the senior leadership team, shaping organisational policies and strategic direction, ensuring the           integration of fundraising, marketing and operational activities.

2. Fundraising and income generation

· Drive the development of diverse income streams, including major donor fundraising, corporate partnerships,                         individual giving, legacies, lotteries, community fundraising and events.

· Proactively seek new opportunities to secure long-term, multi-year funding through well-targeted funding applications           and corporate proposals.

· Build strong partner relationships with a focus on stewardship, retention, and growth.

· Monitor performance, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement.

· Chair the Fundraising sub-committee and contribute to the Data, Impact and Evidence Action Group

· Responsible for completion of all bids, grants and funding applications and ensuring that funders receive appropriate             ongoing feedback.
 

3. Marketing and communications

· Develop marketing materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the charity’s mission, vision and                             achievements to various audiences for both The Mix and 127 Trading Ltd.

· Lead the management of digital platforms, ensuring consistent and inspiring content across all channels, including the           website, social media, email and printed materials.

· Ensure that brand messaging is consistent, clear and aligned across The Mix and 127 Trading Ltd to enhance public             recognition and reputation.

· Grow awareness of the charity at a local and regional level, monitoring success through market research.

· Develop compelling narratives and stories of the charity’s impact to engage partners and encourage continued                     support.

4. Team leadership and development

· Lead and develop the Fundraising & Marketing team, fostering a collaborative and positive culture.

· Mentor and support team members in achieving their professional development goals, ensuring they attain business             objectives.

· Regularly monitor and review team performance to meet income generation and communication objectives.

5. Operational excellence

· Ensure compliance with data protection laws, fundraising regulations and ethical guidelines across all fundraising and           marketing activities.

· Review and improve the use of the website and develop systems to track donor engagement, monitor income and                 ensure data integrity and transparency.

· Work closely with finance and operations teams to oversee the management and monitoring of fundraising targets.

·Work closely with the Youth Work team to provide insight to funding opportunities available and marketing and                       fundraising activities occurring.

We are recruiting to the role of Head of Finance, following the retirement of a long-standing member of staff. The role will be part of the Leadership Team at CPAS and report to the Director of Operations and Finance. The successful candidate will lead a small finance team and work collaboratively with Ministry and Support Teams to ensure our systems our efficient and well run.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and have experience of managing a small team across the various finance functions. As part of an organisational wide programme to renew our digital systems, we are planning to start the process of selecting and implementing a new finance system in 2026 and the successful applicant will work with our IT and digital team to deliver the project. 

This is an exciting time at CPAS, as we move forward with our new strategy, covering 2025-2030. We are looking for someone who shares our vision and sees a strong Finance function as core to achieving our objectives. The Role

You will hold Strategic oversight over IPS Grow data analysis and business intelligence functions and, in collaboration with expert Digi colleagues, IPS Grow digital tools.

Key responsibilities include:

• Co-design a data and digital strategy and plan with colleagues across IPS Grow with support from Social Finance’s Data and Digital Community of Practice and other key stakeholders. Ensure it is delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Responsible for ensuring that accurate, timely data analysis and reporting is provided to the IPS Grow team, to commissioners and to other key stakeholders (e.g. Health Employment Partnerships Board; IPS Expert Forum)Line manage relevant staff within the IPS Grow team, agreeing their work package and ensuring it hits key strategic objectives agreed in conjunction with the Director for Operational Support – IPS Grow.
• Provide high quality support to the engineering team working on the IPS Grow tool. Ensure close collaboration between IPS Grow and the Data and Digital Community of Practice to deliver against the data and digital strategy and plan. Ensure that staff at every level of IPS Grow have access to dashboard reports that bring together key data from multiple sources in ways that meet their needs and support good decision-making. 
• Take overall responsibility for the quality of IPS Grow data to ensure accuracy, value, completeness, uniqueness, consistency, timeliness and validity
• Work closely with colleagues delivering the IPS Grow data tool to understand stakeholder data requirements and collaboratively review prioritisation in relation to the roadmap for the data tool.
• Co-ordinate and provide expert advice on data analysis and reporting across all areas of IPS Grow delivery, including delivery, workforce and research and innovation

The Team

IPS Grow is a national programme designed to support the expansion of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services in mental health, primary care, and drug and alcohol teams across England. The programme is led by the organisation in partnership with the Centre for Mental Health. It is funded by NHS England and Improvement (NHSE/I), the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID).

A core element of the programme is the expert assistance provided by a team of IPS professionals, known as IPS Grow Leads, to support providers to improve their fidelity to the IPS model and achieve better employment outcomes for their clients.

About You

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of designing and leading data strategy at a senior level. This encompasses how we collect and manage data, as well as using analysis to produce relevant and actionable insights
• Experience of successfully managing senior stakeholder relationships,  including communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Expertise in Information Security and Governance and the associated standards and requirements when hosting and processing personal data on behalf of public sector organisations.
• Senior experience of leading data and analytics teams, including line and task management, and product management
• Expertise in the development and use of Customer Relationship Management systems, such as Salesforce
• Expertise in data analysis and business intelligence, including PowerBI, Tableau and/or similar analytics and data visualisation tools

The Head of Development will be a key member of the Social Sciences Development team within Development and Alumni Engagement (DAE), who will work closely with SoGE and DAE leadership to establish a small Geography team, and to develop a fundraising strategy that serves the School’s goals and grows its philanthropic support.

SoGE is one of the foremost geography and environment university departments in the world, internationally recognised for the quality of its research and teaching. Geography at the University of Oxford is a large, vibrant and intellectually diverse community comprising the core academic department of the School of Geography and the Environment, its three research centres: the Environmental Change Institute (ECI), the Transport Studies Unit (TSU) and the Smith School of Enterprise and Environment (SSEE) and several geographers based elsewhere in the wider university.

This is a special opportunity to work collaboratively with academic colleagues who craft robust, imaginative and forward-looking answers to pressing questions about the environment, technology, geopolitics and socio-economic change.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced major gifts fundraiser who is looking to grow their career in Higher Education through a senior role combining significant fundraising with management of a small team. You will be a collaborative fundraiser with expertise in major gifts and a strong track record of securing complex philanthropic support. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you will be a strategic thinker and a skilled operator—communicative, adaptable, and adept at building strong, lasting relationships. About the role 

This new role of Fundraising Manager at Caring in Bristol is vital to the development of unrestricted income.  As a charity we rely on the generosity of the communities of Bristol, from individuals to businesses, community organisations to educational facilities.  The postholder will create and deliver innovative fundraising campaigns and supporter communications that engage and inspire supporters, maximise donor retention, and increase lifetime value. 

The role will be responsible for the growth of income from Individual Donors and Major Donors, and oversee Community and Corporate income.  Working with the Head of Fundraising you will also scope out and help to implement potential new income generation opportunities.

Individual Giving  

You will help shape and take ownership of implementing our individual giving strategy in line with organisational fundraising goals, creating and delivering individual giving appeals, designing and optimising donor journeys, and ensuring all supporter communications are engaging and effective. By leveraging an analytical approach to data segmentation, you will deliver highly targeted and relevant donor experiences. 

The role will lead on our use of our CRM system (Donorfy) ensuring supporter’s data is collected effectively and used in compliance with data protection legislation. You will champion the use of Donorfy, making sure it is being used to its full potential. 

With this data you will manage segmentation, using a targeted approach to ensure we optimise the return on investment of our appeals and fundraising activities. 

Additionally, you will manage our Gift Aid process to ensure both compliance and maximised income and oversee meaningful engagement with individual givers - ensuring all supporters are acknowledged in a timely, personalised manner and provided with tailored marketing materials at key intervals. 

Major Donors  

A key aspect of the role is designing and executing effective cultivation and stewardship plans for both current and prospective major donors, ensuring relationships are nurtured over time. You will also work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and Board members, mobilising their involvement to foster and strengthen connections with our most significant supporters. 

You will develop and deliver tailored fundraising campaigns for major donors, manage and update the major donor database, and conduct thorough research to identify new prospects, preparing insightful briefing notes and supporting materials. 

Line Management and Reporting  

You will line-manage, support and develop the Corporate & Community Coordinator and Fundraising Assistant, providing effective leadership in the development of our proposition to organisations and supporters. 

You will support the development and effective implementation of fundraising plans, helping the Head of Fundraising to ensure that all strategies align with our organisational goals. 

You will be tasked with supporting the reporting from the department around particular income streams, these reports will be both financial and non-financial, detailing the work of the department and progress against targets.

About You 

You’ll have excellent communications skills, be an adept writer, a warm and engaging individual with solid fundraising experience and knowledge of Individual Giving and Major Donor Fundraising.  You will also have a keen eye for detail.

We’re Fumble – a bold, creative, and nationally recognised charity on a mission to make digital sexual health information relevant, engaging, fun, and safe for young people aged 13–25. We're five years in, growing fast, and dreaming big for the future. 

We’ve established an exciting programme of digital content co-creation with young people, to support them to successfully manage their sexual health, relationships, and mental health in the digital age, and we’re looking for a brilliant new Programme Manager to head this up.

This is an exciting, rewarding, and hands-on role at the heart of our small Sheffield-based team. You’ll lead the design and delivery of our projects – from the first sparks of an idea all the way through to measuring impact and celebrating success. 

This role is Sheffield-based or hybrid.

The role details

• This is a permanent role at Fumble

• Normal working day at Fumble is 9am - 5:30pm, with a 1h unpaid lunch break (7.5h day)

• 4 days/week (0.8 FTE), Monday - Thursday

  • Exciting note! We’re planning to trial a 4-day working week as an organisation in the near future, once funding is secured.

  • What would this mean? Fumble is preparing to trial a 4 day working week, which would mean a 30h work week across Mon-Thurs, with staff pay and benefits (including holiday allowance) increasing from 0.8 FTE to 1.0 FTE for everyone.

We’re looking for someone who…

• Has a creative eye and instinct for engaging, youth-led design

• Brings solid experience in managing freelancers and creative teams (we’re looking for CVs with at least 5+ years of relevant career experience)

• Is confident running charity projects end-to-end – including bid writing and fundraising, planning, people management, deadlines, budgets, and reporting

• Tools you will ideally be confident using include: Google Analytics, Data Studio, Wordpress, a CRM, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and Google Drive, including especially Google Sheets.

• Has strong safeguarding knowledge and expertise, particularly for young people, and ideally in both in-person and digital spaces

• Is experienced in both youth engagement and digital content creation and delivery

Key deliverables expected from this role

Here are some of the key deliverables expected from the role in the first 12 months.

1. Programme delivery - youth engagement

• Expand our recent successful pilot project: ‘Healthy relationships for young women and girls’. 

This will include:

• In person delivery, in Sheffield.

• Project planning, session planning, promotion campaign to reach potential participants, facilitation of sessions and/or managing freelance facilitators, impact measurement, reporting.

• Deliver our annual cycle of engaging our Youth Advisory Board (remote, online delivery). This will include:

  • Planning and facilitating sessions via Zoom (supported by our Social Media & Comms Officer); impact measurement and reporting; safeguarding and managing the engagement and retention of members. 

2. Programme delivery - digital content and campaigns

• Delivery of our planned ‘Sexual health Q&As between young people & doctors’ campaign. This will include:

  • A series of video content, co-created with young people, for a social media campaign and series of associated website articles on the Fumble website. 

3. Supporting our safeguarding

• Supporting safeguarding at Fumble, as our Designated Safeguarding Officer. You’ll bring previous experience of effective safeguarding to help us build on our policy and practice. 

• This will include:

  • Conduct / manage annual safeguarding training for Fumble team & stakeholder groups

  • Maintain DBS checks

  • Communicate with external safeguarding agencies & expert advisors (where relevant)

  • Ensure safeguarding info is visible on the website and in sessions, and 

  • Ensure safeguarding continues to be embedded in a meaningful way across all of Fumble’s activities. 

4. Impact measurement

• Participate in the team’s development of our recently introduced impact measurement framework

• Design any additional tools needed for evaluating youth sessions, campaigns, and content.

• Collect quantitative and qualitative data (e.g. surveys, feedback forms, analytics).

• Report on outcomes and impact.

• Engage young people in co-evaluation methods where possible.

5. Supporting our fundraising 

• Participate in the team’s collective fundraising efforts. This includes:

  • identifying funding opportunities for Fumble, writing and reviewing bids, and writing reports for funders.

• Lead on branding, digital presence (website, social media, newsletters), and compelling storytelling to grow awareness, engage supporters, and recruit staff/volunteers. 

• Develop and deliver campaigns, newsletters, and case studies with sensitivity, ensuring consistent brand representation and co-produced content with beneficiaries.

• Partner with the fundraising team to drive income through digital marketing, supporter engagement, donor retention, and data-led reporting. 

• Manage eTapestry records, supporter data, and income tracking, while recommending improvements in data management and ensuring GDPR compliance.
