The post holder will be fully involved in all aspects of the day to day management of their designated service, including line managing the relevant front line staff.
You will lead in carrying out supervisions, case work management and working with the team to achieve service objectives.
You will work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that the service delivers on all targets, both financial and those around the quality of the service.
9 - 5pm working Monday & Friday. Occasional asked to work weekend to ensure service needs are supported.
What you'll do:
- Lead and motivate your team to ensure the championing of and maintenance of a positive local culture within your service
- Deliver effective supervision and team meetings with staff and ensure that information, reporting and communication
- Responsible for the personal development of staff, identifying high performers and feeding into the organisations succession plans
- Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) required as part of the Contract are met and recorded correctly
- Develop key business relationships with all appropriate relevant customers/external parties to ensure service delivery excellence and maximise new business opportunities in own patch
- Participate in and monitor the initial and continuous assessment of needs and ensure that support planning is carried out in line with assessed needs of the customer
- Carry out other administrative tasks as relevant to the service and directed by the Contract/Heads of Operations
- Deliver an out of hours on-call service for region, where required
- Ensure that all safeguarding cases are managed in line with safeguarding protocols and are reported to Contract Manager/Head of service , as appropriate

• Develop and equip the team to ensure tenants thrive in safe, supportive

• Work with local churches so that their friendship & support teams are
empowered, equipped, and prayerful; promote the charity so that new
ones want to get involved.
• Ensure current investors feel engaged and valued; and promote the
charity so that new ones come on board.
• Ensure that the charity has the highest safeguarding, property and quality
standards, liaising with national and regional Hope into Action teams.

The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Operations and Data Officer. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to help maintain, develop and continuously improve our data and systems. The role will be an integral part of the Living Wage Operations and Insight Team, providing technical support to ensure the integrity of our systems, and supporting with development projects.

Deliver work targets on time and to standard to support the Foundation’s data and systems: :

Support the day-to-day operations and management of all systems within the Living Wage Foundation designed to enable the functioning of Living Wage accreditation schemes.

Provide operational support for all aspects of the accreditation and recognition systems, including identifying and fixing errors.

Maintain integrity of Salesforce database; identify and source incomplete information within the database; take responsibility for tidying, cleansing and backing up existing data.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager (Fixed Term) to join our team
Salary: Circa £40,000
Base: Central Edinburgh/hybrid
Hours: Full time and fixed term for 12 months. 35 hours a week over core working hours of 10am – 3pm, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. The office is open 8am – 7pm daily and our hybrid working policy requires all full-time employees to work at least two days a week in the Edinburgh office.

About the role and what we’re looking for
What will you be doing?
· Championing the needs of supporters, who are known as Curestarters. You’ll take time to understand their needs and commission new market research to unlock new insights.
· Leading campaigns to drive Brand awareness and grow income. You’ll manage a calendar of marketing activity to engage and inspire Curestarters.
· Overseeing our media mix. You’ll lead on media planning for the charity and spend time keeping your advertising knowledge up to date.
· Learning and testing. You’ll lead on reporting for your campaigns and collaborate with colleagues or agency partners to ensure we have the insight to develop new tests to help us improve.
· Managing our partners. You’ll be the lead manager with our advertising partner, with the opportunity to work with our creative, market research, and digital development partners.
· Demonstrating our values. As a Curestarter, you’ll demonstrate our values every day - curious, united, real, entrepreneurial and spirited – as you help bring about our vision that no life is cut short by cancer.
What are we looking for?
· As a customer-centric marketer, you’re comfortable using segmentation, market research, and campaign insights to inform your decision-making.
· You’ve got a breadth of knowledge through using multiple channels, with a strong experience in digital, specifically search pay per click, digital display, and paid social.
· You’re a collaborative person who works respectfully in a diverse team of experts to deliver work that makes an impact.
· As a detailed planner and organiser, you thrive on deadlines and feel confident prioritising your time across multiple, concurrent projects.

We are looking for an Interim Supporter Engagement Officer on a 12 month fixed term contract, who will be the first point of call for supporters across four areas of our fundraising programme: in-memory giving, individual giving (cash & regular gifts), community & events fundraising and social challenges/virtual fundraising.
Our Public Fundraising Team works closely together to steward our supporters, you would be responding to incoming queries, delivering established stewardship journeys and helping to shape the development of new ways of communicating with our supporters.

You’ll be someone who writes clearly and persuasively, handles sensitive topics with genuine care, and who’s excited by the challenge of finding creative ways to engage diverse audiences. Your strong relationships with journalists will help us ensure the voices of people facing financial insecurity are represented accurately, widely, and compassionately in the media.
