We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our Strategic Communications and Content Unit. This newly-created role manages a Social Media Officer, and works closely with Media, External Relations, Brand and Content teams in the Unit as well as a variety of colleagues across the organisation.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our mission and goals. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and driving engagement with our supporters, creating and curating content that resonates with a range of audiences and inspires our online community to take action. You will lead on monitoring and analysing our social media activity in order to continuously improve our approaches. And you’ll forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, from influencers and partners to fundraising and programme colleagues in a variety of global contexts.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in social media campaign strategy and community management, ideally with line management experience. They will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to react to trends and external events. Key Responsibilities:

· Work alongside the Digital and Data Strategy Team to regularly review and refresh our audience segmentation and strategy

· Establish an audience-centric communications culture, driven by up-to-date insights on our priority audience groups and their behaviours, attitudes and values

· Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities for integrated marketing campaigns. Utilise insights from market research to inform campaign strategies and messaging

Person Specification:

· Strategic marketing planning experience, developing and leading multi-year customer communication plans, prioritising key initiatives and ensuring integrated campaign delivery across teams

· Significant experience of using data and insights to inform planning, and knowledge of a range of reporting and measurement tools

· Exceptional inter-personal and consultative skills, with experience of working with multiple stakeholders and a proven ability to work collaboratively to influence, negotiate and secure buy-in 

· Knowledge of full campaign process from planning to briefing, creative development and production through to execution and measurement

· Excellent knowledge of audience research, analysis and segmentation tools and processes 

· Ability to multi-task and prioritise under pressure, in a fast paced, dynamic communications environment

· Experience of working in insight, new product development, and proposition development, ideally within the charity sector, and able to demonstrate having made a positive difference for other brand(s) through impactful and effective proposition development

· Strong creative leadership and experience of translating a brand proposition for different channels, executions and campaigns

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time, permanent Multimedia Content Producer to join the Marketing Communications team at SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity. This role will support the Senior Creative Lead & Design Manager and Head of Marketing & Brand to create, commission and produce a wide variety of creative marketing materials, focusing on photography and video assets. 

You will work across all areas of SSAFA, so your creative talents will help raise awareness of crucial services, recruit volunteers, support fundraising initiatives and promote understanding of SSAFA’s work, this will allow you the ability to flex your content production skills to different audience types and a wide range of outputs. You will work from creative concept to asset completion and be able to lead on the development of our video strategy and planning. This is a new role within the organisation so you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the future direction of multimedia content, in particular focusing on video content strategy. 

You will have access to the full Adobe Creative Cloud suite of software, and actively encouraged to develop your skills and proficiency in areas you may not have experienced, some skill in using other Adobe products such as InDesign is desirable, but not essential.

• A portfolio of video or photographic projects demonstrating; creative concept development, collaboration others/colleagues to produce creative assets. 
• Demonstratable experience of planning and managing a pipeline of photo, video or audio assets, and working collaboratively and effectively to achieve engaging content that supports SSAFA achieving its KPIs.
• Demonstrable experience of organising a photo/video shoot, including briefing photographers, videographers or others. 
• Demonstrable experience of creating compelling multimedia content that drives an emotional connection with the audience. You may have undertaken parts of this process such as crafting a storyboard and briefing the delivery, or you may have taken video footage to edit varying assets. 
• Experience working with a marketing or communications team to support the creation and delivery of digital assets for active TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter social media accounts, including knowledge of different digital and social media advertising format would be advantageous. 
• Excellent skills in Premiere Pro (or similar) 
• Some skill in other creative tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. would be advantageous.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines as needed. 
• Experience of working in a commercial, public or not-for-profit organisation would be beneficial.

You will be educated to MSc level in Public Health, Nutrition, Epidemiology or closely related field and have experience working in a research/public health setting and developing scientific/policy reports, summaries and presentations. Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Digital Officer to join our ambitious and growing type 1 diabetes charity, JDRF, as part of the digital and marketing team. 

You will build our reach by ensuring our website is search engine optimised and will champion optimisation with all content providers across the organisation. You will build landing pages and microsites for fundraising campaigns across various platforms, complete user experience research to develop compelling user journeys and will evaluate the performance of our digital channels. Occasionally, you will also support JDRF’s paid media campaigns. 

An experienced digital professional, you may have worked for a charity before in a similar role. You will be motivated by the latest digital trends and will be familiar with a variety of digital channels. You will be ever-curious, always seeking to improve your skills and adopt new approaches. 

Experience required

You’ll have previous experience of:

• Using website content management systems and other platforms 
• Working with digital agency suppliers including support developers 
• Providing support to multiple teams across an organisation 
• Optimising content for search and accessibility 
• Using data to improve user experience 
• Setting up and monitoring paid media campaigns

About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, this post plays a key role in securing and stewarding major gifts from individuals and private trusts and foundations. You will be managing and actively developing existing donors, as well as proactively identifying and cultivating new donor opportunities. The role will involve attending cultivation and stewardship events as well as liaising with the prospect research function and wider Philanthropy team. You will also be responsible for managing and developing one Philanthropy Officer.

About you:

The successful candidate will be an effective face-to-face fundraiser with experience of securing high value donations and managing the full lifecycle of significant donor relationships.

You will be highly motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and financial targets, with excellent communication and people management skills. Strong administrative and organisational skills are essential for this role.

We are looking for a Member Engagement Officer to assist a lively and talented team with all areas of Remember a Charity’s membership administration, in addition to supporting the marketing and partnerships workstreams.

This is a unique opportunity not only to help grow charitable giving, but to also work closely with those member charities (close to 200) who rely on gifts in Wills to continue their vital work.

Key Accountabilities

• To maintain and update records on Remember A Charity’s CRM database and E-Comms mailing lists for charities, legal supporters and partner organisations. To run CRM reports as required.
• To assist with the onboarding of new joiner charities and legal sector supporters.
• To use the website content management system (CMS) to build member charity and legal sector supporter online profiles; and to make any amends to these profiles and other website pages as required.
• To manage the central Inbox and respond to all enquiries or signpost to the relevant team member.
• To co-ordinate the programme of rolling annual membership renewal and new-joiner invoicing, including credit control of all invoices.
• To prepare monthly engagement report  collating key activity metrics for members and legal sector supporters.
• To assist with online and in person member, prospect, and legal sector supporter events, including creating registration links, managing attendee information on the CRM, and other events preparation and follow-up required.
• Representing Remember A Charity at key charity and legal sector exhibitions when required.
• To capture minutes from all key meetings.
• Diary management when required.

Philanthropy Manager

About the role:

We are looking to appoint an experienced Philanthropy Manager to proactively lead the cultivation and stewardship of potential and existing major donors, trusts and statutory bodies, with a particular focus on driving significant income growth.

Reporting to the Director of Fundraising and Engagement, the Philanthropy Manager will drive the growth of a portfolio of existing supporters and new prospects giving at the five and six figure gift level, with a particular focus on generating major gifts from new donors. The postholder will think strategically to develop inspiring fundraising cases of support, and impact reporting working closely with Care service colleagues, the finance team and the wider fundraising and engagement team.

This role has line management responsibility for three experienced fundraisers who manage their own portfolios of Major Donors, Trusts, and Foundations.

What we’re looking for:

· An experienced and enthusiastic Philanthropy Manager – with a track record of achieving challenging income targets and effective prospect management. Applications will be particularly welcome from those with a background in a children’s charity or SME with ownership of strategic planning.

· A poised, confident and convincing communicator – you have strong negotiation, presentation and networking skills and the ability to quickly connect with and motivate others

· A helpful and supportive team member – you work collaboratively and stimulate others into action
