We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Digital Engagement Officer to join our Marketing and Communications team, reporting to the Head of Marketing. You will take ownership of our UK and US websites and support the delivery of our email communications. You will play a key role in developing and optimising our website and email communications, supporting the Head of Marketing to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition to generate sustainable long term income. You will be someone who naturally spots opportunities for improvement, thinks creatively, and uses data and insight to evolve our digital channels. With a hands‑on and can‑do approach, you will help strengthen engagement, grow our supporter base, and bring our mission to life online.

We are looking to recruit a Digital Innovation Adviser (Paternity Cover) to join our Programmes team on a fixed-term basis (16 weeks). This is an exciting opportunity for a technically-minded professional with a passion for responsible AI and digital innovation to play a central role in Elrha's growing portfolio of AI-focused work.
In this role you will have the opportunity to shape how Elrha integrates AI and digital tools across its humanitarian research and innovation work. You will lead the delivery of our AI Lighthouse partnership with NetHope, act as our internal responsible AI adviser, and develop exciting new business development opportunities including an AI Sandbox and Rapid Innovation Fund. You will also play a key role in building Elrha's internal AI strategy and ensuring our digital platforms remain fit for purpose.

CAFOD is seeking an Evidence and Learning Advisor to support International Programmes (IP) during a period of maternity cover. The role plays a key part in embedding evidence and learning within CAFOD’s Integral Ecology Programme Model (IEPM), which underpins delivery of our strategic framework, Our Common Home.
Working within the Programme Quality Support Team and reporting to the Programme Quality Lead, the postholder will cultivate a strong culture of evidence-based reflection and adaptation across programmes. The role involves primarily distance-based working, with some potential for international travel.
