This new and exciting role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to work across our community and event income lines, taking responsibility for raising income from a wide variety of supporters. We’re looking for an individual who can hit the ground running, complimenting a team that proactively develops and drives our community and events portfolio.
At Haven House the focus within the Income Generation and Marketing Team is to put the supporter and donor at the centre of everything we do, ensuring they feel inspired by our work and the children and families we support; engaged and committed to our cause and ultimately make a commitment to do something amazing.

The Pituitary Foundation is the UK’s leading charity providing support and information for people living with pituitary conditions, their families, friends and carers. We are based in an office in central Bristol, with some staff and volunteers working remotely throughout the UK. Pituitary conditions are uncommon, usually lifelong and can be life threatening. Conditions include acromegaly, Cushing's, prolactinoma, AVP-Deficiency and hypopituitarism.

This role will combine the ambition of The Foundation without losing the core importance of being a person-centred patient support group, offering kindness and support at challenging times. The insight from our involvement network inspires and drives all our work across The Charity. This role involves actively engaging and stewarding everyone across all relevant and interested groups. This includes providing support to those living with a brain tumour diagnosis, their family and their friends. As part of our services team, you will ensure we engage all groups including those disadvantaged and less heard from, championing the voices of our wider community to grow our involvement network. You will also collaborate with those professionally committed to the cause, including our research community, to ensure that people affected by brain tumours have the chance to both shape and participate in research opportunities. You will be responsible for measuring and sharing the difference we are making through the delivery and analysis of our Improving Brain Tumour Care Surveys, empowering the community to identify the gaps in treatment and care experiences, so we can make a difference where it matters most.

About the Role
The Community Fundraisers steward relations with Individual fundraisers, schools, community groups, in memory and challenge eventers. Supporting fundraisers who want to make a difference which sits at the heart of the charity’s Fundraising Strategy. What’s more, the new five-year strategy, will launch major fundraising campaigns for a new cancer hospital and a new children’s hospital, fundraising is set to reach an incredible level.
Whilst or community fundraising incorporates various income streams, you will be tasked and targeted to generate income from a specific area which may vary over time.
You’ll be working closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and Head of Community Fundraising to help make the Community Fundraising programme a genuine success, helping to maximise the lifetime value of supporters by ensuring they offer the very best stewardship and gratitude to those who fundraise and donate to the Hospital.
Ultimately, you’ll be playing a crucial role in helping to ensure that the greatest number of people are having the greatest impact to make things even better.

We are looking for a Trust Fundraiser for a well known national health charity, to work in a supportive team of five and secure income from medium-sized grant-giving charitable trusts and foundations.

The Role
Support the Head Of Trust, Senior Trusts Officer and Executive to deliver c£1m team income target.
Provide first class stewardship to a portfolio of mid value donors, seeking to retain them as well as uplift their donations, wherever possible. Current warm pipeline sits c£150k.
Research new trust supporters, build a warm pipeline and submit well written trust proposals to funders for applications c £10-30k value. Targeted income for this role is c£100k.
Work with the case for support lead to support service information requests from fundraising teams and translate them into project briefs and compelling case for support materials.
Maintain accurate, up to date and comprehensive records of trusts on the fundraising database or CRM system (currently Raisers Edge).
The Candidate
Experience of securing gifts of over 10k from trusts.
Experience of maintaining relationships with funders and providing tailored donor care and stewardship plans.
Experience of project-based fundraising and the development of restricted and unrestricted propositions within a fundraising team.
Experience of developing pipelines of trust income and activity.
