As Fundraising Manager, you will have experience overseeing various income streams, including individual giving, regional fundraising, corporate partnerships, and in-memory fundraising. The key responsibilities include:
- Provide general oversight and line management support to our fundraising and lottery teams, comprising 26 dedicated individuals. You'll offer specific guidance and support to a core group of 7 team members.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive performance across various income streams, ensuring success in individual giving, regional fundraising, corporate partnerships, and in-memory fundraising.

Strategy Development and Implementation

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Engagement & Marketing Director role was created last year to drive forward our next strategic phase of engagement – determining how we influence, engage and mobilise people and communities to plant and protect urban trees. Your day-to-day
You will support the execution of CDPs philanthropic fundraising strategy.

They will hold a key executive role working alongside the Chief Executive and Artistic Director, providing strategic business support and deputising as required.
The successful candidate will have considerable experience of working at a senior level within a customer facing, high volume transaction business and of successfully leading and managing teams.
