Role Overview
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with our well-known charity client on a fantastic Interim Head of Brand and Marketing role. This position is a key leadership opportunity to shape and deliver the organisation’s branding, marketing, and creative strategy for 6-7 months, driving impactful engagement within the health charity sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the organisation’s mission and enhances visibility and reputation.
- Lead the planning and implementation of innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and audience engagement.
- Oversee the creation and delivery of impactful creative content, including digital, print, and multimedia materials.
- Manage external agencies and internal teams to ensure the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of campaigns and communications.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, reporting insights and adjusting strategies to optimise outcomes.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support fundraising, awareness, and engagement objectives.
- Maintain awareness of sector trends, ensuring the organisation remains a leader in innovative branding and marketing practices.
- Ensure all activities are compliant with branding guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Person Specification
- Proven experience in a senior marketing or branding leadership role, within the charity or health sector.
- Strong understanding of strategic brand development and marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a focus on innovative, effective campaign solutions.
- Analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
- Resilience and adaptability, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
What’s on Offer
Salary: £66,300 (pro-rata for 6-7 months). This is a hybrid role, 2 days a week in their London office.
