At Single Homeless Project, we believe every young person deserves the chance to build a life beyond crisis. As our Young Person’s Psychotherapist, you’ll play a vital part in making that happen. About the role:
You will act as subject matter expert to deliver a best-in-class business planning and budgeting process that leads us into delivering on our strategic plan.

What you will be doing:
Budgeting and Forecast
- Deliver a collaborative annual planning and budgeting process that ensures delivery of the business and financial strategy and re-forecasts as required.
Accounting and Performance Management:
- Produce monthly and quarterly management accounts to deadlines for review by the Head of Finance / CFO, identifying key variances and issues affecting financial performance, whilst looking for improvement opportunities.
- To deliver a periodic reporting process that is timely and accurate, engaging with heads of departments (budget holders) to build on and develop existing reporting.
- To contribute to the preparation of the Annual Report and Accounts and associated audit processes.

Your experience:
Must haves:
- Recognised CCAB Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

The role of Retail Co-ordinator is crucial to the smooth and efficient operation of The Children’s Trust retail head office function. The postholder will be responsible for co-ordinating and running the administration and compliance needs required for a disperse network of charity shops, including being the gatekeeper for the Chariot EPOS system, Retail Gift Aid and New bought in goods, supporting the supply and distribution of stock; shop supplies, and associated stakeholder relationships.
Role Requirements
- Manage the Retail EPOS till and Head-office systems to maximise functionality to drive sales and promotions, create reports to support analysis of shops performance.
- Support the Retail Sales Manager to manage generation and distribution of stock, including preparing documentation for van deliveries and collections to meet both shops, customer and donor requirements.

The Relationship Fundraising role will play a significant part in contributing to a high-performing fundraising team. The role will cover the counties of Cambridgeshire, Norfolk & Suffolk.
You will report to the Relationship Fundraising Manager and support the Head of Relationship Fundraising & Volunteering to drive the continued growth of the charity’s fundraising income in your area. You will also be required to show excellent relationship-building skills to support community partnerships and volunteer groups, driving towards agreed targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy, finance, and reporting
· Responsibility for stewardship and relationship building with supporters within the East region.
· Identify and apply for ‘Charity of the Year’ partnerships with corporates in the region, account manage these relationships up to a value of £50,000 per annum and support the Partnership Development Team with national partnerships in your region.
· Support existing volunteer fundraisers to encourage continued loyalty to the charity and to maximise funds raised, in accordance with fundraising legislation and good practice.

We seek a Finance Officer to join our small team. You will report to the Head of Finance to provide bookkeeping and accounting support for Global Dialogue and Global Dialogue Ventures Limited. The Drive Partnership, formed by Respect, SafeLives and Social Finance, is working to transform the national response to perpetrators of domestic abuse. We work to end domestic abuse and protect victims by disrupting, challenging, and changing the behaviour of those who are causing harm. Together we have developed the Drive Project to address a gap in work with high-harm, high-risk perpetrators of domestic abuse. We also work to advocate for systems and policy change- to develop sustainable, national systems that respond more effectively to all perpetrators of domestic abuse.
In July of this year the Home Office announced a £53m investment over the next four years to enable the Drive Project to roll out across England and Wales. To end domestic abuse, we must address the source of the problem - the perpetrator. This funding will make a huge difference to our efforts to support survivors, by holding perpetrators to account, stopping them from causing further harm and giving them the chance to change.
Reporting to the Drive Director we are looking for a Drive Deputy Director to contribute to the leadership and management of the team in addition to building and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders such as individuals, corporate partners, public sector organisations, and charitable trusts. Your remit will also include working collaboratively with the Head of Programmes and Managers, to develop a growth and business development strategy for each of our four core areas of work.

This role is essential in our drive for evidencing the impact of the work we do. You will lead and manage a large-scale, multi-organisation piece of research aiming to highlight the impact of our programmes. Key Responsibilities
· You will be accountable for the oversight of the main research and any supplementary research projects from initiation to completion.

· You will work with the Head of Quality and Impact and Finance Team to ensure that the project/s meet agreed objectives, timelines and budgets.
· You will support the development of project documentation.
· You will deliver reports and presentations as required both internally and externally from DFN Project SEARCH to share information regarding the research project.
· You will be accountable for collecting, analysing and reporting on data that is relevant to the organisation.

Sophie Hayes Foundation (SHF) is a small but mighty charity, empowering women survivors of
modern slavery and exploitation. It is an important time at SHF. Our new strategy ‘Sustainable
Freedom from Modern Slavery’ launched in 2024 and this role is essential for the delivery of the
strategy and ensuring that survivors of modern slavery, human trafficking, and exploitation have
access to the support and opportunities they need to achieve their aspirations, independence
and a positive future. With soaring numbers of referral to the NRM and thousands more victims
living in fear of a hostile environment, this has never been more important than now.
At the heart of Sophie Hayes Foundation’s work will be the support to and empowerment of
survivors of modern slavery and human trafficking and this role is critical to survivors’ journeys
to sustainable freedom.
Alongside a small, friendly and dedicated team, you will coordinate and deliver our
programmes for survivors of modern slavery, including our flagship Employability Programme
(EP) and our Conversational English for Independence (CEFI) course.
You will also work in close partnership of the development and delivery of new programmes for
