We are looking for a highly organised self-starter who is passionate about our mission. You will join our brilliant Force Partnerships team who are responsible for developing Police Now’s relationship with stakeholders across the UK policing and implementing our programmes in collaboration with forces. You will support our work to get partnership contracts so that we can place our officers in police forces across the country. You will organise events and opportunities for senior individuals within policing to come and see the work we do, visit our academies and meet our participants.

The role will be a mixture of organising events, project management, administration, research and relationship building. You will ensure meetings with our external partners are well prepared for and will undertake various projects and administration tasks to allow us, as a team, to develop positive and lasting partnerships. This is a highly varied role which will give you the opportunity to work across the whole of Police Now. As such we are looking for a quick learner and someone who is as determined as we are to see the Police Now mission succeed.

What you’ll do – the key responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and delivery of our partnership events including our Academy Visitor Days, as well as designing and implementing new stakeholder engagement initiatives based on previous stakeholder feedback.
• Support with, and at times lead the production of documents and communications for internal and external audiences, for example event invites, guest lists, handbooks, letter templates and agendas. This will include producing reports which use data to demonstrate the impact of our programmes to forces.
• Support with our sales campaign and contracting work through regular reporting, maintaining accurate records and providing updates to senior leadership and relevant internal stakeholders. This may include identifying opportunities for Police Now colleagues to attend sector events to have the greatest possible impact on policing in England & Wales.
• Collaborate with colleagues from across Police Now to support a strong customer experience for Police Now’s partner forces; for example, attending cross-departmental meetings and through developing Police Now’s use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce.
• Provide wider administrative support to the Force Partnerships team. This includes but is not limited to; preparing and printing event documentation, record-keeping, team inbox monitoring, room bookings, research into current and future force partners and booking and taking minutes for both internal and external meetings.

Frequent travel to the London office (2-3 days a week), along with regular travel to events and forces nationally will be required for this role.

Purpose of the role 

The purpose of this role is to increase the fundraising capability of The Vitiligo Society and secure the income we need to deliver our support to those affected by vitiligo. It is part of our new fundraising strategy.

Reporting to the Charity Director you will take the lead on establishing a fundraising programme. You will also support our community and membership fundraising, recruiting and supporting volunteer fundraisers and helping to improve and maintain our membership & donation processes.

Your Experience

We are looking for a candidate who has a background in charity fundraising, in particular community, Trust and Foundation fundraising.

Key responsibilities

Fundraising from Trusts and Foundations

Leading on applications to trusts and foundations with input from the Charity Director and delivery teams as needed, incl:

• Writing and submitting high quality applications to trusts and foundations that reflect The Vitiligo Society  and our members' stories.

• Researching potential charitable trusts and foundations to approach for funding.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with key personnel in relevant funding organisations.

• Support monitoring and evaluation and coordinate relevant reporting to funders.

• Establishing and maintaining a funders database within our existing CRM system.

Community Fundraising

• Assisting with improving the processes for donations from individuals.

• Working in cooperation with the staff, trustees and volunteers to develop and deliver up to 3 fundraising campaigns per year (a minimum of 1).

• Recruiting and supporting community volunteers to undertake fundraising activities.

Other Fundraising

• Working with the Charity Director to develop the organisation’s Trusts and Community fundraising strategy.

• Assist with the development of a corporate fundraising strategy as appropriate.

• Assist with the reporting on income generation and evaluating progress.

• Keeping up to date with best practice in fundraising and fundraising trends.

People Management 

• Oversee the engagement of volunteer fundraisers, supporting them to undertake community fundraising activities and sharing their stories to inspire others. 

• Build, and encourage, positive working relationships with other staff to ensure members receive relevant information at the right time and that communications reflect the lived experience of individuals affected by vitiligo.

General

• Working within the The Vitiligo Society ethos and values.

• Be part of a rota of staff & volunteers answering the Society's helpline

• Attend The Vitiligo Society events when required, which may include planning and attending support events virtually and in person. 

• Be part of the rota for checking The Vitiligo Society’s social media outside normal office hours.

• Support content creation for The Vitiligo Society, by identifying potential case studies and stories.

Overcoming MS is the world’s leading multiple sclerosis healthy lifestyle charity established in 2012. We are unique in our whole person approach and practical evidence-based focus upon self-management of MS, formulated as a holistic program. Job Description

The Healthcare Partnerships Lead will be responsible for the delivery of our Healthcare Engagement Strategy, through the development and delivery of projects and activities which embrace collaboration, raise the profile and credibility of both the Overcoming MS charity and Program, and extend supported self- management of MS within the health and social sector. We want to be the go-to charity for lifestyle and living well with MS and to demonstrate the added value we bring through education, resources, community and partnership working.

The past 12 months have seen the laying of a strong foundation for both increasing credibility and collaboration. This has included identifying barriers to supporting self-management in MS, developing education, piloting projects and resources to overcome some of those barriers in partnership with healthcare professionals. Honing datasets and presenting these meaningfully, has added credibility and demonstrated value. We want to see that foundation built on further, and shared more widely, taken forward by the new Healthcare Partnerships Lead.

Key Responsibilities

· The successful delivery of the Healthcare Engagement Strategy, identifying and prioritising engagement with our key audiences and stakeholders.

· Working closely with both our Medical Advisor, Information and Research Manager (new role) and with the existing HCP Advisory Group and wider engaged healthcare partners, to facilitate the development of the relationship, profile and reach between the charity and the health and social care sectors. Around information sharing, service design, and understanding of the role of lifestyle in holistic management of MS.

· Identifying and attending key healthcare events and conferences, building networks, partnerships and other resources to increase knowledge and awareness of how the charity and Overcoming MS Program, benefits people with MS and maximise opportunities for signposting.

· Building frameworks for data gathering and evaluation to effectively review benefit of collaborative interventions and report outcomes widely and meaningfully, in partnership with the Information and Research Manager.

· Maintaining understanding of policy and priorities of healthcare agencies to ensure mutual or aligned priorities from both, in addition to people living with MS, are all factors taken into consideration when developing plans and pathways.

· Identifying opportunities for collaboration and partnership working through engagement with HCP professionals and organisations.

· Lead on healthcare education through our existing partnership with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine, marketing the education widely, evaluating its benefit to HCPs and strategically reviewing the format, vehicle and content as appropriate.

· Providing clear, responsive and consistent educational content around the importance of lifestyle choices and behaviours to healthcare professionals based on the current evidence-base and the Overcoming MS Program, working closely with the Information & Research Manager to ensure up-to-date and validated content.

 Other Responsibilities

· Creating meaningful engagement with the MS community and healthcare professional partners, widening our reach to support more people with MS.

· Mapping local assets and services to target and test appropriate resources and support to MS clinics, to help HCPs share information and support their patients to self-manage, tracking success.

· Empowering people affected by MS and their healthcare professionals to discuss lifestyle modification and the Overcoming MS Program with confidence, improving self-management and health outcomes.

· Engaging new HCP audiences, reducing barriers and perceptions of lifestyle modification in the treatment of MS. 

· Leading on the delivery, monitoring and evaluation of key programmes, considering key insight, collecting and analysing data to measure impact against project and charity targets.

· Supporting the delivery of key products, services and events both in person and online that reach multiple audiences and budgeting accordingly.

· Identifying opportunities for accessing funding streams, working with Fundraising colleagues to diversify our income base.

· Raising our profile within the healthcare environment so that they recommend the charity and will advocate on our behalf.

· As we are a small, busy charity, all staff help with the general running of the organisation in addition to their specific role activities.

About you
Education or experience in a related field e.g. healthcare management, public health, you’ll have a strong understanding of the NHS, Public Health and the UK health care policy landscape. Knowledge of the global health care landscape would be an advantage but not essential.

You’ll have previous experience as a senior healthcare lead or similar role for example within the NHS or similar medical field or will have experience leading community or public health related engagement programmes.

With excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills, including working with stakeholders at very senior and professional levels, you’ll have strategic analytical skills, able to frame problems and solutions in a logical fashion and demonstrate a high degree of empathy and compassion for health-related issues.

You’ll have intellectual flexibility, able to embrace and deal with ambiguity, complexity and to be open to creativity in leading and bringing about effective change.

You are comfortable working remotely and attending events during evenings and weekends, with a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our small and dynamic team. This new role will support the Head of Partnerships and wider WFN team in delivering our fundraising strategy, stewarding high-value donor relationships, and unlocking new opportunities for income growth.

• Proven experience in a senior fundraising management role within the non-profit sector, ideally within international development.

The primary focus for the new role is to generate sustainable charitable giving from individuals, maintaining and growing our Friends memberships and developing significant income from major donors. We will also welcome input on stewardship of trusts and foundations if this is also your area of expertise.

We are a leading choral singing organisation and run residential summer courses for children and young people. Our artistic director, Ralph Allwood, founded the organisation 45 years ago, since when over 10,000 young people have benefited from our life-changing courses. Nowadays, around one third of students receive generous bursary support to attend a course and we also work with a range of partner organisations to encourage even more young people from diverse backgrounds to take part in our choral singing courses. We want to secure the future of the organisation and increase the number of students we can support by significantly growing our individual  giving.

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser to work up to 2 days per week on a freelance basis to help us move up a gear or two in terms of our fundraising, specifically to develop private giving from our extensive alumni network and the many successful individuals who feel music education at a young age made them the person they are today.

We have an office in central London but the job can be done remotely with occasional meetings with the General Manager, either in person or virtually.

About this role:

The main duties and responsibilities for the Heads of Development role are as follows:

INDIVIDUAL GIVING

· Maintain and build relationships with our donors, and identify new individuals who would like to see the Rodolfus Choral Foundation thrive

· Use our extensive alumni list to source and maintain donors

· Use contacts from the artistic director and trustees to generate new donors

·  Ensure that our top and potential donors are well looked after and researched, passing on key information to the Artistic Director and, where appropriate, arranging meetings between him and our donors

· Organise and co-host special donor events in unique venues

· Plan and help organise membership events for donors

· Help establish a legacy giving scheme for Rodolfus

· Have overall responsibility for reaching individual giving targets

· Ensure that data is accurately kept in our database in line with GDPR, and is harnessed to support our fundraising efforts

STRATEGIC PLANNING & REPORTING

· Develop a five-year Fundraising Strategy

· Set ambitious but achievable targets for each year, within the overall Rodolfus budget

· Contribute new ideas and find new opportunities for fundraising

· Produce quarterly fundraising updates for the Trustees

· Produce a fundraising report for the annual accounts, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for development in the Fundraising Strategy

TRUSTS AND GRANT-MAKING BODIES

· Liaise with the General Manager to ensure a coordinated fundraising plan and targets, in keeping with the artistic vision for Rodolfus

· Proof and submit applications and be the point of contact for Trusts and Foundations (this work is currently supported by the General Manager and a fundraising consultant)

GENERAL

· Attend Team and Board meetings as required

· Be a passionate advocate at all times for Rodolfus

· Adhere to all legal requirements relating to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as all other company policies and procedures

About CoppaFeel!

CoppaFeel! are the UK’s only youth focused breast cancer awareness charity, and we’re on a mission to get every 18-24 year old checking their chest. We educate people on the signs of breast cancer and encourage them to check their chests monthly, so that if they notice something unusual they are empowered to contact their GP and advocate for themselves.

We do this because when diagnosed early, breast cancer treatments are more effective and survival rates are higher. Early detection can save lives.

Breast cancer does not need to be detected late, and as long as we are here and continue to be supported by people like you, we will do all we can to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen.

The Role

Following a recent departmental restructure, we’re entering an exciting period for the newly formed content team. This shift in the team structure highlights our commitment to making best in sector content - all in the name of our mission; to ensure all breast cancers are diagnosed early and accurately in young people.

We are looking for an exceptional Head of Content who will be responsible for delivering our holistic content strategy over the next year. You’ll oversee the management, production and strategic placement of all organic content across CoppaFeel!’s channels, and in house paid campaign activations. You will help shape CoppaFeel!’s approach to content so that it appeals, resonates with and converts our key audience of 18 - 24 year olds, as well as our supplementary audiences, across website, email and social channels.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and alongside other Heads of Dept, bringing your expertise and knowledge to leadership discussions to help shape the future of the organisation. You will report to the Marketing Director and line manage the Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, and you will have exposure to the Senior Management Team.

This is a fixed term contract for 13 months.

This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that you will attend the London office 2 days per week. You will be required to attend the office for quarterly team meetings, department meetings and in person training, we will provide plenty of notice for when you are required to be in for these purposes.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work as a valued part of the CoppaFeel! leadership team to deliver the organisational strategy, shape the culture and influence cross departmental ways of working.
• Deliver the holistic content strategy across digital and social channels (including website, email, search, owned social, content creators and gaming) that will enhance the annual marketing strategy and drive awareness of CoppaFeel! and our mission amongst 18 - 24 year olds.
• Responsible for overseeing a team creating and producing innovative content that’s insight driven and market leading.
• Oversee production plans delivering our year round ‘always on’ organic content (web, email, social).
• Lead and inspire creativity across the organisation with a view to becoming social first in everything we do.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager to develop and deliver a content optimisation test and learn programme.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to optimise CoppaFeel!’s website and third party agencies to research, plan and execute Search Engine Optimisation and Paid Search strategies.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop and deliver the annual Website and Email content plan, including an optimisation plan.
• Work with the Social Media Manager to produce social first content year round, in line with the social media and content strategy.
• Oversee in house paid social media campaigns, primarily on Meta, with support from the Social Media Manager. Deliver training to the Social Media Manager to help them work towards activating these independently.
• Oversee delivery of workflow processes for managing the content lifecycle, including producing, distributing, measuring, and retiring content.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
• Oversee capacity of the Content Team.
• Line manage the Social Media Manager and Digital Marketing Manager.
• Ownership of the Content Team budget and quarterly re-forecasting.
• Contribute to quarterly all staff team meetings.
• Ensure rigorous reporting and analysis of social and digital activity to ensure delivery of planned KPIs, with an ambition to be constantly improving and evolving.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Essential

• Minimum 5 year’s experience working in a management level content focused role, for example a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, Senior Content Manager, Head of Digital Marketing or Head of Content.
• Demonstrable experience in managing and prioritising cross departmental content requests.
• Demonstrable experience of implementing strategic content plans.
• Demonstrable experience of producing creative content.
• Demonstrable experience with activating paid social campaigns.
• A leader with the ability to develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve high standards.

Are you an experienced Chartered Financial Accountant, with extensive experience working in Financial Operations (FinOps) within international charities? Are you looking for a role that gives you the autonomy to shape and develop the FinOps function, as well as a role within the Senior Leadership Team?

We have just entered a new five-year strategy period and are looking for someone to take a strategic, long-term approach to developing our FinOps capabilities, further developing an increasingly professionalised function. We are a growing organisation and will be further expanding internationally over the strategy period.

Salary: Starting at £55-62,000, negotiable within this range

This is a remote role, offering you flexibility to work from home while having the ability to operate on a national scale, with some occasional travel required   . You will work closely with our passionate team, trustees, and external partners, helping shape the future of the charity and expand our reach far and wide. 

In this role, you will:

• Lead the fundraising strategy, securing major grants, corporate partnerships, and individual donations to support our national expansion.
•  Oversee marketing and communications to ensure consistent and engaging messaging that resonates with a wide audience.
• Work alongside the CEO and trustees to identify new opportunities and drive growth, capitalising on our position as a national leader in inclusive cycling.
• Develop and deliver innovative fundraising initiatives that align with our growing ambitions.
