Without our care, these buildings might have disappeared entirely. Instead, they are enjoyed as social, tourism, educational and cultural resources, kept open, in use, and living once again in the heart of their communities.
Overall job purpose
The future of CCT’s outstanding collection of historic churches depends on us supporting communities around our churches caring for, opening, using and raising money for them. The Lead Local Community Officer will play the prime role in ensuring that local people are engaged, recruited, trained and supported.
The Lead Local Community Officer will lead the regional team of Local Community Officers to support, recruit, liaise with and develop volunteer and community supporters to care, open, use and raise money for the CCT’s collection of historic churches.
They will head the Church Planning process for the region, ensuring every church maintains and develops their co-created Church Plan.

The Alcohol Behavioural Change Specialist is responsible for collaboratively designing and implementing, evidence-based programmes applying appropriate behavioural change models aimed at reducing alcohol-related harm, and promoting long-term behavioural change related to alcohol consumption.
As a leading charity focused on alcohol harm reduction, the postholder will be Drinkaware’s internal expert regarding alcohol harm to individuals and will have a good understanding of brief interventions, as well as information, advice and guidance including quality assurance across our work. About the role
The majority of this role supports the development and coordination of activities in our paid for service, Charlie Waller Workplace. This service offers strategic consultancy and training to employers, managers and staff on how to embed a whole organisation approach to mental health and wellbeing at work.
We are looking for a highly motivated, confident individual who is able to quickly develop rapport and maintain effective, professional relationships with a varied client base. This role will suit an individual with a keen eye for detail, who has excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to engage with a varied range of stakeholders and to work independently. The successful applicant will be able to effectively balance competing demands, manage a range of diverse activities from administrative support, to coordinating some of our cross-programme projects, to engaging with our external clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Dealing with and responding to incoming phone calls, email and website enquiries or requests.
- Providing the first point of contact for Charlie Waller Workplace customers, helping to identify their needs, advising them of our range of services and ensuring they receive a professional and responsive approach.
- Working with the Director of Charlie Waller Workplace and our team of freelance consultants to produce professional documentation to support the customer relationship.
- Support the team with the day-to-day running of their customer relationships from initial contact through to evaluation and invoicing.
- Support the development of our data collection, analysis and evaluation model and produce regular reports for the Director of Charlie Waller Workplace on all workplace activities.
- Develop and maintain an effective infrastructure for all materials and resources.
- Create a resource library, researching relevant information, sharing with key personnel and updating on regular basis.
- Monitor and report on the Charlie Waller Workplace budget regarding income and expenditure against customer accounts.
- Support the creation of new consultancy and training materials, manging the quality assurance process to ensure outputs meet their objectives.
- Organising office meetings, agendas and minute taking.
- Support other activities within the Trust as required.
- Support the promotion of Charlie Waller Workplace by sourcing relevant speaking events and providing assistance at external activities, when required.

We are looking for an Individual Giving Manager to join our Fundraising team.
Title: Individual Giving Manager
Salary: £41,000-£44,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Our team works to raise the essential voluntary income that helps Anthony Nolan to save the lives of people with blood cancer. You will do this by reviewing and developing the Individual Giving programme to achieve our £3.7 million income forecast, along with managing the expenditure budget. You will put in place an audience-centric and insight-driven Individual Giving programme and propositions to best recruit, retain and develop the existing base of supporters. You will bring strong financial modelling and analytical skills to ensure our programme is insight and income driven.
As the Individual Giving Manager, you will work with your team of two senior officers to implement an integrated programme, whilst also project managing key high-impact individual giving campaigns. You will ensure that all campaigns are managed effectively, implementing, and promoting best practice in integrated fundraising campaign management across regular giving, lottery, raffle, cash and emergency appeals, through channels ranging from F2F, digital, telemarketing and direct mail.

Role Requirements
You will play a vital role in coordinating care and supporting the management of the House, serving as a key contact for families and the multidisciplinary team. Collaborating with the House Manager and Placement Managers, you will help ensure that care is effectively planned, resourced, and delivered safely at all times.
You will support the house manager to ensure that the care on house or houses enables the children to access their education and/or rehabilitation sessions, clinics, and leisure activities in their timetable.
You will work as part of a leadership team comprising of a house manager, deputy house manager / deputy clinical lead and a clinical lead (per house) responsible for one or two houses within a rotational model. You will individually (not as a team) rotate at a house level on a twelve-monthly basis.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.
