- Manage the development and implementation of new versions of the postgraduate curricula for our specialities.
- Establish and implement necessary quality assurance mechanisms and initiative.
- Oversee the provision of support for ancillary workforce development initiatives.
- Undertake market research to evaluate the viability of proposed new workforce initiatives, targeting those with the greatest reach and impact.
- Lead, motivate performance manage and develop a team.

Wandsworth WellFamily and Foodbank Service is an adult mental health service serving the Wandsworth community and based in foodbanks and GP surgeries across the London Borough of Wandsworth. We offer short term, holistic support focusing on the needs of the whole family whilst directly supporting the adult.
New funding has enabled us to create this post which will focus on increasing our capacity and inclusivity to provide emotional and practical support to the most vulnerable foodbank guests, who present with complex needs. You will be responsible for supporting young people aged 14-25 years, enabling them to access a range of social, emotional, and practical support as they navigate the complex and challenging processes of the UK asylum system.You will help us run activities for young people at our advice hub on Wednesday evenings in Brent and run our youth group on Thursday evenings in Brent n as well as our sporting activities and trips.
You will work closely with our Brent Youth Development Coordinator. You will need to be able to work under pressure, acting as a consistent and stable point of contact for young people, ensuring that their safety and well-being are paramount.
About you

· Demonstrable experience in supporting vulnerable young people in a similar role, particularly through youth activities in 1;1 and/or group settings, or befriending/mentoring

While most of our programme activity is centred on the Royal Hospital Chelsea estate in London, the programme seeks to expand in reach to other UK regions where there is a sizeable veteran population who might benefit from engagement with our team of Chelsea Pensioners, staff and volunteers. There are also plans to develop a digital offer.
The Veterans’ Outreach Officer will support the Head of Veterans’ Outreach in developing and managing the programme of activities encouraging engagement and social interaction between Chelsea Pensioners and other service veterans thereby helping to alleviate the social isolation and loneliness felt by many older veterans. Responsibilities will include promoting the programme within veterans' networks and finding innovative ways to connect with veterans; the management of themed events both at the Royal Hospital Chelsea and further afield as we seek to expand nationwide. About the Team:
ITF ACCREDITED REPRESENTATIVE TO THE IMO is co-ordinating a Team for leading strategic thinking around changes in the IMO Regulatory Framework with the goal of providing seafarers with a safe and balanced working environment, future skills to adapt to the changing industry and specific maritime and seafarer related issues that relate to health and safety to ensure that influencing the global policies it
About the Role:
This role is pivotal in helping enhance the ITF’s position as the global voice of seafarers and their representative Unions, the position will work closely with the Seafarers Section Co-ordinator and with other ITF Industrial Sections to advance the human centred direction toward the changes in the maritime industry.
The responsibility for the role includes the attendance at all IMO sessions, travel and attendance to maritime events within or outside the UK.
You will be asked to produce policy papers, and be able to offer strategic thinking on how to lobby and attract consensus from the IMO Members on issues that the ITF wishes to support.
The long-term objectives to support seafarers and affiliates with measures and regulations that protect their health and safety, to enhance the profile of seafaring profession.
You must be a skilled strategic thinker to ensure that the ITF is ahead of the potential changes at the IMO.
The role is responsible for a small team of colleagues that will assist the position to advance and co-ordinate the larger team of ITF Affiliated Union Officials, that will support with expert technical advice to the sessions of the IMO Sub Groups.
What We're Looking for:
· Experience of trade unions, or similar organisations.
· Sound understanding of shipping and maritime regulations and legal terminology.
· A strong communicator, with tact and diplomacy.
· Excellent written and spoken English.

· Legal maritime knowledge.

The Role
This is a rare opportunity to be at the front line of human rights research and advocacy, working for a specialist organisation with a long track record in promoting the right to freedom of religion or belief (FoRB).
You will undertake research, investigations, monitoring, report-writing and advocacy on freedom of religion and human rights in Myanmar/Burma and Indonesia.
Key responsibilities (full responsibilities listed in the application pack):
- To plan, organise and undertake research, monitoring and reporting on freedom of religion or belief and related human rights issues in Myanmar/Burma and Indonesia , through regular fact-finding assignments, when and where security conditions allow, meetings with key stakeholders and the development of reliable in-country and external partnerships and collaboration.
- To produce materials, including briefings, reports, documenting and analysing the situation of freedom of religion or belief and human rights in the agreed countries, as well as advocacy recommendations.
- To develop and implement, with oversight from the Asia Team Leader and in close consultation with other key members of staff , an effective and innovative advocacy strategy for the agreed countries, taking into account the regional perspective.
- To undertake advocacy with a focus at local (when possible) and regional levels, including ASEAN, and, in consultation with the Asia Team Leader, work with CSW’s Public Affairs Team to inform advocacy initiatives in the UK, EU, US and with other governments, the United Nations and other forums.
- To organise, as appropriate, advocacy visits for delegations from or in relation to the agreed countries.

The Person
A committed Christian with a university degree and a strong commitment to human rights and justice, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to take the initiative and to work well under pressure.
Essential criteria (full criteria listed in the application pack):
· Knowledge and experience of the East Asia region.
· In-depth knowledge and experience of issues relating to freedom of religion or belief in Myanmar/Burma and Indonesia
· Proven research skills, and good understanding of basic methodologies for human rights research.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
· If based in the UK you must have the right to reside and work in the United Kingdom
