About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and strong Administrator, preferably with HR recruitment and administrative experience; to support our newly formed people-oriented team. This is a key role within Women and Girls Network (WGN) and requires someone with sound experience of working within a multidisciplinary team within the charity sector. You must have a keen interest in the HR field and keen to progress on this career path.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop and shape the future of WGN’s Human Resources function work and focus so it remains aligned with our principles and approach in an ever-evolving landscape. To make an impact on the candidate experience as well as other stakeholders.

This role is offered on a part-time basis (28 hours / 4 days per week) and will involve working from WGN’s Vauxhall office for a minimum of two days per week. Depending on service and organisational requirements, there may also be a need to work at one of our community-based offices in West London or additional days at the Vauxhall office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Challenge Events Team at Dementia UK, where you will help coordinate the day-to-day activities of the team, providing crucial administrative support and helping to deliver excellent supporter experiences.

As the Challenge Events Assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for challenge event supporters, responding to enquiries within agreed timeframes and ensuring an excellent stewardship through various means of communication outlets to motivate, recognise and reward supports to encourage their long-term support.

About the role

As Retail Systems & Operations Executive, you will be the operational lead for our retail technology systems (including our EPOS system), overseeing supplier relationships, supporting store teams, and ensuring systems run efficiently across the shop network. You will also provide key support on operational processes, training, compliance, and technology-related projects as we continue to modernise our retail offer. Your role will ensure that our systems and processes empower shop teams and deliver excellent value for the charity.

• Oversee and administer the Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) and retail systems across all shops.
• Manage relationships with key technology providers, ensuring service levels are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
• Lead retail system elements of shop openings, closures, refits, and maintenance projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback and deliver improvements to systems and processes.
• Provide training and create guidance resources to support system users across the retail network.
• Ensure compliance with data protection, safeguarding, and organisational technology standards.
• Monitor system performance and budget, and contribute to annual technology planning and business cases.
• Support technology change projects and ensure effective implementation across the retail estate.
• Lead day-to-day improvements in retail operations and support the central operations team.
• Manage the Retail Support Line and inbox, ensuring timely responses and quality service.
• Visit shops regularly to gather feedback, assess systems performance, and build strong relationships.

Role purpose

Considerations:

• The Fundraising Team is small, working closely with other teams including Marketing, Enterprises and Curriculum, so flexibility in approach is a must.
• Some periods will be busier than others, for example events seasons, student performance times, so prioritisation and flexibility will be needed.

We're looking for someone to help manage Crimestoppers in the Avon and Somerset area.

Contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2026

Location: Home-based (with regional travel across Avon & Somerset)

Hours: 15 hours per week (0.4 FTE, flexible, including some unsociable hours)

Salary: £15,531 per annum (£38,828 FTE)

Crimestoppers is seeking a Regional Manager to act as our representative across the region. This key role will:

• Lead the creation and delivery of impactful crime prevention campaigns with law enforcement and community partners.

• Coordinate cross-border and national initiatives in support of ROCUs, the NCA, and other agencies.

• Drive funding opportunities to support our work, from campaigns to outreach.

• Empower volunteer committees to thrive and achieve their full potential.

• Act as a spokesperson for Crimestoppers with local and regional media.

We are looking for someone with strong project management and budget management experience, confident in working under pressure, building strategic relationships, and occasionally working unsociable hours. Experience with the voluntary sector, media campaigns, or policing practice would be an advantage.

At Demelza we support children with serious or life-limiting conditions and their families, providing them with care and support, from first diagnosis and for as long as we are needed. To help support even more children and families, we’re looking for a passionate Area Fundraising Manager to join our team.

This is a full time role and requires weekend and evening working with the ability to travel independently.

We are looking for a high-calibre candidate who will enjoy working each day with young people and who will thrive in a frontline, community-based, fast-paced and rewarding role. You will be taking up a permanent role as Centre Leader at one of our IntoUniversity centres in London. You will have responsibility for running your IntoUniversity centre, including managing your team, planning and delivering the programme, liaising with external stakeholders and meeting  IntoUniversity’s targets for delivery.

A substantial element of this role is delivering our education programme to children and young people aged 7-18, so you will need to have a genuine passion and enthusiasm for working with young people, including leading a class of 30 from the front, working with small teams of children and providing one-to-one support.

Centre Leaders are based at one of our IntoUniversity learning centres and work directly with young people, schools and families on a daily basis. It is therefore not a hybrid role and is based full-time in our centres

Location

We currently have positions at our Bow and East Ham centres.

The role requires intermittent travel in your region (usually within the day). Periodic travel out of the area is also required e.g. to London, this may include occasional overnight stays.

£39,100 (inclusive of £2,700 London contribution)

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

 To provide excellent support to the Head of Operations and CEO having full regard to the charity’s objectives and priorities at all times, meeting or exceeding the Charities legal, ethical and moral standards. Lead by example by showing the ability to communicate interpersonal skills, problem solve, decision making and time management.  To ensure that you work effectively in terms of daily operations. To build a rapport with our clients in a warm and friendly manner and have empathy with our clients’ needs.  To quickly identify any problems and ensure each conversation is handled in a compassionate manner. 

A good telephone manner is essential, together with excellent literacy, verbal analytical and IT skills, coupled with the ability to work to tight deadlines, often under pressure. To be able to show initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude at all times. You will need to have proven experience with creating video content, along with excellent knowledge of using social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram

This is a sensitive role which requires an individual with the ability to handle confidential information and correspondence.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

i. Carrying out market research, analysing forecasts and performing competitive analysis.

ii. Preparing marketing trend reports.

iii. Supporting the development and execution of The Trust’s marketing and branding strategies.

iv. Actively taking part in marketing campaigns, organising meetings and conferences.

v. Developing original copy for social media platforms, websites and printed advertising materials.

vi. Monitoring marketing industry news and submitting reports on emerging trends to management.

vii. Inform other teams about latest campaign objectives and help deliver content that meets The Trust’s specifications and effectively distribute key information.

viii. Assist with the planning and execution of marketing, branding and advertising strategies.

ix. Have the creativity to develop effective strategies and campaigns.

x. Have excellent communication skills to convey the innovative ideas of The Trust and gauge the need of the audience.

xi. To work closely with the management team to ensure that all the charities goals are met and complete tasks as directed by senior management.

xii. Attend regular meetings with the Head of operations and other members of staff.

xiii. Reporting and analysis of data.

xiv. To consider training needs as and when required to help develop this role.

xv. Throughout the course of your work ensure you record your responses accordingly.

xvi. Throughout the course of your work, to identify when on the phone, possible good stories to enable us to approach and persuade all individuals involved to submit an article for the newsletter or social media platform. This will include the upkeep of the charities media/photo library.

xvii. To have flexibility to work additional hours for holiday and sickness cover when directed. This will include IT support and support within the operational department when necessary

xviii. At all times to ensure and maintain a compassionate, professional and efficient public image for The Trust.

xix. Maintain operational standards that meet The Trust’s expectations to always protect the good name by ensuring the highest level of professionalism at all times.
