Role Overview: 

Reporting to the Community and Social Value Manager and joining the Community and Social Value Team, the postholder will work internally to support Enable services’ community work and externally to develop relationships and build capacity.

Internally, you will be working alongside Heads of Service and managers to support and expand the community work and social impact in services. This includes developing new projects, supporting volunteering, and leading on demonstrating Enable’s social impact in the 
community. Externally, you will develop relationships and partnerships with a wide range of voluntary and community organisations, corporate business and statutory organisations helping to link to Enable’s services and build capacity in the community.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:  

• Supporting Enable Services – working directly with each service to add capacity and expertise to develop and improve Enable’s community impact.   
• Social Value and Impact Measurements – leading the improvement of our social value and impact measurement work, in particular how our services measure impact, using different data collection techniques and developing regular case studies. 
• Developing data capturing techniques to regularly record data and track the organisations social value impact. 
• Volunteering – leading Enable’s volunteering offer including Enable’s staff volunteering programme, Community Enablers. In addition to increase volunteering opportunities across each service including the creation of volunteer roles and being a key resource for centralised support for recruitment, training and volunteer reward and recognition. 
• Community Engagement – developing relationships with local voluntary community sector organisations and understanding local need, challenges and inequalities. 
• Capacity Building – support the development and delivery of Enable’s capacity building support to small charities and voluntary organisations, including advice, funding support, monitoring and working closely with the local voluntary sector partnership. 
• Innovation and research – develop new ideas and initiatives to improve Enable’s impact and ability to connect communities.
• Support Enable’s strategy and ambitions to grow by highlighting our impact, providing case studies, supporting funding applications and tenders.
• Lead the writing and production of the annual Impact Report. 
• Champion community and social value work within the organisation 
• Represent Enable at conferences and events and confidently presenting Enable’s work. 
• Any other relevant duties as described by the Community and Social Value Manager 

Skills and Experience:  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience networking and forming meaningful working relationships, with the ability to motivate and engage staff and relevant stakeholders

About the role:

This is a rare opportunity to take a clinical role out of a traditional setting and into the heart of Camden’s rough sleeping response. As Clinical Psychologist within our Rough Sleeping Outreach and Hub Service, you will work alongside people who are often navigating mental health challenges alongside homelessness, substance use and other experiences that can make engaging with support feel difficult or unsafe. Your role will be to help bridge that gap, bringing thoughtful, psychologically informed support directly to where it’s needed most.

You’ll combine direct clinical work with a strong focus on influence and impact. This means completing assessments and formulations, supporting access to appropriate mental health pathways, and holding a small caseload for more structured therapeutic work at the hub. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in strengthening how the wider service understands and responds to trauma and mental health, creating space for reflection, shared thinking and more effective ways of supporting clients to move away from the streets and towards safety and longer term stability.

Working closely with outreach teams, hub staff and external partners, you’ll help shape a more joined up and human approach to support. You’ll also line manage and develop an Assistant Psychologist, contributing to both their growth and the wider offer to clients. This is a role where your expertise won’t sit in isolation - it will influence practice, shape culture and ultimately help more people access the support they deserve.

About you:

• You’re a qualified Clinical Psychologist (HCPC registered) with experience supporting adults facing multiple disadvantage, including homelessness, mental health and substance use
• You build trust in a way that feels genuine and consistent, especially with people who may have had difficult experiences of services
• You’re confident in assessment and formulation, and use this to guide meaningful, person centred support and decision making
• You have experience working alongside other services and professionals, and know how to navigate systems to get the right support in place
• You’re comfortable influencing practice beyond your own caseload, whether through reflective practice, consultation, training or informal day to day support to teams
• You bring curiosity, sound judgement and a calm, thoughtful approach, even in complex or high pressure situations

What the job involves

Our Events and Community Fundraising team raises vital funds for Prostate Cancer UK through a wide range of activities, events and challenge events. As Community Fundraising Executive, you’ll be a key member of our sector-leading team, raising over £5 million each year from individuals organising their own fundraising events and local-level corporate partnerships.

You’ll build strong, meaningful relationships with mid and high-value supporters, providing tailored stewardship that motivates, inspires and maximises their long-term fundraising impact. Working closely with the Community Fundraising Manager and wider team, you’ll identify emerging opportunities, spot potential high-value fundraisers and help shape the growth of our community fundraising programme. How and where we work

This role is a key part of the team at Peer Power Youth. About You

Do you have a proven track record of operationally managing the end-to-end delivery of education and training programmes from conception to execution and evaluation? If so, we’d love to hear from you?

You must be a motivated and proactive individual who is able to work with a range of stakeholders to deliver our organisation's PLD portfolio and growth initiatives. The role requires an individual with the drive to create, deliver and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of programmes that support the continuous professional development of healthcare professionals working in sexual and reproductive healthcare.

This post is part of a job share arrangement. You will work closely with the other Education Development Officer to ensure continuity, handover and shared ownership of the PLD portfolio. This will require strong communication, collaboration and planning to ensure seamless delivery across the week.

The Role

As the Education Development Officer (EDO), you’ll work closely with CoSRH staff, clinical subject matter experts, organisational partners and suppliers to help develop, design, build and maintain the delivery of high-quality education and training programmes and resources. Working as part of a small, dynamic team you will enjoy the pace of a varied portfolio of activities as well as offering excellent member and learner services.

You’ll….

• Work with a range of stakeholders to develop and maintain innovative learning programmes that include quality, relevant content that enhance CoSRH visibility and stakeholder engagement.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with a variety of suppliers including internal service suppliers (such as members support, marketing, business development, finance) as well as clinical and educational subject matter experts.
• Support the best user experiences for learners, candidates and trainers. This will include dealing with enquiries, the processing of application and member support tickets.
• Work with digital learning technologies, including database, learning management systems, mentoring platforms.
• Use data and other information to measure and report on performance to determine educational impact, stakeholder satisfaction and return on investment.

You will have:

• A degree level qualification or equivalent experience. 
• Experience within a busy professional learning and development function for a minimum of 3 years.
• A strong operational management approach with the ability to coordinate multiple complex programmes simultaneously.
• Experience in developing learning that is delivered in-person and through a variety of digital systems.
• The ability to work independently in a pressurised environment to successfully manage a busy workload as well as being a proactive, considerate team member.
• The ability to assimilate information effectively and to offer creativity and problem solving to mitigate risks and issues.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with a range of stakeholders with the ability to confidently report on their portfolio.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills, in particular knowledge of Office 365

About You

Under the direction of the a newly appointed Head of Income Generation and Engagement, you will create, deliver and evaluate a long-term Individual Giving strategy.

This role is focused on building a long-term, sustainable individual giving programme that allows the charity to connect with new supporters, deepen relationships with existing ones, and grow their impact.
Build a diverse and sustainable individual giving portfolio suited to the brand, stakeholders, resources and growth aspirations.
