Leading the frontline team, the postholder will need to demonstrate a person-centred approach to ensure the provision of an excellent aftercare service for women who have experienced trafficking and/or sexual exploitation. As part of the management team, the postholder will contribute towards the development of Ella’s services.

You will be a skilled communicator, capable of developing strong partnerships and working effectively with other community organisations and agencies across London. Job description and person specification

Service delivery

• Lead the day-to-day management of Ella’s safe houses, and outreach services

• Ensure all caseworkers provide high-quality, holistic support tailored to each woman’s needs

• Ensure casework systems are used consistently and effectively across the team

• Oversee accurate and timely completion of risk assessments, support plans, and case notes

• Provide emotional support and hands-on casework guidance where needed

• Coordinate referrals and ensure women are welcomed into the service with care and dignity

• Lead regular reviews of support plans to ensure women are progressing through recovery stages

• Ensure a smooth and responsive referral process into Ella’s services

• Ensure all data is kept up to date for monitoring, evaluation, safeguarding, and reporting purposes

• Contribute service data to support funding applications and impact reporting

• Provide regular service updates to the Head of Services and contribute to strategic conversations

Volunteer coordination

• Induct, train and oversee social work students and/or interns placed within the home

• Ensure relevant policies and procedures are upheld by self, all volunteers and visitors who come into contact with survivors

• Adhere to and ensure all students and interns have a good knowledge of Ella’s casework management forms and recording systems and oversee the consistent use of these

Safeguarding & health and safety

• Act as Safeguarding Lead for frontline services

• Manage all safeguarding concerns in line with Ella’s policies and procedures

• Work with the Head of Services and Safeguarding Trustee to strengthen safeguarding culture and processes

• Promote a safe working environment for staff and service users, including regular risk assessments

• Ensure all frontline staff are trained and confident in safeguarding procedures

• Respond calmly and professionally to emergency situations

• Protect the confidentiality and security of all Ella’s locations

• Ensure robust procedures are in place for health and safety across safe houses

Team management

• Provide line management, supervision, and ongoing support to accommodation and outreach caseworkers.

• Lead recruitment, induction, and training for frontline staff and interns.

• Manage the internship programme, including allocation, supervision, and development.

• Coordinate regular team meetings and reflective practice sessions.

• Support wellbeing of all frontline staff in partnership with Ella’s HR Officer.

• Oversee team and managers rotas and ensure staffing for on-call cover.

• Contribute to the recruitment and retention of a strong volunteer and intern team.

• Monitor and review demanding caseloads to support effective casework and prevent burnout.

Service development and partnerships

• Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in service delivery.

• Implement structural changes to improve quality and efficiency of support.

• Build and maintain local partnerships within the VAWG and anti-trafficking sectors.

• Represent Ella’s at operational-level partnership and multi-agency meetings.

• Contribute to the development of service-related policies, ensuring input from staff and survivors.

Role description and core responsibilities 

The Office and IT Assistant plays a key role in the Foundation supporting a busy office, as well as providing hands on support to IT function.

This role goes beyond simply checking off tasks - It is about being confident, approachable, and unafraid to speak up when needed (yes, even with a lighthearted “Hey! Who left their mug in the sink?”).

Office Administration

· Act as first point of contact for general operational enquiries

· Manage post, deliveries and couriers for the Foundation

· Ensure that the office facilities are maintained to the highest of standards and any issues identified are escalated promptly and resolved

· Responsible for ensuring office supplies are maintained and ordered as required

· Responsible for reporting and following up with all office faults/issues to the Facilities Management Helpdesk

· Support office health and safety, including undertaking first aid and fire warden training

· Support Director of Finance and Operations and the Finance team with occasional ad hoc administration tasks as required

· Other general administrative support as required

IT Support

· Liaise with outsourced IT Support for devices setup for new and existing users

· Manage mobile phones for the Foundation

· Support the Business and Governance Manager with any other IT management as required

The Organisation

The Role

As a Treescape Curator, you will help conserve and enhance all of the Royal Parks through resilient, biodiverse and beautifully curated tree landscapes.

Specifically, you will focus on opportunities for new planting, strategic pruning and thinning, and long-term tree management, playing a key role in the selection and introduction of suitable species and cultivars for future generations. This role differs from existing tree officer roles at The Royal Parks in that it does not have a focus on risk, or health and safety.

You’ll manage tree planting programmes with an emphasis on curated and climate resilient selections, help manage design-led planting schemes, identify areas for aesthetic and formative pruning, and guide teams on high planting standards.

Additionally, you will:

• Build strong relationships across internal teams and external experts

• Contribute to park management plans aligned with the overall tree strategy
• Manage work to enhance views, vistas, and support landscape improvements

About You

To be considered as a Treescape Curator, you will need:

• Experience working at management level in curated landscape settings with an emphasis on the aesthetic integration of trees
• Demonstrable experience working in public-facing spaces, with sensitivity around tree removal, pruning, and relocation
• Experience leading change and achieving outcomes across multi-site teams or functions
• Broad knowledge of native and non-native tree species and cultivars
• A strong understanding of best practice tree care balanced with landscape and visitor experience needs
• Engagement with the wider arboricultural and horticultural industry to keep pace with resilient species understanding and pest/disease insights

Khulisa, meaning 'nurture' in the Zulu language of South Africa, is an award-winning charity dedicated to providing therapeutic support to young people. We focus on reaching those who are most at risk – young people from deprived communities who are often marginalized, vulnerable to exclusion, and at heightened risk of becoming involved in crime. Our approach centres on safe, exploratory methods that aim to understand behaviour and experiences often rooted in trauma, abuse, and neglect. We deliver intensive therapeutic programs within educational and community settings, empowering young people to confront the underlying causes of their emotional distress and work toward healing. To create lasting, sustainable change, we work to establish trauma-informed environments around young people by equipping parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals with the tools they need to offer effective, supportive care. Currently, our services are active in London and Manchester.As the post holder you will be responsible for delivering our front-line work to young people, parents and other adults (professionals). You will work in schools and in community settings across the North West of England to generate impact for young people using Khulisa’s trauma-informed approach. This role requires an enhanced DBS check.

The post holder will be required to work from home permanently but be willing and able to easily travel regularly to various locations in in the North West of England as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role, to deliver aspects of the programme, and to engage with other stakeholders and colleagues.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Programme Delivery:

· Facilitate the delivery of sessions in our flagship Face It programme and modular workshops to young people, our Nurturing Connections programme for parents and carers, and our trauma training for professionals.

· Facilitate delivery to a high standard in all settings (schools, youth services, and community spaces), ensuring that you are always taking a trauma informed approach.

· Facilitate various youth participation workshops, co-delivering with young people as much as practicable.

· Respond to any questions, disclosures or safeguarding concerns raised during sessions and follow up where necessary with the relevant safeguarding teams or, where consent is secured, make onward referrals for additional support in specific cases.

· Contribute to the continuous development of all aspects of the programmes, sharing new ideas and using best practice.

· Maintain accurate records of programme activities, including record of input, output, and impact as well as demographics data, and support relevant colleagues in ensuring effective monitoring and periodic evaluation and reporting of impact generated.

· Manage relevant budgets and ensure a value for money approach to all expenditure, making sure to keep within budget.

Programme Coordination:

· Take direct responsibility for logistics of individual programme delivery or activity, including scheduling, resourcing, staffing, and liaising with schools and other partners to ensure effective delivery.

· Work with colleagues in Impact and Evidence team to provide programme data as required to effectively demonstrate impact generated through your delivery.

· Where possible during delivery, generate multi-media content for the use of colleagues in communications to use in updating the Khulisa website and for social media.

Stakeholder Management:

· Support the Programme Lead in the building and maintenance of strong relationships with delivery partners - schools, community organisations, and other important stakeholders.

· Contribute to any work to use learning from delivery activities to redesign existing programmes and/or develop new pieces of work as required.

· If required, represent Khulisa at events, meetings, and conferences as required etc.

· Support the onboarding and training of Associate Facilitators and volunteers as necessary.

· When required, support the onboarding and training of other permanent programme staff.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

· Objectively review the successes and achievements of each delivery session facilitated against programme or activity objectives, identifying and implementing opportunities for making ongoing improvements.

· Depending on experience and qualifications, to be receptive to any other duties as required by the line manager and in line with the needs of Khulisa.

· To develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and other professionals, and to participate in team meetings.

· To participate in personal supervision in accordance with Khulisa’s supervision and performance appraisal policy and attend agreed training as relevant.

· At all times to carry out the responsibilities of the post in a manner consistent with promoting equalities and diversity and demonstrate respect for colleagues and Khulisa’s aims and values.

· To maintain an awareness of own and others’ health and safety and comply with Khulisa’s Health and Safety policies and procedures.

This is a critical role that will develop and grow a high-performing Legacy Giving programme at The Hospice of St Francis.

• Fundraising Success: At least five years’ experience of delivering a Legacy Giving programme with success in driving acquisition and relationship management

• Systems and processes: using client relationship management systems, tracking KPIs and managing projects

We're looking for a Senior Support coach to join our team which focus on supporting residents with OPD (Offender Personality Disorder) and related cognitive or behavioural challenges, many of whom have experienced institutional care or social exclusion. You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the service, acting as a mentor and lead for the team, providing advice and guidance, as well as providing specialist expertise to the team and residents. 

You will further deliver one-to-one support with residents directly, developing personalised support plans, risk assessments, facilitating life skills sessions, and help individuals access services, resources, and opportunities within the community. • Delivering effective 1:1 and group-based support for residents/participants in line with support plans
• Providing specialist advice and guidance to the team and residents

You must hold a clean Category D1 driving licence and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of driving. The ability to maintain accurate vehicle and user records is essential as is the ability to undertake daily and weekly vehicle checks and carry out simple maintenance tasks. Desirable skills and experience include: MiDAS (Minibus Driving Awareness Scheme) training, working with people with disabilities, and a current First Aid qualification but full training can be given. A knowledge of the Reading and Basingstoke area would also be beneficial.

Mornings: Tuesday (8.15 am -10.15am)

Afternoons: Tuesday (2.45pm – 4.45pm)

The Welfare Benefits Caseworker is responsible for delivering a comprehensive Welfare Benefits Advisory Service to individuals and families in need. The caseworker will provide support and guidance to clients in understanding and accessing welfare benefits, ensuring they receive the appropriate financial assistance and support, including support with welfare benefits mandatory considerations, and appeals. • Provide welfare benefits advice in person and via digital channels
• Provide outreach advice in Torus Foundation, Citizens Advice buildings and home visits
