This role is essential in our drive for evidencing the impact of the work we do. You will lead and manage a large-scale, multi-organisation piece of research aiming to highlight the impact of our programmes. You will play a key role in ensuring the main research project and any supplementary research projects are delivered efficiently and ethically. You will use data and evidence to inform practice and work closely with the Programme Specialist for Pilots and the wider Quality and Impact Team as required.  Additionally, you will project manage additional cross-organisational projects as required in support of our growing charity. 

This is role is a fixed-term contract for 18 months. 

Travel throughout the UK may be required.   

You will report to the Head of Quality and Impact. 

Key Responsibilities 

· You will be accountable for the oversight of the main research and any supplementary research projects from initiation to completion.

· You will collaborate with the Programme Specialist for Pilots and the Associate Director of Business Development to ensure delivery of the research and ensure alignment and fidelity to the research plan.

· You will work with the Head of Quality and Impact and Finance Team to ensure that the project/s meet agreed objectives, timelines and budgets. 

· You will support the development of project documentation. 

· You will deliver reports and presentations as required both internally and externally from DFN Project SEARCH to share information regarding the research project. 

· You will be accountable for collecting, analysing and reporting on data that is relevant to the organisation.

About the role 

We are looking for a compassionate and proactive Group and Family Support Facilitator to lead our therapeutic group sessions and support families. 

You will: 

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of group sessions for children with SEND 

• Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment 

• Support families with emotional and practical guidance 

• Liaise closely with therapists and specialist workers 

• Build relationships with families, ensuring a holistic support approach 

• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the ongoing development of services 

This is a dynamic role requiring a strong balance of leadership, child-focused practice, and family advocacy. 

Skills and Experience Required: 

We are looking for someone with a Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education, Social Care, or Health, with experience supporting children with SEND and their families. You will have strong communication, organisational, and IT skills (including Office 365 and MS Teams), and be confident leading a team in a multi-disciplinary setting. A solid understanding of child development and safeguarding is essential, along with the flexibility to work across multiple sites. Ideally, you will also have experience in outreach or family support work, knowledge of local services, training in Paediatric First Aid or Health & Safety, and familiarity with communication tools like Makaton. Experience supporting siblings of children with SEND is also desirable.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a fantastic chance to join the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust, working within the Delivery Team team as our new Network Development Manager.

As the Network Development Manager, you will be required to oversee the planning, delivery, and evaluation of active travel infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance standards. The role combines technical expertise, project leadership, community engagement, and strategic planning to enhance the National Cycle Network (NCN) and related infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful, sustainable outcomes.

Some duties will include:

• Lead on the management of active travel infrastructure design and construction projects from concept through to construction /implementation and evaluation.
• Plan, organise and attend community engagement activities to ensure collaborative approach to projects.
• Day to day management of inter-disciplinary project teams.
• Share knowledge, expertise and evidence through written reports and presentations to update and influence key external stakeholders (e,g. land owners and local authorities) and volunteers.
• Contribute to planning the future network and developing a vision and clarity of what the NCN is seeking to achieve in their area.
• Quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting to demonstrate project progress and impact.

This role involves regular travel, with work taking place at different locations to support and deliver projects for the Walk Wheel Cycle Trust.

ABOUT YOU

We ask that you have experience in the following areas:

• A practical working knowledge of principles and standard practices within active travel infrastructure including an awareness of spatial planning and transport planning.
• Using recognised technical expertise to produce project outputs (for technical roles).
• Knowledge of local and regional transport planning authorities and their processes and priorities.
• Knowledge of active travel network design and best practise.
• Working knowledge of health and safety legislation and practice including construction regulations.
• Experience of managing projects and understanding of how to follow the project management delivery frameworks
• Experience of contributing to business development through opportunity generation, bid writing, budget preparation.

We are looking for a GM RASSO Pathfinder Worker to join the team at MASH and provide support to women.

The Pathfinder Partnership was established between specialist VCSE and NHS organisations to support survivors of sexual violence and abuse, who have additional and complex mental health needs that are impacting on their ability to address their sexual trauma. 

The partnership offers consultation, assessment, case management and therapeutic interventions to individuals referred in via the partner organisations. The team is made up of pathfinder workers, Highly Specialist Psychotherapists and has a small psychiatry provision. 

We are looking for a Pathfinder Worker to work within MASH with the aim of supporting women identified as potentially benefitting from a Pathfinder intervention to overcome obstacles in addressing their mental health needs and facilitating them to access the most appropriate mental health support or therapy.

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for dedicated School Mental Health Practitioners to join the Harris Federation’s central mental health team and make a meaningful impact in secondary schools across London.

You will be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team led by our Lead Mental Health Practitioner, receiving regular clinical supervision and ongoing professional development and helping to shape the future of mental health support in education.

In this full-time role, you will deliver evidence-based, low-intensity mental health interventions to students aged 11–18 across up to three Harris secondary academies. You will work directly with students through 1:1 sessions, group work and whole-school wellbeing initiatives, helping to shape a culture of mental health awareness and support.

You will be based in schools for four days per week, primarily in South, South East and South West London, and occasionally in North London. Travel between schools is required.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing tailored 1:1 mental health and wellbeing support to students and their families
• Facilitating small group interventions and psychoeducational sessions
• Running drop-in sessions during break and lunch times for students experiencing mild to moderate distress
• Collaborating with school staff to promote mental health awareness and training
• Contributing to school-wide risk assessments and wellbeing strategies
• Maintaining accurate records and report on outcomes using national standards
• Sharing best practices and innovations across our network of schools

About this key role

Our successful candidate will lead the day-to-day service delivery across hospital and health-based settings to meet contract requirements and organisational values, while also delivering and supporting trauma-informed, co-produced, and developmentally appropriate interventions for children and young adults following incidents of violence, exploitation, or acute crisis.

About the Role

In this role you will form a vital part of our High Value Partnerships team; achieving or exceeding agreed income targets through tailored and compelling fundraising proposals to existing and new funders; and matching donor interests with Help for Heroes’ programmes.

Our partner, an established UK charity with a focus on fighting poverty by transforming access to health care services in lower- and middle-income countries in Africa seeks a highly dynamic individual for a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of an extension. The position is part of the management team, and the post holder will be expected to lead on the financial accounting, management accounting, and budgeting for the organisation as well as taking forward some strategic finance and operations projects as we expand our programmes in existing countries. The individual will also be expected to support the Co-CEOs with administrative, compliance and IT related tasks.

Finance
•Maintain a strong control environment, ensuring accounting records are complete and accurate.
Financial accounting
•Prepare annual statutory accounts in accordance with SORP 2015.
•Prepare for the annual external audit and host auditors ensuring the audit process runs smoothly. This includes supporting Vision Action’s country offices in hosting their respective audits.
•Ensure annual statutory accounts are finalised and submitted to Companies House and the Charity Commission by the appropriate deadlines.

Management accounting
•Coordinate the month-end process with the Finance Officer (UK) and Programme Finance Lead, and review transaction postings.
•Prepare monthly management accounts with cash flow forecasts, modifying the format as needed to suit the preferences of senior management and the Board of Trustees.
•Prepare the annual organisational budget and mid-year reforecast.
•Improve existing budget templates to enable straightforward and transparent budgeting for donors.
Support to country offices
•Collaborate with the Programme Finance Lead on a monthly basis to reconcile intercompany accounts, ensuring that reconciling items are cleared promptly.
•Support country office teams in fulfilling any reporting and financial compliance requirements.
•Conduct internal process reviews (internal audits) of country offices where required.
•Review the bi-weekly payment runs for the UK office and the monthly country office fund requests, ensuring cash flow planning is in place for these payments.
•Ensure asset registers are maintained appropriately.

Administration
•Support staff in conducting procurement in line with our procurement policy.
•Assist with preparation for quarterly Board meetings.
•Support office management tasks.

Other
Review and develop existing policies and procedures (e.g. the Finance Manual).

• Building effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partner contacts, the Partnerships team, Health Information team, our team of nurses, and people with lived experience

• Creating, developing or reviewing CAW products (including webinars and talks), with support from the Programme Development and Operations Manager

• Sharing responsibility with the rest of the CAW team in maintaining and refining appropriate logs and tracking documents

• Responsible for reviewing and managing cancer awareness stand kits

• Supporting with evaluation of the wider CAW programme.
