We’re looking for an Evaluation Coordinator to play a key role in delivering our first large-scale Randomised Control Trial (RCT) with the Education Endowment Foundation and the University of Warwick. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education evaluation, policy and charity delivery.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate partner colleges and manage trial contracts, invoicing, and onboarding

• Support student data collection, survey administration and attendance tracking

• Liaise with evaluators, internal teams and stakeholders to keep the project on track

• Manage reporting milestones and final data collection in 2026

• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce (training provided)

We are working in partnership with Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust to deliver the Bromley Mental Health Hub. This forms part of the transformation of mental health services in the London borough of Bromley under the NHS Long Term Plan. The service brings together the expertise of local primary, secondary and voluntary sector mental health care providers with the aim of providing flexible, holistic and integrated services for adults with mental health problems.

The integrated team provides brief intervention support to people with mental health problems within a primary care and community mental health setting, helping people develop their independence, self-management skills and achieve their recovery goals.

We have an exciting maternity cover opportunity for a full time Senior Peer Support Coordinator to lead on the development and delivery of mental health peer support in the Bromley Mental Health Hub. You will lead the team, which includes peer support staff and volunteers, and take responsibility for design, coordination and day-to-day delivery of recovery orientated peer support to people with mental health problems on a group and one to one basis.

The Criminal Justice Services Manager will manage and develop all aspects of Birth Companions’ criminal justice-based services and line-manage the criminal justice services Coordinators, (currently three staff members but this likely to increase as we expand our services).

They will develop and maintain strategic partnerships with other relevant agencies and ensure the successful delivery of services through internal monitoring and evaluation, external evaluation and the charity’s governance structures.

The Criminal Justice Services Manager will be responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of new prison and wider criminal justice system-based services through stakeholder engagement and service design where opportunities are identified.

The Criminal Justice Services Manager will also contribute to the policy, engagement and strategic work of the organisation where appropriate.

The role

Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are looking for an Evidence & Insight Analyst to support the delivery of the Crohn’s & Colitis UK Evidence and Insight programme, delivering evidence and insight across the whole range of experience of all those affected by Crohn’s and Colitis to support the strategic aims of Crohn’s & Colitis UK. 

The role

This role requires translation of quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights and stories that can be communicated effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the charity. The role also includes supporting the Evidence & Insight (E&I) team with the collation of existing evidence,  working with external agencies and partners to support the delivery of targeted E&I projects, developing networks, and horizon scanning across the sector to keep up to date on E&I programmes. The post-holder will have key involvement in supporting the communication of the  E&I team’s work across the charity by developing and coordinating a centralised resource for up-to-date reports, findings, and statistics.  The post holder will also contribute strategically to Evidence & Insight operations and documentation.

About you

We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, who has a creative approach to exploring data.Ideally you will have already had experience of working in the charity or non-profit sectors and have strong analytical and technical skills including an understanding of CRM systems, conducting statistical analysis such as regression and hypothesis testing and be proficient in data management and manipulation using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, SPSS, R or similar.  You will be adept at working collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders to support the delivery of targeted projects and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.

The Team

Part of the Philanthropy Team, comprised of individuals focused on major giving, prospect research and trusts and foundations. In addition, the role will work closely with the corporate partnerships team and community and events team. 

Key Relationships

Prospect research colleagues; Head of Philanthropy, major giving and trusts and foundations fundraisers; funding team; community and events; key stakeholders across the charities and hospital trust. 

Overall Purpose of the Role

The Prospect Research Manager will play an integral role in managing the growth and development of the prospect pipeline to enable the fundraising ambitions of Guy’s & St Thomas’ Charity.  
 

This role will make a significant contribution towards increasing our income by ensuring that the best potential supporters are identified, researched and allocated in collaboration with the high value fundraising teams.  

This role works across all areas of the team’s remit to deliver strategic insight on our highest-level prospects, using data science techniques to evaluate performance, spot trends and opportunities, including due diligence research, build prospect pipelines for priority fundraising projects, and work directly with fundraisers to manage prospect portfolios.  
 

Our fundraising department has recently entered a period of ambitious growth and will shortly be launching a significant capital campaign for our children’s hospital. We are investing in this pivotal role as we know it will be fundamental to our success in this campaign and beyond. This is a great opportunity for a prospect research professional who wishes to join an ambitious fundraising team at an incredibly exciting moment. 
 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and strategic prospect research and intelligence which meets the needs of our fundraising team.  
• Conduct fundraising market research, from larger prospect finding projects to prospect ratings work, donor profiles, networks research, competitor analysis and occasional work on cultivation event briefings.  
• Work closely with the Senior Prospect Research Manager to ensure the team’s workplan is updated regularly and work assigned is carried out to deadline, sharing any capacity issues or challenges where they arise. 
• Carry out due diligence research on prospective donors, producing thorough and objective reports which support fundraising decisions and ensure adherence to our gift acceptance procedures and are agreed with the legal team  
• Identify networks of clinicians and stakeholders to assess the opportunities for reaching new potential donors.  
• Work with the Senior Prospect Development Manager to undertake work arising from portfolio reviews to clean fundraising portfolios.  
• Build strong cross-team working relationships, meeting with fundraisers on a regular basis to discuss needs, manage expectations and gain feedback.  
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the Raiser’s Edge database which will include regular data mining activity, building complex queries and exports, and the creation of constituent records.  
• Advocate best practice in the recording and processing of prospect data on Raiser’s Edge, ensuring data is accurate, relevant and processed as per the team’s Data Protection Policy and in line with The Data Protection Act 2018/ the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018. This will include working with the data team to identify data challenges and appropriate solutions for improving prospect data quality and cleanliness.  
• Work with the Senior Prospect Research Manager to develop annual plans which best support Fundraisings priorities.  
• Network regularly with sector peers to share best practice and generate insight on the latest developments in prospect research.  
• Alongside the Senior Prospect Research Manager, oversee prospect identification for priority fundraising projects and support team members in developing projects for prospecting.  
• Proactively engage with market intelligence which supports the identification of prospects and philanthropic trends, and highlights opportunities for future fundraising growth. This would include regular assessment of insight on transformational donations made worldwide, high net worth individuals and philanthropic trends. 

Working Environment:

The post holder should expect to: 
 

• Work in a hybrid hot desk environment, generally working 2 days a week in the London office and three from home.  
• Be responsible for the input and maintenance of databases and files relevant to the post requirements.  
• Will occasionally be required to attend events in the evening and at weekends.

Operational Manager - IPS Grow

This is an exciting time to join the team! As of Spring 2026, the organisation will be delivering Fidelity Assessments and supporting IPS services with their SMART action plans as part of the DWP’s Connect to Work programme.

We are recruiting a Manager to lead a remote team of IPS Grow Fidelity Reviewers working across England and Wales. The focus of the role is to support and develop Reviewers to have impact by delivering high quality Fidelity Reviews and communities of practice, driving quality of IPS provision and performance of delivery partners across England and Wales.

Skills, experience and qualifications we are looking for include:

As Senior Grants Manager, Environment and Communities, you will identify, assess, and manage grants that contribute to these evolving areas of interest. 

A particular focus of the role will be developing strategic grants and partnerships that contribute to Environmental Sustainability.  This is a developing area of interest, supporting activity that restores the natural environment and enabling practices such as nature friendly farming and community growing.  Current grantees include the Sustainable Food Trust, the Wildlife Trust, and local farmer clusters.  

The Foundation has recently launched a ‘Green Fund’ pilot, supporting Buckinghamshire grantees to deliver progress in environmental sustainability.  The role will lead on the delivery of this programme.

As well as developing relationships with external stakeholders you will also closely collaborate with colleagues, making connections between grants and activities at Waddesdon Manor.  In particular, working closely with the Rothschild Foundation’s Sustainability and Conservation Department and the Education & Learning Department.

The role will also support the development and assessment of grants to the Rothschild Foundation’s Community Fund which is open to not for profit organisations in Buckinghamshire who support local communities, with a particular focus on disadvantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic development of our Environment programme, including current explorations in community growing, nature friendly farming and nature restoration.
• Leading on the delivery of a ‘Green Fund’ pilot, supporting grantees and funded activities.  This will include working closely with the Evaluation and Impact Manager and Operations Manager to review the programme and make recommendations for future delivery to Grants Committee
• Maintaining an overview of the portfolio of ‘Environment’ grants, sharing learning and identifying connections across grantees
• Keeping up to date on sector development, identify funding gaps, and emerging opportunities.
• Identifying and supporting potential applicants, conducting visits, guiding proposal development, and ensuring due diligence standards are met
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with grantees, conducting six-monthly catch up conversations, visiting funded activity and acting as a ‘critical friend’
• Supporting the delivery of our Communities funding, including assessment of applications to the Community Fund and occasional Trustee related community grants
• Producing regular updates for Trustees, including project updates and data insights, and contribute to creative ways of sharing the impact of our funding

The Service Manager will be responsible for the operations of one service in Berkshire (Slough) which supports one individual to live in his own home.

The individual is a sociable and engaging man with a warm sense of humour and a deep appreciation for nature, music, and familiar company. He lives with a diagnosis of moderate learning disability, autism spectrum disorder, psychotic illness, epilepsy, and type 2 diabetes, all of which require thoughtful and consistent support. The customer has been living successfully in his current placement for over ten years, where he benefits from the continuity of staff who know him well, understand his routines, and help him maintain a sense of safety and autonomy.

The role will provide line management for a team of seven Specialist Behaviour Support Workers, ensuring that compliance with organisational, legal regulations and those of the local authority are adhered to and the quality of support is of the highest standard possible, ensuring excellent quality of life for the customer and a good working environment for colleagues.

The service has received a CQC rating of Good. The current team size includes 5 FTEs (Specialist Behaviour Support Workers) plus 2 FTEs Waking Night Support Workers, ensuring comprehensive support coverage across all shifts.

The working pattern for this role is primarily Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with occasional requirements for weekend and out-of-hours work to meet service needs.

The anticipated start date for this role is October.

The initial contract duration is 6 months, with potential to become a permanent role after this period.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Personal Giving, the Legacy Manager will lead Keech’s legacy strategy delivering impactful campaigns, shaping supporter journeys, and championing Gifts in Wills across the organisation. You'll manage one Legacy Fundraiser, oversee a £1M+ income stream, and work closely with colleagues across Fundraising, Marketing, Digital, and Leadership to drive long-term growth.
