We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Facilitating Trainer to join our Lived Experience Training team, supporting autistic trainers and trainers with learning disabilities to co-deliver the Oliver McGowan Tier 1 Training.

This national programme helps professionals in health and social care gain a deeper understanding of autism and learning disabilities, leading to more inclusive and effective services. You’ll ensure that trainers with lived experience are supported, empowered, and equipped to deliver engaging and accessible online training sessions.

Susan’s Farm is an energetic organisation delivering a broad range of activities. Our charitable purpose is to transform people’s lives through learning and therapeutic experiences on an organic working livestock farm. After six years as a charity, and following a recent governance and staffing review, we are now seeking to appoint a dedicated managing director to oversee all aspects of the charity’s work. The Managing Director will join a small but committed staff team and report to enthusiastic board of trustees.

Susan’s Farm is based in Houghton, a small village 3 miles from Carlisle and delivers its educational activities on site as well as on the other half of our farm near Armathwaite and for a neighbouring farmer at Aglionby. We have a small learning centre at Houghton and also work closely with Cumbria Wildlife Trust whose Northern office is on land adjacent to our farm.

We have three main strands of delivery; primary school visits, alternative provision placements and care farmer placements and are certified by Social Farms & Gardens. We are a beef and sheep Organic and Pasture for Life certified Farm. We also have hens and geese and some horticultural activity. Our farm produce is sold direct to the customer.

Susan’s Farm is a registered charity converting from a CIC in 2019.   Before that our founder, Susan Aglionby ran educational activities on the farm over a period of more than 20 years. Over the last six years considerable effort has been devoted to professionalising the organisation and our delivery work and we are no ready for the next stage.

ROLE FOCUS: 

To support, manage and provide dynamic leadership to Susan’s Farm and its staff and services. Working with the Board of Trustees to ensure that Susan’s Farm meets its requirements, as a charity in delivering services, and to maintain its reputation as a national and local leader in working to provide services to its beneficiaries through the experience of a farm. To further develop the organisation and the services it offers promoting the charity’s principles.

Grove Park Youth Club is an accessible and dedicated space for local children and young people, situated in a remarkable, purpose-built youth club building, constructed in 1966 as part of the Chinbrook Estate development. We are a registered charity (Ref No. 1196106) located on Marvels Lane in Grove Park (SE12 9PR), within the London Borough of Lewisham.

Our mission is to make Grove Park Youth Club a hub for local children and young people to learn, build connections, and explore and develop their interests. We provide a safe and welcoming space where young people can engage in fun and educational activities, sports and cultural activities, build life skills, as well as seek support with the pressures they face in the wider world.

The youth club is managed by a community-led Trust of people connected to the area who led a seven-year campaign to save and reopen the building. We are a small charity that has achieved exceptional success in reopening the youth club and taking control of this purpose-built space. This opportunity offers the right candidate the chance to play a key role in expanding our offer and working closely with the Trust to take our project forward. Accordingly, we offer a competitive rate of pay at £29.37 per hour.

GPYC Studios is our flagship in-house open access youth club launched in 2023, serving local children and young people aged 11–17 (up to 21 with SEND). Its ethos rests upon a creative approach to wellbeing, valuing empathy, acceptance, positivity, and growth. Our programming aims to spark curiosity and nurture self-discovery in a safe and inclusive environment. Through creativity, opportunity, and advocacy, we empower young people to make a positive impact on themselves, their community, and beyond.

GPYC Studios is made possible with funding from The National Lottery Community Fund.

Job Role

The GPYC Studios Creative Wellbeing Lead will work in close collaboration with the Trust and report directly to the Chair. This multifaceted role includes responsibilities across team leadership, programme development, outreach and engagement, partnership management, and on-site delivery. In addition to this, the Lead will be expected to fill the role of Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO), for which training can be provided for.

Whilst the role has a considerable administrative element, it is key that the Creative Wellbeing Lead brings a strong sense of creativity, flexibility, and play to the space. Being present and physically facilitating fun and constructive interactions with young people is crucial.

The Creative Wellbeing Lead will be supported by a Creative Wellbeing Assistant (to be recruited in February 2026) in both organising and delivering the programme, alongside two Creative Wellbeing Practitioners who specialise in pastoral care, and a team of sessional youth workers.

This is a part-time position, working 10.5 hours per week at a rate of £29.37. The role includes regular on-site presence during our sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings (7 hours total). In addition, availability during standard working hours (Monday to Friday) is required to fulfil 3.5 hours of remote work. The role will commence in January 2026.

Contract type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £15,422 per annum based on a 50 week year (GPYC is closed for 2 weeks in Dec/Jan)
*NB. This equates pro rata, based on a 40 hour week, to an annual salary of £58,740

Rate: £29.37 per hour

Hours: 10.5 hours per week (7 hours on location at specified time, 3.5 hours remote work)

About You

The right candidate will be energetic and creative, with significant experience working with young people aged 11-17. You will be able to provide practical, physical, and emotional support to the children and young people attending GPYC Studios. You are eager to share your personal practice and keen to build upon it.

You will be excited about our work and want to be part of the greater Grove Park Youth Club journey, leading by example and working as a team player to shape how our vision is delivered and realised. You will deliver the existing programme with drive, and be ambitious to lead the sustainable expansion of the GPYC Studios brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, management, and operational delivery of our free, open-access youth club sessions on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, overseeing a team of youth workers and volunteers to achieve a shared vision

• Bring a strong sense of creativity, flexibility, and play to all aspects of delivery - being physically present, actively facilitating, and inspiring fun and constructive interactions with young people

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise, manage, and complete tasks effectively, making full and efficient use of remote working hours

• Design and implement engaging, creative programming for children and young people, shaped by a strong creative vision and informed by youth voice

• Manage staffing logistics, including rotas, timekeeping, training, and staff motivation, ensuring a supportive and high-performing team environment

• Identify and engage potential community partners to coordinate and deliver fresh, fun, and creative opportunities

• Design and implement behaviour management strategies and safeguarding protocol

• Maintain accurate session documentation, including written records and photographic/videographic content, ensuring proper storage, organisation, and archiving of materials

• Oversee membership management, including onboarding new members, maintaining clear and consistent communication with parents and carers, and using IT systems, such as Salesforce, to manage and protect member data

• Lead outreach and engagement efforts within the local community and beyond, including through social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and others to build visibility and connection

• Embed a consistent ethos across all creative delivery partners, ensuring the values of GPYC and the Trust are clearly reflected in how children and young people experience Studios sessions, the space, and staff interactions

• Be a consistent, positive presence for children and young people, fostering an environment that is enriching, inclusive, and grounded in mutual respect

About The Role

The Unity Project (TUP) supports people who are facing poverty and homelessness because their immigration status allows them ‘no recourse to public funds’ (NRPF).  We believe NRPF should not exist and we are working to end it. Until then, we seek to minimise its impact by supporting people to make the ‘change of conditions’ (CoC) application to access public funds. However, as the number of people living under NRPF continues to grow, we know we will never be able to meet the need for CoCs. Ensuring that our knowledge and experience is shared - with advisors, support services, community groups and individuals who could make applications themselves - is vital. Raising awareness of our work also supports our income diversification strategy by building corporate partnerships and individual donations.

In this role, you will be leading The Unity Project’s outreach and communications work in order to increase awareness of the Change of Conditions process and the support The Unity Project can offer to individuals and organisations.  Your first priorities will include mapping CoC provision across the country; working with the Director to design and implement a communications strategy to engage applicants, advice organisations, corporate partners and donors; and creating a suite of CoC resources to share online. As you develop in the role, you will deliver outreach and information sessions online and in the community. As a Corporate Partnerships Executive, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening and expanding relationships with national and international corporate supporters. You’ll help deliver a proactive corporate fundraising programme that drives significant financial and non-financial support for the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association. Hybrid Working and Flexibility: This role offers hybrid working, with the expectation to attend the office 1 day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a proactive corporate fundraising programme that drives significant financial and non-financial support
• Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate partners, building effective relationships with measurable results
• Create tailored partnership plans to grow income, secure pro-bono services, and strengthen long-term collaboration
• Produce clear and engaging impact reports to demonstrate the value of partnerships and support renewals
• Co-ordinate delivery of activities and campaigns with internal teams and external partners
• Represent the Association at corporate and charity events, confidently promoting our work and values
• Support new business development and contribute to building a strong pipeline of corporate opportunities
• Record and report performance data to inform planning and continuous improvement

About You:

• Proven experience of securing and managing corporate partnerships or high-value relationships, ideally within fundraising or a similar commercial environment
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the confidence to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proven success in achieving financial targets and delivering results
• Creative thinker with a practical approach to identifying and maximising opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and confidently
• Full Driving Licence, with an ability and willingness to travel the country for events and meetings

We are looking for a Complementary Therapies Coordinator to provide complementary therapies to our patients and carers, as well as working with our multi-professional team and coordinate the complementary therapy volunteers to provide a high standard support to our patients and families.

About you:

You will have experience of working with people affected by a life-limiting illness, as well as experience in different complementary therapies such as aromatherapy, massage, or reflexology. You will have a CNHC professional registration or relevant.

Kirklees Domestic Abuse Specialist Services (KDASS) is a partnership between 3 specialist service providers. Together we deliver specialist, trauma-informed, and person-centred support for people who have experienced harm through domestic abuse.

About the opportunity

As a vital first point of contact for people affected by domestic abuse, you will play a central role in ensuring that every person who reaches out to KDASS is heard, supported and connected with the right help at the right time. Through compassionate, person-led conversations, you will listen, explore and understand individual experiences, identify risks, and ensure a safe and supportive pathway into the most suitable specialist service within our partnership.

As part of our Triage Team, you’ll:

• Receive and respond to inbound calls into the KDASS central point of access, offering immediate emotional support, advice and guidance

• Review and process referrals received via our online portal and access system.

• Triage victims/survivors to the most appropriate service within agreed timeframes

• Input and maintain accurate case records in the Oasis system

• Identify and escalate any immediate safeguarding concerns through the appropriate pathways;

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with partner agencies to ensure smooth referral pathways; and

• Work closely with the Programme Manager to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for development within the service.

Desirable  - You will have:

• Knowledge of the Safe and Together DA Model or a commitment to undertake training to meet the behaviours and practise of this model.
