About the role:
As a Service Delivery Assistant you will be:
- Supporting the Dorset Team to provide a high quality and responsive administrative functions for Victim Support Dorset.
- Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries into the service, supporting the wider team and service with general administrative duties.
- Responsible for external and internal communications, collating and supplying information to internal and external contacts within deadlines.
- Liaising with referring agencies to improve referral information and the referral process for victims.
- Updating and maintaining computerised data bases, case management systems and records.
- Working with sensitive, confidential and secure data.
- Providing general office administration support which could include photocopying, filing, data entry and analysis, ordering of office supplies, processing of invoices, raising purchase orders and minute taking in meetings
- Effective verbal/written communication and numerical skills.
- Experience of working in an administrative role and undertaking a variety of administrative duties.
- Experience of working in a client focused service area or setting.
- Experience of providing general office support to a team of professionals.

The Role
Reporting into our Customer and Neighbourhood Director, you'll be responsible for the development of strategies, policies and procedures relating to all tenancy sustainment activities. Being a specialist in this field, you'll also scan the horizon to identify potential significant changes in external policy and financial landscape, introducing best practice from other organisations and sectors.
You'll be the main point of contact internally for all matters relating to tenancy sustainment, working collaboratively across the business to ensure that consistent best practices are embedded within Locality teams and the wider business. Externally, you'll represent SNG and our commitment and vision in tenancy sustainment – influencing and working alongside key external stakeholders and delivery partners, building relationships aligned to our corporate and customer strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to provide and source expert advice, and manage the development of services, to ensure SNG meets its commitments, monitors its performance and evidences its delivery relating to regulatory obligations, changing regulations, guidance and best practice
- Developing and leading a stakeholder management plan across local, regional and national government bodies responsible for the delivery to specialist areas
- Piloting partnerships with other services to enhance the provision of support to SNG's customers and developing funding solutions to provide support to core budgets
- Managing large complex annual budgets, ensuring appropriate monitoring of expenditure and compliance with procedures and levels of approval
- Ensuring that the appropriate training and development programs for Locality teams are in place across a range of areas, including domestic abuse, safeguarding and ASB

What we need from you
Ideally you should have previous experience in a similar senior role, with strong experience and knowledge of the latest requirements for housing providers across tenancy sustainment. You'll also need:
- Excellent demonstrable knowledge of programme development and performance improvement in a customer focussed environment
- Ability to plan, track and forecast income and expenditure against relevant budgets, to deliver a value for money service whilst taking actions to mitigate any risks
- Evidence of delivering on innovative concepts, utilising future changes in policy to support flexibility in a responsive organisation
- Experience of promoting an organisation at a regional and national level to raise the profile of the business
- Ability to inspire, support and develop others to optimise their performance
- Track record of meeting deadlines and working effectively with others in a complex and dynamic environment

We are looking for sessional farm assistants who will support the Farm Lead in delivering the vision for the farm by supporting the delivery of the farm’s variety of activities, including:

· To deliver animal experiences, giving families the opportunity to meet and greet our rescued and rehomed animals

About this key role
As our A&E Hospital Intervention Caseworker, you will assess referred clients and produce support and risk management plans based on your assessments, promoting inter-agency collaboration in the assessment and planning process, and including appropriate agencies in the delivery of the service. You will also develop and maintain relationships with partner agencies, including hospital, police, local authorities and other voluntary organisations, plus to liaise closely with other St Giles teams with reference to referrals, avoiding duplication.
We will count on you to deliver a holistic support service, working solo or with colleagues as the situation dictates, where you will provide a practical service that will include social and housing support, accompanying to appointments, ETE options, benefits work and debt advice. Closing cases efficiently and positively, identifying a referral route for the client that will identify agencies that can be used for on-going support, and promoting the value of lifestyle changes to the client group are also essential duties.

Background to the post
Reducing the Risk is an Oxfordshire based charity committed to the safety and empowerment of victims of abuse and of those who support them - and to promoting partnership working. The charity acts as a safe, trustworthy, responsive and inclusive resource for victims and their families, through its services in Oxfordshire, and for volunteers and practitioners nationally through its consultancy and training.
In particular it has developed the Reducing the Risk DA Champion Network. This involves: multi agency training, supporting and linking front line practitioners from a range of services so that they can work together to reduce the risk and promote the wellbeing of victims and survivors.
The charity plans to develop its training service as a self-sustaining social enterprise. The Prevention & Training Officer will play a vital role in the development of the charity’s work.
Scope and purpose of the role
The post holder will be a key member of Reducing the Risk’s Training Team.
The post holder will focus on identifying, building and working in partnership with external partners, local stakeholders and communities regionally and nationally to support the entrepreneurial element of Reducing the Risk. They will, together with the Prevention & Training Manager and CEO, carry responsibility for the development of relationships and opportunities. They will expand and deliver Reducing the Risk’s training offers, scale out Reducing the Risk’s Network of DA Champions and support the development of new and existing stakeholder relationships.

As a Friendship Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and supporting the thousands of matches between our members and volunteers across the UK. Whether you are answering emails and calls, ensuring safeguarding measures are upheld or supporting members and volunteers through the onboarding processes, you will be helping to ensure this much needed service reaches those who need it most, in a safe and efficient manner.
Utilising your excellent customer service skills, you will be the first port of call to support our volunteers and older members - so you'll need to be comfortable spending a lot of time on the phone and communicating by email. You'll also need to be passionate about supporting older people and have a good understanding of older people's needs.
This role can either be based at our office in Blackpool, or in Ashburton Devon. - Preparation and execution of annual and mid-level donor campaigns, including appeals, thank-you strategies, and impact reporting.
- Identification of opportunities to upgrade donors and convert digital supporters to long-term donors.
Digital Fundraising:
- Development and implementation of strategies for digital fundraising campaigns across channels and oversight of their implementation.
- Optimisation of online donation platforms for user experience, conversion rates and back-end usability.
- Analysis of donor data and campaign performance to refine strategies and improve results.
- Development of cases for support and targeted communication strategies based on a stakeholder analysis, to align fundraising with storytelling and brand messaging.
Other Tasks:
- Supervision of day-to-day activities of the PFU Junior Communicator.
- Support and advise for PFU Team members on topics of targeted stakeholder communication as well as on effective cases for support for the CERN & Society Foundation projects and activities.
- Organisation and/or support of donor events and individual visits, as required.
- If necessary, performance of any other unforeseen tasks as determined by the Head of the Partnerships and Fundraising section.
Your profile
Skills:
- Understanding of and interest in donor stewardship, fundraising funnels, and digital engagement tools.
- Professional training in the field of fundraising or stakeholder relations (or equivalent).
- Experience with a fundraising CRM and/or email marketing platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Desire and ability to work in a team within a large international organisation.
- Creative, results-orientated approach, and desire to set high standards.
- Excellent spoken and written English is essential; French will be an asset.
- Familiarity with graphic design or video editing experience would be an asset.

Eligibility criteria:
- You are a national of a CERN Member or Associate Member State.
- By the application deadline, you have a maximum of two years of professional experience since graduation in Fundraising, International Relations etc (or a related field) and your highest educational qualification is either a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- You have never had a CERN fellow or graduate contract before.
- Applicants without University degree are not eligible.
- Applicants with a PhD are not eligible.
