Based in Surrey, the Orpheus Centre is an independent specialist college and charity that focuses on developing independence skills through performing and visual arts and makes dramatic improvements to young disabled adults’ lives. We are currently looking for a driven and pro-active Events Fundraiser to develop, coordinate and deliver the charity’s fundraising events and orchestrate experiences from initial concept to post event analysis. This includes pre-event planning and development, concept development and proposal.
Working closely with the Head of Capital Appeal and Senior Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager, you will design and deliver events which steward and develop key contacts as part of our Capital Appeal.
The role holder will have strong administration skills, attention to detail and work as part of a team. You will be self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, managing a wide range of tasks.
35 hours per week / 52 weeks per year
Salary: £28,000 - 32,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Essential qualifications, knowledge and experience:
- 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent including Maths and English OR demonstrable literacy and numeracy
- Willing to undertake training as required and identified in supervision/appraisals
- At least 2yrs experience of fundraising, marketing or events in a paid or voluntary capacity

The Events and Communications Officer will work across the team to plan, produce and deliver a calendar of in-person and on-line events. The post holder will work with the programme team to manage a calendar of online and in-person events and oversee the event process from beginning to end. This will include overseeing the set-up of IT and technology to ensure smooth event delivery and acting as a main contact point for external event partners. The post holder will also work with the Director and programme team to deliver the charity’s marketing and communications plan. The Association of Directors of Public Health (ADPH) is a Charity and Company Limited by guarantee and is the representative body for Directors of Public Health (DPH) in the UK. It seeks to improve and protect the health of the population through collating and presenting the views of DsPH; advising on public health policy and legislation at a local, regional, national and international level; facilitating a support network for DsPH; and providing opportunities for DsPH to develop professional practice.
We are now looking to appoint to the full-time, permanent position of Development Programme Manager. The successful candidate will work with our Head of Development and Engagement to develop and deliver our comprehensive membership offer to our range of members.
In addition to managing their work programme they will act as Project Manager for some ADPH events, participate and lead cross team projects and line manage and oversee the work of our Project Administrators and Coordinators.

Purpose of the role:
The Junior Salesforce Administrator role supports the effective use and ongoing development of the Churchill Fellowship’s Salesforce CRM platform and related applications. Working closely with the Salesforce Team and other internal teams, you will ensure our data remains accurate and accessible, help to improve business processes, and provides user support and training across the organisation. You will play a key part in ensuring Salesforce functions as the single source of truth for organisational data.

This important role as a key member of Street League’s Commercial Fundraising Team will be integral to the success of the charity as you provide first-class stewardship to existing trusts and win exciting new partnerships. You will be part of a highly successful and dynamic fundraising team that are currently working with some hugely significant long-term partners.
As one of two Heads of Department within the Commercial Team, you will line manage two Trust Managers, and oversee all research and prospecting, application processes and on-going stewardship of partners. Street League also has a number of long-term high value strategic funding partners that you will account manage alongside the CEO and Commercial Director. Alongside the Commercial Director and other members of staff, you will ensure all income is secured against target annually. You will also hold wider leadership responsibilities across the organisation alongside other Heads of within Street League.

JOB PURPOSE
The Fundraising and Communications Executive will play a key role in implementing OTR’s fundraising and communications strategies. The role involves planning, creating, curating and managing high-quality digital content across our website, social media platforms and email marketing campaigns. Supporting the fundraising strategy

Job Title: HR Manager
Line Reports: Interns and secondments to People Team
Location: Flexible, hybrid, with some travel required to our offices (London, Manchester or Birmingham)
Salary: £32,500-38,500 (£35,000-41,000 in London)
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week, open to flexible working
Contract: Permanent
Overall purpose
Reporting to the Director of People, the HR Manager will take responsibility for the operational delivery of Breaking Barriers’ key People and HR activities and initiatives. You will have a strong knowledge of all aspects HR and provide proactive, practical support on day-to-day operations as well as leading strategic HR projects. A keen understanding of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace and employee wellbeing is an advantage.
This role is essential to ensure we continue to be an effective, inclusive and people-led organisation. Your role will be vital in making sure Breaking Barriers is and continues to be a great place to work for its staff.
You will deliver day to day HR support to team members and managers, work across the organisation to advise on HR policies and good practice, deliver recruitment processes, and deliver and track Learning & Development. You will support on wider strategic initiatives, working with the Director of People to embed new strategies and projects informed by employee feedback.

Other considerations
