About the Role
As a Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for student engagement, timetabling, logistics, and tutor performance, helping learners secure vital qualifications for their future.
Programme Coordination
- Manage a portfolio of up to 300 students throughout the year, ensuring sustained engagement with tutoring sessions.
- Prepare for programme launches, including timetabling of sessions and logistical planning.
- Maximise student reach by filling available tutoring spaces and maintaining an active pipeline of students.
- Develop strategies to enhance student engagement and track attendance KPIs using our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Prioritise safeguarding and student safety at all times.
Tutor Performance and Delivery
- Oversee tutor task and session management to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Conduct regular check-ins with tutors, providing guidance and feedback.
- Observe tutoring sessions to uphold delivery standards and improve programme effectiveness.
College Relationships and Programme Logistics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college staff to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Manage logistical preparations, including scheduling sessions and room bookings.
- Maintain clear communication with college stakeholders and contribute to impact reporting.
- Support contract renewal discussions to sustain and expand partnerships.
Creative Problem-Solving and Innovation
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance programme efficiency.
- Contribute to wider organisational projects, such as tutor training, resource development, and student engagement initiatives.
- Lead special projects aligned with your interests to further our mission.

Ideal candidate
As Head of Support & Communities, you will exhibit strong leadership skills and have significant experience working within a health and social care or relevant field of work. You will have an in-depth understanding of the needs of those with disabilities, their families and carers.
You will primarily be responsible for the overall management and development of the teams and the services they provide. As the company safeguarding lead you will have an in-depth understanding of policy and procedure to protect all. You will be a relationship builder who cares about the community we serve and ensures that the individual (or family) remains at the centre of support.
You will have a good understanding of managing budgets and able to produce accurate monitoring/evaluation reports. Excellent IT skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to tight timescales are essential. You will be self-motivated and highly organised, juggling many strands of work.
As a team player, you will demonstrate a willingness to participate in the day-to-day activities of the team, have excellent staff management and development skills along with the confidence to motivate and inspire.

This is an essential car user post. The applicant must hold a current UK driver’s licence, with no more than 6 points, have access to a car and be able and willing to drive UK wide as required.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 2 days in our Amersham office each week. We’re looking for a Carer Assessment Service Manager to lead our countywide team in delivering statutory and preventative assessments in line with the Care Act 2014. You’ll provide leadership and day-to-day support to your team, oversee assessment allocations, and manage referrals through our internal CRM and West Sussex County Council’s systems.
You’ll also deliver staff supervisions, attend management and partner meetings, contribute to training, and support service development projects. The Role
We are looking for a Supporter Engagement Assistant to join our Supporter Engagement Team to help us build strong and lasting relationships with our charity's supporters and donors.
Reporting to the Supporter Engagement Officer, as Supporter Engagement Assistant you will deliver excellent customer service over the telephone, in written (email and postal) communications and face to face, ensuring that supporters' details are accurately recorded on the CRM database. You will be representing the charity, explaining its purpose, and demonstrating our charity values to donors/supporters, showing appropriate empathy to those who may have cancer or a family member/friend who does.
This role provides a great opportunity to make a real difference to the people of Yorkshire and requires someone with a friendly manner, good team-working skills, great customer service and excellent organisational skills.
Specifically, you will:

Ensure supporter communications are accurate, timely and appropriate to the recipient. This includes following the relevant pathways to process donations, record legacy pledges, update key information so that the communication is tailored and relevant to the individual supporter.

Work alongside the Supporter Engagement Officer and other colleagues to improve the initial welcome journey for newly acquired donors and the onward stewardship of all supporters.

Conduct research and contribute ideas to improve supporter journeys and implement these processes independently.

Update supporter records on the charity’s CRM database to reflect changes in marketing permissions, personal details, the charity's relationship with the supporter (e.g. Volunteer/ Donor etc) and any communications between the supporter and the charity.

Use the CRM database to run supplied data queries to deliver campaigns (e.g. using Mail Merge) and to create and deliver supporter communications, this includes printing and posting letters, sending emails, making updates to supporter records and fulfilling requests for information.

Undertake other duties and take on a lead role in delivering projects and campaigns relevant to the purpose of the role as requested by members of the CRM, Marketing, Fundraising or Research & Impact teams.

Assist the wider Fundraising team at charity run and/or external events to represent the charity, help achieve agreed targets and provide exceptional stewardship to supporters.

Monitor inbound emails and telephone calls to the charity, forwarding to the relevant colleague (if unable to provide a response) or responding and actioning.

Responsibilities
Building Partnerships
● Developing our Partnership Strategy to identify and engage the best potential partners to help us grow the network and reach our ambition of 100% of the population living within a 30-minute walk of a registered Warm Welcome Space. This will involve identifying and engaging partners in geographical ‘cold spots’ for the network (utilising our mapping tool developed with UCL), as well as forming partnerships to unlock new or under-represented types of Warm Welcome Spaces (e.g. Housing Association Community Spaces, cinemas, community spaces created by new housing developments etc).
● Leading the development of our Local Co-ordinators Cluster which brings together Local Authorities and others who are leading place-based networks of community spaces.
● Overseeing and developing the Champions Programme, providing more intensive support and connections to a smaller cohort of Warm Welcome Spaces.
Engagement and Inclusion
● Developing our Inclusion Strategy to identify and engage the best potential partners to diversify our Coalition and support local Spaces to become more accessible and inclusive.
● Working with the team to develop regular engagement activities for Warm Welcome Partners.
● Producing compelling communications (written and verbal) to promote the work of the Warm Welcome Campaign and grow the depth and breadth of partnerships - to include but not limited to partnership proposals, pitches and reports.
Good Practices, Standards and Systems
● Supporting, maintaining and developing existing partnerships and manage the systems (including CRM use) needed for excellent partnerships delivery, stewardship and development.
● Leading Warm Welcome Space good practice and driving up quality standards across the network, including through developing a Warm Welcome Awards programme.

About the role
We are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated team player to join our HR department. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this postholder will work closely with the two HR People Partners. The post holder will lead and manage all formal employee relations cases whether it be disciplinaries, grievances or complaints. This is an opportunity to join Refuge as a Floating Support Worker to provide high quality practical and emotional support to survivors of domestic abuse and their children living in our dispersed refuge accommodation in Warwickshire. This service will provide emergency accommodation across Warwickshire with high-quality domestic abuse support, ‘by-and-for’ services for survivors of domestic abuse and their children.
The post holder will provide high quality support and safety planning to survivors and their children who are fleeing domestic abuse. This includes enabling survivors to access housing, welfare, benefits and legal advice. A key requirement is to provide personal welfare support and to ensure that survivors are provided with a safe, supportive and welcoming environment in accordance with Refuge’s philosophical principles.
The Floating Support Worker (FSW) will carry a caseload of survivors of domestic abuse to enable them to provide a more holistic and intensive support package. They will work closely with survivors from the point of crisis through to move on from the emergency accommodation. FSWs will work in partnership with both statutory and voluntary sector partners to ensure that the whole range of survivors’ needs are met.
As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.

We are looking for a Finance & HR Lead to take charge of the financial health of our charity by administering a high quality and effective financial management service to The OutHouse. - Create compelling visuals, infographics, animations, videos, and branded templates to bring learning to life.
- Collaborate with Learning Technologists and SMEs to storyboard, script, and deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Stay ahead of design trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance our digital learning offer.
- Support the marketing of e-learning resources by identifying standout features and usage trends.
- Help maintain and improve our Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content is up-to-date and accessible.
What you’ll need
- Proven experience in instructional design and digital learning development.
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- A creative eye for visual storytelling and accessibility.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including medical professionals.
