Specialist Support Workers within Look Ahead are required to have either an extra dimension of experience or a higher qualification level as determined relevant for the particular post. Purpose of Role

The  Senior Project Manager will play a pivotal role in the success of Comic Relief’s programme of strategic projects. The programme consists of key strategic projects that are designed to best support Comic Relief to meet its strategic priorities and mission / vision.

As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the overarching planning, management and coordination of select Strategic Projects. The role will work with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure planning processes, project governance and reporting is completed at every stage of the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the organisation, including Fundraising, Partnerships, Funding and Production and strong stakeholder skills are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities:

· Manage select strategic projects across the full project lifecycle, including project briefing, scoping, set up, governance, planning, task management, communication, coordination and tracking and reporting. 

· Manage procurement processes and any linked consultations, ensuring compliance with Comic Relief’s Procurement Policy as needed in order to progress projects.

· Work with Comic Relief’s Progamme Management Office to track Strategic Projects, taking on overall responsibility for the success and learning of the project.

· Work with cross functional stakeholders, project teams and external stakeholders to manage the delivery of Strategic Projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

· Maintain internal focus on Strategic Projects, ensuring momentum on projects and regular communications to all Stakeholders. Establish and deliver an effective Stakeholder Communication Plans.

· Work with Stakeholders and project teams to ensure dependencies and risks are actively managed, acting as an arbiter and supporting the resolution of issues. 

· Identify and manage dependencies and risks of varying complexity across projects taking corrective action or highlighting issues for escalation as required 

· Represent Comic Relief with external partners, as needed, ensuring decisions and actions taken represent Comic Relief’s best interests.

· Use tracking and reporting tools and briefings/huddles that ensure that the progress of all project activity is communicated.

· Member of Strategic Project Steering Groups, recording outcomes of meetings, presenting to senior stakeholders and ensuring effective project governance and decision making.

· Represent project management best practice and identify and facilitate learning opportunities that create efficient and smart ways of working.

· Understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, and experience of working with different approaches to project management

· Experience of monitoring and evaluation of project performance, including objective setting, developing toolkits, reporting and driving the learning process with stakeholders to achieve ongoing effectiveness

· Ability to understand risks, issues and dependencies of a project and synthesise this information to provide accurate and timely advice to drive decision making

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To support the Area Manager / Operations Director in ensuring the Charity’s development and growth in ways that are relevant and in line with operational services and charitable objectives.

To ensure the Charity achieves its aims and objectives and fulfils its operational plan effectively by providing high quality intervention, providing person centred support for at-risk young people.

To have key responsibilities in reducing risk and delivery of our Shaping Futures Intervention this is our Short-Term Intervention Programme (STIP) in Buckinghamshire.

This project is funded for the next 18 months, we will be working closely with partners to extend this funding agreement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate onboarding of young people, including the initial assessment, and developing 12 individualised sessions bespoke to each young person.
• Ensure a 12-week programme is written and sent to the young person with agreed outcomes after initial meeting.
• Responsible for a case load of young people up to 20 young people at any one time.
• Lead sessions and activities with appropriate resources to empower young people to make more positive choices to reduce violent behaviours, reduce risk of exploitation and other offending behaviours.
• Support the multi-agency network for the young people you are working with. Report any safeguarding concerns to the DSL, with support from your line manager.
• Work in partnership with the Operations team to develop opportunities in line with the intervention if needed.
• Attend stakeholder meetings where needed.
• Uphold Caudwell Youth’s values
• Effectively report to your line manager complaints and compliments relating to the programme
• Build knowledge of local strategies, linking in with network forums.
• Develop relationships and partnerships with local employers, benefit agencies, training establishments to enable opportunities for young people.

The Recruitment team is responsible for sourcing, selecting and hiring for 500 places for Approach Social Work (previously known as the Frontline programme) in local authorities across England.

You will be joining us at our busiest time, and will have day to day logistical and administration responsibilities with focus on supporting applicants through the selection stages of our programme, Approach Social Work.

You will work with the Selection team and share responsibilities between other Selection Coordinators to ensure the delivery of a highly effective and efficient recruitment process and to ensure the candidate experience is positive throughout. This role would suit someone who has had some experience interacting with customers, for example in admin support, retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar.

Please note that ‘Administrator’ is the title we use for advertising. Internally, administrators are known as ‘Coordinators’ so this role’s full title is Selection Coordinator.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating virtual assessment centres; manage scheduling, liaising with assessors and stakeholders, troubleshooting minor technical issues with the platform, and overseeing the smooth running of the day.
• Managing the logistics involved in planning and delivering over 40 assessment centre days (e.g. responding to candidate queries, monitoring candidate sign up, scheduling assessors).

Every 20 minutes, someone is killed or seriously injured on UK roads. For families affected, the emotional and practical challenges are immense. As a Caseworker, you will provide direct, trauma-informed care to individuals and families suffering from the sudden bereavement or life-altering injury of a loved one. Working mostly remotely, with home visits to service users, you’ll offer vital emotional and practical support—including helping them access therapeutic resources, financial assistance, and guidance through the complexities of medical and legal processes.

This role is flexible, allowing you to structure your own working pattern within weekdays from 6 AM to 8 PM. While travel is required, you’ll have control over your diary. The work is challenging but immensely rewarding, requiring resilience, empathy, and a dedication to making a real difference in people’s lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing direct support to road victims and their families in the Thames Valley region, following Brake’s trauma-informed model of care.
• Managing a caseload of service users, ensuring their emotional, practical, and advocacy needs are met.
• Undertaking comprehensive needs assessments and creating individualised support plans
• Offering emotional and practical support—this can include helping families access therapeutic resources, financial aid, or even facilitating keepsakes to honour the memory of their loved ones

Fuel expenses are paid, and travel time is included as part of your working hours. Core delivery time is usually within the school working day and during school term time only. All other working hours can be managed with flexibility by the post holder to ensure that meetings with partners and colleagues, plus administrative tasks, are completed as required. You will be expected to work at least four days a week.

The Director role is a new opportunity working across ImpactEd Evaluation. Our partnerships encompass education organisations such as charities, edtech organisations and government, and schools and multi-academy Trusts. We are looking for a permanent and full-time member of staff to help develop and manage RSTMH’s profile within tropical medicine and global health. We need a passionate and creative communicator who can play a key role in meeting our communications objectives. This role is office-based in central London, with the option to work from home on Mondays.

RSTMH is a membership society formed in 1907, with around 1,800 members and Fellows in over 100 countries. We work to improve tropical medicine and global health by enabling and promoting research, sharing knowledge and convening networks through our members and Fellows and beyond. The Communications Manager will have the opportunity to develop and enhance RSTMH’s reputation as a credible and trusted voice in tropical medicine and global health.

This is a wide-ranging and exciting role. You will lead on implementing the organisation’s communications strategy, working with the leadership team to ensure it meets the aims of the wider RSTMH strategy. You’ll maintain and further develop the website and social media platforms, build links with media contacts, and source, commission and develop content. The Human Resources Division supports all people management activities across the school and is committed to delivering high-quality and customer-focused services. Reporting to the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations, this post is responsible for maintaining existing HR policies and contributing to the development of new policy in consultation with a wide range of HR colleagues and stakeholders across the School.
This role also supports the development and implementation of key employee engagement and wellbeing projects. This includes playing an important role in developing and implementing initiatives and actions that emerge from staff feedback and annual benchmark reports. The post-holder will present a positive and efficient image of the Human Resources Division, working collaboratively with colleagues inside and outside the Division in order to deliver high-quality solutions that contribute towards the School's strategic agenda.Key responsibilities will include:

Policy Development:

• To stay informed of new legislative developments and ensure that appropriate revisions to HR policy are made accordingly, as well as working with the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations to ensure that the wider HR Division is aware of the changes.
