This exciting role will lead on all aspects of the finance function, including managing managing the Finance & Systems Officer, overseeing the production of year-end accounts in collaboration with internal stakeholders and auditors, and preparing monthly management accounts for reports to the Senior managers and trustees. Responsibilities also include stewardship of the Foundation’s liquid assets, leading the budgeting and forecasting processes, verifying monthly payroll prepared by HR, and ensuring the efficient operation of the purchase ledger function.
What does the role involve?
- Coordinate across the Foundation and help prepare the annual statutory accounts and all schedules for audit and be the lead liaison with the auditors.

We are now recruiting an IPS Employment Advisor to join our Connect to Work service across Enfield. This is a full-time, permanent role working 35 hours per week, following the principles of the IPS model to support people into paid employment.
What you’ll be doing
If you were working with us, your days would be varied and people-centred. You would manage a caseload of clients with mental health support needs, people experiencing homelessness, and people with offending histories, offering one-to-one support to help them secure and sustain employment that matches their preferences.
You would provide person-centred guidance using the IPS approach (training is provided), helping clients build confidence, prepare for work, and navigate challenges that may arise. A key part of the role involves engaging employers, promoting the value of our service, and identifying suitable job opportunities.
You would work closely with NHS clinical teams, contributing to an integrated approach to recovery through employment. This includes attending team meetings, coordinating support, and maintaining clear, client-led communication. Vale House is a not-for-profit Dementia Care Home specialising in the highly skilled care required for people who have complex needs arising from dementia. Job Purpose
Magic Breakfast’s mission is to end child morning hunger in the UK now and for good. The Engagement Partner – Hybrid will be responsible for delivering both face to face and remote engagement with schools, teachers, children and young people, and their wider communities within an allocated area. This is a highly rewarding role for an Early Years Home Visitor to work with the ParentChild + Coordinator and to deliver ParentChild+ across Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea areas to deliver the home learning service to families to improve educational outcomes for the children and to improve their parenting skills. Coram Family Lives is the only organisation licensed to deliver the ParentChild+ in England and has done so since 2017. The programme delivers a model based on a combination of weekly home visits and small group sessions. Each family receives free toys, books and small group sessions over a period 37 weeks. The ParentChild+ team will deliver the home learning service to 200 children over a 4 year period. The programme also addresses a range of outcomes for parents whose children are at risk of starting school below the expected level, by modelling to parents how to create a rich home learning environment.
The successful candidate must have experience of working with pre-school children and supporting their parents. OVERALL PURPOSE
The Education Training Development Manager will lead the operational development, and delivery of the national education training programme, ensuring it aligns with organisational priorities and emerging national guidance. They provide specialist housing for women and young people experiencing homelessness, alongside residential care for older people, across the South and South West of England. They are now seeking an experienced Supported Housing Manager to oversee their small, specialist women’s homelessness service in Reigate (19 beds/medium-needs). Please note, this is initially an interim role for 4 months (with potential of extension), starting as soon as possible.
As Supported Housing Manager, you will support a small team of frontline staff in providing a high quality housing support service for vulnerable women. You will lead on ensuring that the project provides safe, trauma-informed, person-centred accommodation, overseeing the performance of the team, and ensuring quality assurance checks are completed and that improvements are identified and actioned. You will have responsibility for the oversight of all building maintenance and health and safety and will ensure that the service meets all regulatory and best practice requirements.
