As part of our Complex Needs Accommodation Services in Islington you’ll be part of a team dedicated to supporting individuals who face significant challenges and who are ready to take their next steps toward stability and independence.

Working alongside the Regional Services Manager and Team Manager, you'll take on a specialist role focused on clients with complex support needs linked to high-risk offending behaviour (MAPPA Level 2 & 3), mental and physical health issues, and substance use. You’ll build trusted relationships, support clients to reduce their risk of reoffending, and help them access the services they need, from mental health and medical care to pathways out of homelessness. Your work will not only promote social inclusion and greater independence for each individual, but also directly contribute to creating safer, stronger communities.

• The ability to manage a caseload and deliver positive outcomes utilising your knowledge of the health, social care and criminal justice sector.   
• A flexible, innovative and creative approach to working with a sometimes hard to engage and challenging client group, is also required.

About the role:

At LaunchPad, our 14-bed assessment hub in Newham, we support people coming directly off the street; individuals facing multiple barriers such as mental health challenges, substance use and physical health needs. This is more than just a place of safety; it’s a vital starting point for people to rebuild their lives. Clients stay with us for up to 16 weeks, during which time we provide intensive, tailored support to help them access health services, stabilise their situation, and move forward into appropriate long-term accommodation. As a Project Worker Complex Needs, you’ll hold a caseload of up to five clients, giving you the time and space to build meaningful relationships and deliver focused, high-impact support.

Working alongside the Service Manager and a dynamic, passionate team, you’ll be part of a service that plays a crucial role in reducing street homelessness across Newham. Your work will be varied and purposeful; liaising with professionals across the borough, promoting social inclusion, helping to prevent re-offending and guiding clients towards greater independence. You’ll be at the forefront of one of Single Homeless Project's (SHP) Rough Sleeping Services, designed for those facing some of the greatest challenges in our society. About you:

• Experience supporting adults facing multiple challenges such as mental health issues, substance use, offending, and homelessness.

• Confident in assessing risk, planning support, and setting achievable goals with clients.
• Able to stay calm and respond effectively in crisis situations, using a creative and solution-focused approach.
• Competent with data entry, email, and standard IT systems, and experienced in working collaboratively with other agencies and services.

About the role:

At the heart of Camden’s response to street homelessness, the Rough Sleepers Hub Assessment Centre at 165 Kings Cross Road plays a vital role in offering people a safe place to begin their journey away from the streets. With 16 beds and a focus on short-term stays, the service aims to support individuals into secure and suitable housing within just 28 days. This is not simply a place to stay; it’s a place where change begins, you will be instrumental in making that change possible.

Working within a psychologically informed and trauma-aware environment, you’ll support people facing some of the most entrenched challenges in society. You’ll take the lead on a caseload, carrying out in-depth assessments and building support plans shaped around each individual’s unique circumstances. This includes creating tailored interventions that address a range of support needs your clients may face; from and physical health difficulties, to substance use, trauma and experiences with the criminal justice system. You’ll help residents with practical daily tasks, support their engagement with training and employment opportunities, and collaborate with a wide network of professionals including Connect Forward, In Roads and Camden Routes off The Streets to offer truly holistic support.

• Experience working in partnership with a range of individuals/agencies to coordinate activities/support and achieve positive outcomes.
• Willingness and ability to work on a rota system of early and late shifts, which may include some variable hours including some evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of financial support available to clients to ensure income maximisation, rent payment, and increased financial resilience.

About the role:

At the heart of Camden’s mission to end rough sleeping, the Gray's Inn Road project offers short-stay accommodation for 16 individuals experiencing some of the most challenging periods in their lives. Funded by the Department of Levelling Up, Housing and Communities and the Greater London Authority, and delivered in partnership with One Housing Group and Camden Council, this service plays a pivotal role in ensuring rough sleeping in Camden is not only rare but brief and not repeated. Residents typically stay between three to six months, during which time the focus is on creating pathways into safe, sustainable housing and renewed independence.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering trauma-informed, psychologically informed support. You’ll work closely with clients facing overlapping challenges including homelessness, poor physical and mental health, substance use, trauma and histories with the criminal justice system. With your own caseload, you’ll conduct in-depth assessments, build tailored support plans and facilitate interventions that reflect the needs, strengths and aspirations of each person. Every day brings new opportunities to connect people with education, training or employment, to help them rebuild practical life skills, and to foster progress towards long-term goals.

This is a role where no two days are the same, and the impact you’ll make is tangible. From supporting someone through a housing move to witnessing the first steps towards recovery or reconnection. You’ll work alongside a wide range of services including Camden Routes off the Streets, Inroads, Connect Forward and the Adult Pathway, as well as contribute to the operational running of the service and uphold high standards in safety and compliance. We are seeking two dedicated and empathetic Support Workers to join our Stopover Supported Housing team in Brighton & Hove.

Stopover provides the only female-specific supported housing for young women in Brighton & Hove and West Sussex. The service offers a pathway from high to low levels of support, giving young women aged 16–25 a safe and stable environment in which to rebuild their lives and move toward independence.

You will work primarily within our low to medium-level support projects, supporting young women who have often experienced trauma, abuse, mental health challenges, and housing instability. Your role will be to build consistent, trusting professional relationships and support residents in developing confidence, life skills and resilience.

The Hepatitis C Trust works nationally with peers who use their lived experience to raise awareness, provide training, and improve access to hepatitis C testing and treatment. 

In partnership with the Royal Berkshire & Thames Valley ODN, we’re expanding our work to include a Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) surveillance and early liver disease detection programme in Royal Berkshire & Thames Valley. 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Has experience in health services or working with volunteers. 

• Has been affected by or supported someone with liver disease. 

• Can work independently, engage with stakeholders, and drive community outreach. 

In this role, you will: 

• Promote liver screening and early detection in the community. 

• Support patients through assessment and ongoing care. 

• Coordinate workshops and raise awareness. 

• Collaborate with local hospitals and outreach clinics.

• Full driving licence and own vehicle.
