About the role and who we are looking for
We are seeking a Sustainability and Evaluation Officer to play a vital role in helping us build the foundations of our sustainability and impact work during a key period of organisational development and change.
Reporting to our Sustainability and Impact Lead, this role will provide essential analytical, coordination, and stakeholder engagement support as we:

Develop and implement a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) framework

Begin embedding ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and sustainability principles into all aspects of our operations and services.
Much of this work will involve identifying and organising data currently dispersed across the organisation (e.g. spreadsheets, systems, teams), contributing to the development of a new CRM system, and building processes and tools that enable us to better measure, evaluate and communicate our impact.
You will work closely with colleagues across all departments – particularly in resident services, property, hospitality & commercial, IT and finance – as well as with residents and external partners. You’ll also help ensure sustainability and impact considerations are built into how we make decisions, improve services, and report externally.
This role is ideal for someone early to mid-career with strong data and evaluation skills, excellent attention to detail, and an interest in how environmental and social change happens within complex organisations. Main duties and responsibilities

This is an exciting and varied role that encompasses all aspects of our fundraising activity and will support the development of relationships with our individual donors, Trusts and Foundations, Corporate Partners, and Community/Faith Groups. Our ideal candidate will have experience of working in a charity or other related organisation, in a fundraising and / or marketing team, and will bring relevant, transferable experience to apply to this role. Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of our individual giving programme including the planning and delivery of fundraising appeals and campaigns.
- Ensure donations are promptly acknowledged and recorded on our fundraising database, Donorfy.
- Lead the development of our use of Donorfy to record and report on our fundraising data, and manage donor relationships.
- Support the planning and delivery of key fundraising events including our annual Gala fundraising event.
- Conduct periodic and ad hoc prospect research on previous and prospective funders and identify new funding opportunities under the supervision of the Trusts and Foundations Grants lead.
- Support the Trusts and Foundations Grants lead to maintain a calendar of deadlines and reporting requirements

Job Summary
Advance’s Minerva service works with women and young women and girls involved in the Criminal Justice System offering safe, targeted support and advocacy to women to help them address their complex needs in relation to the 9 pathways to offending, such as substance misuse and financial difficulties, aiming to reduce re-offending, encourage desistance amongst repeat offenders, and empower women to live safe, crime free lives.
Working as a Service User Engagement Lead you will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of our service user engagement programme that will be a part of the Minerva service across London, including leading a team of CJS community champions and ambassadors and supporting in the oversight and delivery this programme across our 3 criminal justice services. In addition, this role requires you to build effective relationships with the criminal justice teams across London, and the regions alongside our partners and service users.
An integral part of the Service User Engagement Lead role will include delivering planned monthly supervision and ad-hoc supervision and having oversight of safeguarding and risk management for the CJS champions and ambassadors that you are working alongside. You will support the Senior Service Manager and Service Managers in delivering key information to keyworkers, in staff meetings and in day-to-day interactions to help promote the service user engagement programme.
You will lead your team and service while working collaboratively with fellow Advance managers and teams, external agencies and key stakeholders across London to provide a consistent and holistic service.
Key responsibilities and duties
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes for champions and ambassadors including processing checks and welcome packs. Creating and supporting a positive culture of CJS Champions and ambassadors within the service
- To ensure the voice of service users is heard, valued and have influence throughout all areas of services, development design and delivery
- Supporting the CJS champions and ambassadors in post with their professional development
- Support with coproduction of projects across sites including coproduction space and service user activities, representing the views and opinions of those who access our services by leading on service user board meetings, focus groups and training sessions.
- Oversight of the welfare and wellbeing of CJS Champions and ambassadors
- Embed processes that enable you to engage with those who access our services, by listening to their views and asking for their feedback. Provide feedback and updates to those who access our services informing them of any changes and decisions.

Where you will work: Grange Road is a 29 bed - high complex needs support project situated in Southwark, commissioned by the City of London.
About the role
In the role of Duty Worker, you will be the first point of contact at reception for St Mungo’s clients and visitors and have the opportunity to create a welcoming and supportive environment within the project. Other responsibilities will include:
- Jointly running the project day to day with other members of the team.
- Working on reception to answer phones, oversee entry to the building, and provide basic advice and support to clients.
- Keeping communal areas and office space clean and tidy.
- Coordinating important Health and Safety checks and other administrative duties.
- Work alongside the team to provide a person-centred support to residents and clients.
Shift pattern: 3 week rolling rota, mix of early and late shifts. 1 weekend worked every 3 weeks (both Saturday and Sunday are 12.5hrs shifts).

The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Head of Finance & Operations to take ownership of all internal operations that ensure the organisation’s effectiveness, accountability, compliance, and resilience. This is a people- and process-focused role for someone who thrives on structure and order while keeping equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility at the heart of how things are done.
You will be a champion of systems, a confident financial lead, and a culture-first manager who ensures our internal structures serve our people, values and mission. You will not need to implement everything yourself, but will ensure our operational environment is fit for purpose, collaborative, inclusive and ready for scale.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Lead the financial function with strategic oversight, supported by an external accountant.
- Manage the annual audit process, acting as the lead contact for external auditors and ensuring timely preparation, accuracy, and compliance.
- Provide high-quality financial modelling, forecasts, and budget support to the wider team.
- Produce timely reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.
- Support SLT with business modelling and income planning.
- Ensure financial processes are understood and used across the team.
- Oversee payroll, bookkeeping and liaison with accountants and auditors.
People and Culture
- Lead internal culture work, embedding equity, inclusion and belonging at every level.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and staff support in line with our values and commitments.
Governance and Compliance
- Act as the main contact for the Board and subcommittees, particularly Audit & Risk.
- Ensure compliance with Charity Commission, Companies House, GDPR and relevant legislation.
- Maintain governance documents and ensure timely updates and implementation.
- Embed an organisational approach to risk that is equitable, accessible and transparent.
- Act as the organisation’s Data Controller, ensuring appropriate policies and practices are in place to prioritise data safety and security. Work with external legal and data protection advisors to stay compliant with legislation and best practice.
Operations and Systems
- Be the internal champion of systems and processes, ensuring they are streamlined, understood and appropriately used by the team.
- Work with external experts and advisors to implement or refine systems as required.
- Oversee IT, digital infrastructure and tools for hybrid/remote working.
- Ensure all internal processes are designed with EDI and accessibility in mind.
- Lead continuous improvements that balance rigour with inclusion.
External Relationships
- Manage key suppliers and advisors (accountants, HR, IT, legal, payroll) to ensure value, clarity and accountability.
- Ensure external services align with our internal culture and mission.
Person Specification

Hours and place of work
- This is a full-time role to be fulfilled over a 35-hour week, ideally within the working hours of Mon-Fri, 9:30am–5:30pm, with flexibility as required.
- This is a hybrid role with one day a week in our shared office space in London (Better Space, 127 Farringdon Road, London EC1R 3DA), the travel costs of which must be covered by the individual. We are open to discussing this arrangement further to accommodate individual needs and preferences.
- Further UK travel will be required on occasion, the costs of which would be covered by Clore Social Leadership.
Terms, pay and benefits
- This is a permanent contract.
- Salary for this role will be ca. £55,000 p/a depending on experience.
- The post holder is entitled to 25 days of annual leave, in addition to UK statutory holidays.
- The office is closed for one week during the winter festive period (25-31 December), providing an additional three days of annual leave in addition to the above allocation.
- You have the option to join our contributory pension scheme. The employer's contribution is 3% with a minimum employee contribution of 5%.

The Big Issue is looking to appoint to a critical role supporting our vendors. The Support and Outreach Worker will be a leading role in our belief of “A Hand Up Not a Hand Out”, and has been created to improve our service to vendors, helping them to increase their income through selling our magazine and providing casework support.
You will also positively promote The Big Issue in your local area, build partnerships with third-party organisations and identify and promote opportunities all with the aim of moving people out of poverty.
To offer our vendors the best possible support you will have experience and knowledge of working with vulnerable adults in a frontline setting, along with the ability to offer effective sales advice and guidance helping them to increase their income through magazine sales.
The role requires the willingness to drive a company van throughout the South East region, therefore a full driving license is essential and due to our insurance regulations you must be over the age of 21.

Job Title: Training Facilitator
Location: Our central office in Islington, just a 10 minute walk from Highbury & Islington station. Rainbow Migration is the longest-running charity in Europe dedicated to supporting LGBTQI+ people through the asylum and immigration system and has been campaigning for their rights since 1993. We are recruiting a Senior Casework and Service Coordinator to assist the Support Services Manager, provide guidance and advice to colleagues, and manage incoming queries from service users. This role is ideally suited to an experienced caseworker looking to take the next step in their career.
Rainbow Migration has grown in recent years from a small charity generating £200k income in 2019 to £1M in 2024. The Senior Casework and Service Coordinator is a new role that will take on some of the responsibilities of the Support Services Manager, freeing the manager up to work on service development and strategic matters.

Role overview
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week). Working part-time (minimum 28 hours) will be considered. Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends may be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.
Salary: Starting at £36,994 with potential annual step increases up to £41,315 (pro rata if working part time), plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, we consider giving a separate inflationary increase every April.
Location: Rainbow Migration’s wheelchair accessible offices are based between Vauxhall and the Oval, London. This role will have an office-based contract but the postholder can choose to work from home for part of the week in agreement with their line manager as per our hybrid working policy. You must be available to work from our offices in London when necessary. The successful candidate would also be welcome to work from the office full-time if that is their preference. Hybrid working: This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from Teddington's Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager. This currently means around 2 days per month working from the Teddington office, with the rest worked from home.
This a full time role 35 hours per week, flexible working patterns may be considered.

Right now, we are looking for a Recovery Worker to play a pivotal role in our Highbury Grove Recovery House in Highbury.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
In this role, the postholder will support individuals identified as needing early intervention or preventative mental health support by managing a caseload and delivering group activities and programmes that promote recovery and empowerment. They will clearly communicate the service's aims and pathways to ensure service users can fully participate and co-produce their support. The role involves helping clients engage effectively with external professionals and services, including mental health teams, housing providers, and job centres, while also developing peer support networks and community-based activities that align with users' goals and aspirations. Working flexibly as part of a team, the postholder will ensure service coverage and contractual obligations are met, contribute to the safety and wellbeing of all service users, and support colleagues in day-to-day operations. They will maintain high standards of administration and record-keeping, ensure confidentiality, and carry out referrals, assessments, and service reviews in a timely and effective manner. Active participation in supervision, appraisals, and ongoing development is also a key part of the role.

Here's what the team will be looking for
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges and/or dual diagnosis, with a strong understanding of relevant mental health legislation, safeguarding, and the principles of recovery-oriented practice. They will demonstrate sensitivity and respect in their approach, with the ability to communicate effectively and support individuals with dignity. The role requires sound knowledge of local mental health and wellbeing services, as well as recovery tools and case management practices, including risk assessment. The successful candidate will be confident working both independently and as part of a team, with the capability to induct and support new peer staff and volunteers. They will have experience in planning and delivering added value initiatives such as events, group activities, and placements, and will be comfortable working with statutory and community partners. Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to remain dynamic and effective under pressure. Strong IT, literacy, and numeracy skills are required, including the ability to use MS Word, Outlook, and the internet to produce professional written correspondence and maintain accurate records.

The British Academy – the UK’s national body for the humanities and social sciences – is seeking an ECRN Training and Development Officer to join our busy and friendly Early Career Research Network team, providing key support in the delivery of the British Academy Early Career Researcher Network and the Wellcome-funded Leadership and Advancement SHAPE Programme.
The role
This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operational delivery of a wide range of training programmes and workshops, both online and in person, for early career researchers across the UK and internationally.
We are looking for an effective communicator and team player, confident in liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including training providers, course participants, network members, and partner organisations. You will take responsibility for coordinating event logistics, maintaining participant records, preparing communications, and ensuring that training materials are kept up to date and accessible.
A core duty of the role will be supporting the delivery of engaging and inclusive training opportunities, helping to identify and address the diverse needs of participants. This will involve working collaboratively to improve processes, providing feedback on participant experiences, and contributing to the development of new training initiatives. You will also play an important role in promoting training programmes, assisting with the recruitment of participants, and supporting a strong sense of community across the Network.
This role will require occasional travel to regional cluster events across the UK, as well as hosting online sessions. A proactive, organised, and adaptable approach is essential, alongside excellent time management skills to juggle multiple events and priorities.
