Responsibilities
· Create a safe and accepting psychologically informed environment for vulnerable residents, whilst following safeguarding measures.
· Develop the recovery hub, embedding the “Rethink Recovery Toolkit”
· Deliver quality training, advising staff and residents on substance misuse and assist on the admin side of negotiations and conferences.
· Line manage a small number of staff
· Attend service user and care programme approach review meetings.
· Create trusting relationships with residents, motivating and empowering them to take next steps.
· Interview new referrals and recovery workers, ensuring your project meets their needs, and assessing physical and mental health for interventions.
· Develop links and effectively communicate with internal and external partners / connected organisations, providing covering when necessary.
· Organise peer support activities, assisting with money management following Finance policies and procedures.
· Ensure residents are assisted with managing their medication, strictly adhering to PRHA’s Medication policy.

Chalk Farm Tenant Management Organisation (TMO) is looking for a competent leader with a passion for social housing to manage our housing organisation.
Located close to the historic Camden Market, the TMO provides housing services and community activities for residents of the estate. Sustainably funded by Camden Council long term, this is an ideal opportunity for a candidate with experience in management and a real interest in social housing, who values the autonomy of working in a small and close knit organisation.
As estate manager, your main duties will be to:

The role:
Housing Officers work within PBHA’s Housing Team to provide a quality housing management service to tenants with additional tenancy sustainment needs. Post holders will work from PBHA’s main office in Haggerston, with access to local offices where appropriate. However, most of the work will be in tenants’ homes in the community. The post holder will be issued the IT equipment necessary to facilitate mobile working.
Aims of the post
Housing Officers work with vulnerable tenants to enable them to sustain their tenancy and participate in their community.
Specific Responsibilities
• To be responsible for working a caseload of tenants within a locality.
• Identifying individual tenancy needs through assessment and an identified Housing Plan detailing risks, needs and move on plans.
• Regular contact with tenants as per plan.
• Provide a weekly housing management drop in at PBHA’s hubs.
• Ensure that tenants apply for benefits where eligible, and signpost tenants to information on how to maximise income
• Record and monitor any breaches of tenancy agreement and work proactively and within procedures to resolve them.
• Liaise with housing officers, the finance and adult learning departments to provide effective prevention and management of rent issues, escalating where necessary in accordance with arrears policy and standard operating procedures.
• Liaise with colleagues to ensure void targets are met and properties are let within agreed timescale.
• Assist in the moving in/out process.
• Ensure tenants understand their rights and responsibilities in their occupancy agreements.
• Deal with complaints, nuisance and tenancy disputes as they arise. Work with tenants to promote self-help and mediation approaches to dispute resolution and address and escalate in line with procedure.
• Inspect and order furniture, assisting tenants where they are able to do so.
• Recharge former tenants where applicable.
• Carry out regular building inspections, helping tenants to report repairs.

Main Conditions of Service
This is a part-time position. The post is for 18.75 hours per week. Duties will occasionally be carried out over evenings and some public holidays. Overtime is not paid but in line with Agile working, hours can be averaged out over a 2-week period. PBHA implements Agile working practices which are to be negotiated with the line manager.
Annual leave entitlement is 26 days per year (pro rata) plus normal bank holidays pro rata (inclusive of bank holidays). This will rise after each completed year of service to a maximum of 30 days (pro rata).
Salaries are revised each year. The starting salary for this post will be £30,285 pro rata (SCP 8-12).
The post holder will be auto enrolled to be a member of the organisation's contributory pension scheme if eligible.
In common with all posts at PBHA, confirmation of appointment is subject to a probationary period (6 months).

About the Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be tasked with overseeing the full project lifecycle, from inception to completion. This includes coordinating project teams comprising consultants, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will actively engage and foster strong partnerships with external partners such as the Greater London Authority (GLA), local authorities, and internal stakeholders.
Your role involves commissioning and briefing various consultants, ensuring compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements. You will manage documentation, liaise with legal entities, and handle financial aspects such as appraising project feasibility and controlling costs against budgets. Additionally, you will monitor defects management, identify new development opportunities, and contribute to reports and negotiations for site acquisitions.

As the Area Service Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring our contracts with partners and/or commissioners deliver to the highest standards, in a way that creates maximum impact.
Across Yorkshire, you will lead on the delivery of our coaching and behaviour change programmes alongside managing our expanding housing portfolio and housing support services. You will take responsibility for growing the business across Yorkshire with existing partners, other organisations and via Local Authority contracts.
As a member of the national Joint Leadership Team (JLT), you will help to shape and develop our services and products, ensuring that the EF’s growth remains rooted in our organisational values of respect, accountability, and integrity.
Our current contracts cover Leeds, Kirklees, and York, and you will be required to work across varying sites. You will directly manage a team of Service Managers and Team Leaders and be responsible for a growing staff team of over 25 individuals.

You are an experienced operational leader who has a proven track record in managing front-line substance misuse, recovery and/or housing services.
As a values-led manager, you have a passion for developing services and staff to be the best they can be.
Organisation, planning, and communication skills come naturally to you, as you will managing competing priorities across a large geographical area.

The main responsibilities of the of Diocesan Housing Surveyor are:
- Inspect Clergy houses and assess repairs and improvements necessary in compliance with Coventry Diocese Clergy Housing Standards.
- Implement the recommendations of the property reports.
- Arrange property inspections and implement the required works with the agreement of the Property Manager.

What we are looking for in a Diocesan Housing Surveyor:
· Driving Licence with access to own car
· Previous experience of managing small works contracts
· Working knowledge of residential building defects and their resolution
· Proven awareness of health and safety with regard to building management and works contracts.
· Being responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of properties whilst remaining within budgetary and time constraints
· Degree Level or relevant experience commensurate to the role
· Evidence for continuing professional development.
· Familiarity using a modern Property Management software package

In the role of Regional Surveyor, you will play a role in helping us continue to deliver on our ambitions, through leading on responsive and planned maintenance service delivery for with supported housing and self-contained accommodation in a designated region. Additional key responsibilities will include:
- Responsibilty for inspections of responsive and complex repairs, damp and mould.
- Supporting the delivery of capital and revenue reinvestment programmes and major projects, including cyclical maintenance programmes, refurbishment of acquired assets, onboarding new buildings, and managing termination dilapidations.
- Build strong relationships with our internal and external clients to deliver a high quality, customer focused service and with our supply chain partners to deliver on time and to budget whilst achieving quality work and value for money.
In this role you will travel to various site locations within our West London Region or our Southwest Regional (Bristol/Oxford/Milton Keynes) on a regular basis. Your office base will be either in LB Kensington & Chelsea (West London Region) or Hounslow (Southwest Region). Occasional travel to our Head Office, near St Katherine’s Dock will also be required. About you
We are looking for a skilled Surveyor with proven experience in management and delivery of responsive repairs, major works projects, and planned reinvestment programmes or cyclical maintenance programmes.
- You may hold an HNC/HND level qualification or higher in Building Surveying (or equivalent qualification) or be able to demonstrate equivalent work experience.
- You will demonstrate the ability to deliver robust contract management that delivers on time and to budget, and your experience of large scale budget management and valuations.
- You may have some experience working in the social housing sector, which is beneficial but not essential.
- A full UK or equivalent driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.

Our housing support team focus on supporting people with varying support needs who have a history of homelessness. We have a number of shared houses and modular homes across Cambridge, and the Team Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work our support workers do with their residents.
The service is covered by a team of Support Workers who work 9-5, Monday to Friday, and a Team Leader.
About You
