You will work as part of a team providing intensive support to men & women with low to medium support needs using the Housing First Model.  The service provides short-term dispersed accommodation within the community to give individuals at risk of homelessness, the opportunity to learn the skills in managing a tenancy while also building stability and independence within the community.  The role involves supporting individuals with all aspects of tenancy management, supporting individuals to recover from trauma, keep safe and create long-term sustainment.  You will work flexibly and creatively to actively engage individuals and work to include multiple agencies as part of support and to help individuals successfully access and move on into their own permanent tenancies. You will need to value people as individuals, be personally resilient and offer a persistent and flexible approach when working in this role.
