This is an exciting time to join the team as we launch our refreshed 3 year People Strategy. Key to the successful delivery of the strategy is embedding a business partnering model within the organisation. This is a new way of working for the organisation and so we are seeking candidates who are able to drive change and gain buy in from senior and junior stakeholders.

The role with therefore require a resilient, proactive, hands-on HR expert who can manage a varied workload and deliver positive outcomes for colleagues. You will need to be comfortable dealing with and managing change as well as being able to respectfully challenge established practices and build strong relationships built on trust.

You will also need to have a strong ER background as advising and supporting your stakeholders on ER matters will be a key part of this role.

Centrepoint operates a hybrid working model. The requirement is a minimum of 50% of your working week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). Main responsibilities:

• Ensure all HR-related administration linked to the employee lifecycle, benefits & documentation is processed efficiently and appropriately,  including management of data changes with external providers.

• Run Monthly payroll processes for countries outside of APAC & resolving issues with payroll providers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor, transitioning to managing an HR standalone function. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join our team starting, ideally, from early November 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor, transitioning to managing an HR standalone function. This is permanent full-time role based in Old Street, with occasional travel to our Bristol office.

I am working exclusively with a respected not-for-profit organisation who are currently in the market for a very proactive and experienced HR Administrator to join their HR team, working on a 6-month fixed-term contract with the view of potentially extending (via a fair and open process). You will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative support to the HR team.

You will act as a first point of contact for HR related administrative queries and support the team with a wide variety of HR tasks. This will include recruitment support and candidate liaison, administration support for the learning and development programme, new starter onboarding, HR inbox management as well as arranging meetings, and providing light diary and administration support for the HR Director.

Key Duties

Administration and support

• As a member of the HR team, you will ensure that all administration activities which support the work of the HR team are managed in a proactive and efficient way.
• Support the daily proactive management of the HR inbox, ensuring that appropriate action is taken to respond and forward relevant emails to the HR team with follow-up actions if needed.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Director, which could include room booking, arranging meetings and other ad-hoc requests.
• Maintain and keep up-to-date digital employee files and ensure employment records and documents are compliant, filed and retained according to data management and retention guidelines. Support a longer-term project to move to full digitisation of all HR files.
• Input data into the HR information system and other agreed systems such as address changes, holiday requests etc.

The Office & HR Assistant is responsible for: office administration (50%), HR, Health& Safety & security administration (40%), finance administration (5%) and IT administration (5%). 

Office administration (50%)

• Answer the AKF UK main phone line and pass on messages to AKF (UK) employees as appropriate

• Open and process the post at the Aga Khan Centre and deliver to the relevant AKF (UK) employee

• Manage the “front office” email account and ensure emails are replied to or forwarded to the relevant AKF (UK) employee

The Community Forest Trust (CFT) supports, enables and champions the work of England’s Community Forests, who are the leading woodland creation network in England. We provide a range of support services for the forests including finance functions, payroll and accountable body for funded projects.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Finance and Operations Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with the organisation’s financial policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in a finance role, competency with accounting software and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

You will also provide support to the CFT Managing Director and team, including diary management, booking travel and accommodation, supporting project delivery and arranging meetings and events. You will possess strong organisational skills, with a focus on providing exceptional assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our daily activities. Key Responsibilities

Finance Work
